Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Male Feminist Former Actor Shia LaBeouf Hit With #MeToo Lawsuit; Previous Girlfriends Have Also Alleged AssaultAnyone who declares himself a male feminist should immediately be put on a sex offender list. Why include the middle-man? Just cut to the chase. Singer FKA Twigs has filed a lawsuit against actor Shia LaBeouf, accusing him of sexual battery, physical assault, and emotional distress over the course of their one year long relationship. The New York Times reports that the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, also accuses LaBeouf of purposefully giving Twigs, born Tahliah Debrett Barnett, a sexually transmitted disease during his campaign of "relentless abuse." ... The lawsuit also cites an incident alleged by another former girlfriend of LaBeouf, stylist Karolyn Pho, who dated LaBeouf from 2010 to 2012. The suit states that LaBeouf once "drunkenly pinned her to a bed and head-butted her, enough that she bled." ... But these aren't the first allegations to be made against LaBeouf. While LaBeouf's battles with alcoholism have taken center stage in the press, rumors of abuse have made the rounds for years. In 2015, a German tabloid reported that LaBeouf injured his then-girlfriend, actress and model Mia Goth, during a fight. The German press reported that Goth was seen with a black eye the day following the fight. According to the lawsuit, LaBeouf's behavior went beyond the usual relationship shit. From the New York Times: Just after Valentine's Day in 2019, the musician FKA twigs was in a car speeding toward Los Angeles. At the wheel was her boyfriend, the actor Shia LaBeouf. He was driving recklessly, she said in a lawsuit filed on Friday, removing his seatbelt and threatening to crash unless she professed her love for him. They were returning from the desert, where Mr. LaBeouf, the star of "Transformers," had raged at her throughout the trip, FKA twigs said in the lawsuit, once waking her up in the middle of the night, choking her. After she begged to be let out of the car, she said he pulled over at a gas station and she took her bags from the trunk. But Mr. LaBeouf followed, and assaulted her, throwing her against the car while screaming in her face, according to the suit. He then forced her back in the car.LaBeouf, a former actor, attempted to get attention by staging an "art installation" called "He Will Not Divide Us," in which SJW freaks were invited to get on camera and rant about the Bad Orange Man. But 4chan types decided to invade the "installation" and upset poor Shia. Comments(Jump to bottom of comments)1

It's like it's a pattern.
Male feminists, especially those in Hollywood, are awful towards women. No wonder leftist women hate men. When even the male feminists are this bad, imagine how bad the white conservative ones in the hinterlands where the patriarchy protects them from the consequences of their crimes. If it goes to contingent elections (not sure how, but), Trump seems to squeak to a win even w/o WY [Liz Cheney], but Pence would have 51-48 in Senate (new GA elections would not be finalized, and one seat would time out) - thus Romney makes 49, and a usual suspect (Collins, Murkowski) would tip it to 50-49 for Harris. Complete and utter hilarity out of Portland!
To recap: A black family owned a home (the "Red House") in North Portland free and clear since the 1950s. In 2007, one of the members of the family negligently killed someone in an auto accident, and a mortgage was taken out on the house to pay the legal defense charges. The family then decided that they were "sovereign citizens" and citizens of the "Salish-Moor Republic", not Americans. Among other things, this meant that they didn't have to pay the mortgage back. (They also claimed that the mortgage wasn't valid because it had been sold - which is a common trope among these "sovereign citizens" nutters.) So, despite filing multiple lawsuits filled with legal gibberish, the house was sold at auction in 2018. The family was evicted in September, broke back into the house, and Antifa started guarding the house to prevent a second eviction, since this was obviously an example of black people being oppressed by the racist legal system. The cops showed up on Tuesday to evict the squatters, but Antifa was forewarned, and drove the outnumbered cops away in disorder. Antifa then established a large "autonomous zone" around the house, heavily barricaded, and patrolled by people with AR-15s. A GoFundMe has raised $290,000(!) to buy the Red House back from the terrified person who bought the house at auction, who has been threatened both by the family and by Antifa. After all, you can't make a black family homeless during a pandemic, right? Well, it turns out today that the family owns a second house a couple of miles away, worth $650,000. They've been living there since September - they had actually rented out the Red House to someone else, even though they don't own it. Antifa has been out in the mud guarding the family's rental. So, this family has extracted $290,000 from gullible Portland leftists who had been told that the family would be homeless without the Red House. Sadly, the GoFundMe will now probably be taken down, and the family probably won't get the money, but they nearly pulled off one of the all-time grifts in Portland history. Remember, there's a Leftist born every minute. Posted by: The ARC of History! at December 11, 2020 04:03 PM (I2/tG) 274

266 The one Kubrick wanted to make but didn't because he couldn't figure out what he wanted the end message to be (and this from the guy who did Full Metal Jacket and had two movies that didn't much fit together in one).
So Spielberg did it after Kubrick died in tribute. Posted by: Bete at December 11, 2020 04:03 PM (Ojki1) ========== No, he knew the ending he wanted, and Spielberg filmed that ending. What Kubrick couldn't answer was whether David's love was real or just a program. Since he couldn't decide, he felt like he didn't understand the story enough to actually make it even with all the prep he had already done. What Spielberg did was answer the question of whether David's love was real with a quick "yes", and he went and made the movie. The most Spielberg section is Rouge City, which Kubrick hadn't really dug into with the same kind of detail as he had the opening and the ending of the film. It's also, as you might expect, the messiest section. Posted by: TheJamesMadison, marching in the Felliniesque circus at December 11, 2020 04:05 PM (LvTSG) 288

Who here remembers Fort LaBoeuf and its place in the founding of this country? Robert Dinwiddie, the governor of Virginia, sent the 21-year-old George Washington to Fort Le Boeuf with seven escorts, in order to deliver a message to the French demanding that they leave the Ohio Country. Dinwiddie's initiative was in response to the French building forts in the Ohio Country. I don't think the problem with the Texas case is SCOTUS, it's the remedy of asking gope legislatures to do the right thing with their electors. I just got an email from PA speaker Cutler which asserts "We [the PA legislature] do not have the authority to unilaterally seat our own presidential electors." Full stop.
There was never any solution to the problems facing America that included the Republican party. Posted by: Methos at December 11, 2020 04:12 PM (kOpft) If SCOTUS tells them to figure it out, then they do have that authority. The state legislatures want to play a game where they claim that their hands are tied, and that they have to respect the electoral results, even though the results are unconstitutional bullshit. All that Texas and the other states are asking for SCOTUS to do is to call bullshit on that argument. Posted by: Colorado Alex in Exile at December 11, 2020 04:15 PM (jOcSX) 349
I'm a big Cruz fan. But I'd absolutely agree he is a political opportunist. But so what. He is opportuning for the fighting side. So much is made about how certain members of the GOP are doing nothing. Yet, when a prominent Senator goes out and fights for Trump, you call him an opportunist.
People call Cruz unlikable. Yet, he goes out and wins a primary few thought he would win, turning a semi-conservative Texas Senate seat into a very conservative Texas Senate seat. He fights against Trump in the primary, basically coming in 2nd, and we certainly know he was not the GOPe's top choice. And after a rather bitter campaign that left many Trump supporters upset with him, Cruz has been one of the biggest backers of the Trump agenda. I told my father-in-law's girlfriend the idea, and she kind of flipped for it and encouraged that I write it. My biggest problem with last-minute changes to determining how to select electors (leave aside the cheating) is that there's no real way for candidates to make their appeals/pitches to the selectors. When the legislature -- without the impending election weeks or days away -- makes its decision HOW to select the electors, you would normally follow whatever procedural rules the legislative body has for doing legislative body stuff, and the residentry (people are not citizens of states; they are citizens of the U.S. and residents of their states) can get involved, write nasty emails, vote people out, etc.
This last-minute, backroom deal sh*t is wrong. It is contrary to what the Constitution is about. It's exactly what the Founders were rebelling against and trying their damndest to avoid. Posted by: SFGoth at December 11, 2020 04:19 PM (KAi1n) 384

And, the "*" in previous comment was to point out that it cannot be excluded that the federal executive, in the form of the DOJ, has failed here. Apart from some postal inspector investigation of mail shenanigans in PA, I am not aware of any investigations at all. Though there was that widely misreported but *still* odd Barr statement about no evidence of fraud being found - yet. Cruz was my pick in 2016. As for a politician being an opportunist- some of you want to note that the sky is blue as well. He's a national champion debater and universally-acclsimrd as brilliant. He also has the pedigree the left demands, which drives them batty since it bestows upon him the credentials they require. He will argue the case brilliantly, as did the guy (who's name escapes me) that was screwed by Roberts out of the win in the Ocare case.

Posted by: Wolfus Aurelius at December 11, 2020 04:17 PM (yvr3o) I did some digging around Wiki and it's a nicely intertwined mess. Michelle Phillips was born Holly Michelle Gilliam. Married John Phillips in 1962, cofounded the Mamas and the Papas with him. Had one daughter with John, Chynna Phillips. Had numerous other partners/spouses and two other children. John Phillips married Susan Adams in 1957, had two children, Jeffrey and Mackenzie. He had an affair with Gilliam, which caused Adams to divorce him. Phillips married his third wife, Genevieve Waite in 1972 and had two children with her, Tamerlane and Bijou Phillips. Not a complete soap opera, perhaps, but close enough. Luciferase
"And no one could buy or sell anything without that mark." -Rev 13 But how would anyone know if you were vaccinated? Bill (Blue Screen of Death) Gates has got this one covered. With Bill's vaccine, you get, at no extra charge, a bioluminescent enzyme, radiating in the near infra red, detection of which serves as your "vaccinated" tattoo. Oh, and the name of the enzyme? Just coincidentally, Luciferase. It's just Latin for, it glows. Nothing suspicious here.
