The Morning Report - 12/7/20 [J.J. Sefton]

pearlelect.jpg

Good morning, kids. Monday, December 7th. The 79th anniversary of the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. Funny how the names Arizona, Pennsylvania and Nevada have particular meaning all these many years later. May G-d bless the memory of those who were killed that day as well as the survivors, who grow fewer and fewer with each passing year, who are still with us. I cannot begin to imagine what they must think of the nation as it is today, considering what they sacrificed so much for in trying to preserve it. The irony is beyond tragic that subsequent generations of their progeny are now actively embracing essentially the same ideology which that generation fought and died to protect them against. But here we are.

Turning our attention to the situation at hand, on the plus side of the ledger, Team Trump scored a pretty important win on Friday.

A judge in Michigan is allowing a forensic investigation of 22 Dominion vote tabulation machines in rural Antrim County over claims that the votes there were compromised.

"Our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8:30 and will be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination and we'll have the results in about 48 hours, and that'll tell us a lot about these machines," attorney Jenna Ellis said...

...Jeremy Scott, Antrim County spokesperson said forensic images will be taken from the county precinct tabulators used in the November 3rd election. The president's legal team was not responsible for the lawsuit, it was filed by a voter, William Bailey, who alleged the ballots were damaged during a recounting of ballots in a village marijuana proposal that barely passed.

Elsenheimer's order doesn't mention the presidential race but, Antrim county did experience strange voter irregularities. Initially, the ballot count in this deep red county showed that former Vice President Joe Biden won however after a recount was done results showed that President Trump won by several thousand votes.

Meanwhile, the Constitutional aspect of the case, vis a vis the state's courts interfering with the legislative branch's authority to run election, looms large in Pennsylvania. Constitutional and legal expert Mark Levin is calling for SCOTUS to intercede:

"What we see here is fraud perpetrated against the people of Pennsylvania, against the American people and the Electoral College process by politicians who violated the constitution repeatedly, who have violated the rule of law by a rogue state supreme court," Levin stated. "And unless the U.S. Supreme Court -- as it did in Bush versus Gore -- exercises legitimately its power of judicial review. We have a potential constitutional crisis in this matter. And in one way or another, Congress will have to resolve it on January 6. But the U.S. Supreme Court shouldn't just sit there and take a pass when in fact it is time for the U.S. Supreme Court to intercede, which is exactly what the petitioners are asking it to do."

The Great One also interviewed Patrick Basham, the founding director of the Democracy Institute on his Life, Liberty and Levin show yesterday, where he broke down a lot of the anomalies that serve to underscore the eyewitness accounts of fraud and other specific hard evidence showing beyond any reasonable doubt that the election was indeed stolen:

At bottom, it's completely bizarre that Biden did not sweep the United States. Instead, he swept a few specific precincts. If Biden were as popular as his victory indicates, wouldn't his support have been enormous in every state in which he won? It's simply inconceivable to a logical person that every non-polling metric predicted a massive Trump victory, only to have Biden win in a handful states that had election anomalies never before seen in an American election -- but often seen in a Venezuelan one.

In Georgia, we have two varieties of anti-American crackpot vying for the Senate seats in a dual runoff election that more than likely was nearly stolen from the two iffy Republicans David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler. Yes, for now we have to drag them over the finish line to preserve our hold on the Senate. That does not diminish in any way, shape or form my loathing of the GOP. That party will have to go the way of the dodo at a time when temporary emergency political expediency will no longer be a factor in having to deal with them.

Two great essays from Victor Davis Hanson (here and below) and Bruce Thornton (here and below) put this past year and all its madness in perspective. No matter who is sworn in come January 20th, the madness will no doubt continue. It's just that with Trump, we still have a chance at survival, as a nation and perhaps even individually.

12 I read that a county in Georgia took some impounded machines and ran 100 Trump and 100 Biden ballots through and it scored 87 Trump and 113 Biden.

I proposed EXACTLY this solution when the vote switching was proposed as a problem - sieze machines, and run 1000 of each and see the results.

This is EXACTLY the way to prove it.

13 Santelli should be more known. Imo, he started the Tea Party. Too bad some others wanted to make a business out of it. It would be easy to say Santelli should run for office, but he probably has better things to do.

The leftists that attacked Santelli there are the heart and soul of CNBC. The channel has had some great conservatives over the years and still some remain like Santelli and Kernan. People used to trust that channel to give at least a realistic idea of what is going on and what matters in the financial world. Of course now it is run by the left, and really, it was always thus.

It will be impossible to return to a mostly Election Day vote, and so another American tradition of more than two 'centuries has been jettisoned cavalierly."

Whenever Donks gain power the move to solidify it and codify it, they've introduced mail in voting in several western states and also implemented rank choice voting.

Where Republicans are strong they need to introduce measures that would ensure a Republican forms of government.

The best method would be to establish an EC type system within a state for President and statewide offices that would blunt the effect and fraud of big democrat cities.

Do I expect the GOP to do this?

No, because the GOP is a useless pile of dogshit.

So there's that.

Edward Hopper's Nighthawks (the much parodied painting with the four pensive people in the diner) was inspired by what he saw late in the night of December 7 / 8, 1941 in NYC. People up late, worried about what was to come.

Hopper finished it the following month, and sold it to the Art Institute of Chicago for $10k, and it's been there ever since.

However, someone said they ran sample ballots through the machine and got the same spread each time 78%. So maybe somebody just turned on the machine and tested it, but didn't take the machine.

47 When we lost elections in the past, we grumbled and worried about consequences, but went back to work and continued to support the country and our way of life. We they lose, they spend all the intervening years "resisting" and kvetching about the result - but they are not as additive to the health of the whole. Now that they have convinced the working half of this country that we are superfluous, what happens? I don't think the pieces fit back in the box anymore.

If that is the case, then why can't Biden be removed from the White House, if it is eventually determined that he didn't win a legal majority in the EC? What is so special about Jan 20th? I can't see anything in the Constitution that makes that a magic no-election redress deadline.

85 My neighbor, a retired Army Intelligence officer, is forming a militia. He's asked me to join. I am open to the idea. I am beyond sickened and outraged with what the Left is doing to this country, not only for the past year but my lifetime, and simply meeting with likeminded souls could have mental health value at least.

I feel in my gut that the system will fail us and Trump. It will be an egregious and bitter failure because the evidence of fraud and electoral crime presented will be overwhelming. At this point it all feels like a perfidious fait accompli.

In that case I fervently hope for invocation of the Insurrection Act. The Left and their cohort are responsible for all of this insanity and social breakdown. They are a clear and present danger to the nation. But I also feel that such a move is a bridge too far for Donald Trump.

Why Forbes?
I don't trust them.

Exclusive: The FBI Is Investigating Voter Data Theft In This Key 2020 Election Battleground

On the morning of November 5, as the 2020 election hung in the balance, Arizona federal agents raided a two-story house in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, a county that had become a key battleground in the presidential race. The agents were looking for evidence of a cyberattack on an unnamed organization and stolen voter data. They left with eight hard drives, three computers and a bag of USB sticks. The resident of the property, a 56-year-old IT expert named Elliot Kerwin, was served the warrant. He is not yet facing charges and was unreachable for comment at the time of publication. There is no indication that anything other than voters' information, which can be acquired for a few hundred dollars in Arizona counties, was taken from the affected office.

If you read the piece, they play it all down. Like nothing to see here.

201 Melissa Carone, Michigan Election Witness Becomes a "Star"
____________

In that article, at one point it says it is not the job of private citizens to investigate voter fraud. Unfortunately, that is not true nowadays. It should be true, but there are two problems.

One, which everyone here is aware of, is quis custodiet ipsos custodes. We all know that, at a minimum, those many among those who should be doing the job are corrupt.

But the other still hasn't sunk in very well. The laws themselves are deeply defective here. The Democrats have, over several decades (and much longer in some places) constructed a system in which it is easy to hide fraud, hard to find it, hard to prove it, and in which the laws don't address it well anyway. Further, the courts are set to handle it - to the extent they will do so at all - so slowly that at best you'll get a prosecution after the fact.

Note that the last point is well thought out in using it against conservatives, who are by natural inclination to demand that the justice system follow the law, no more and no less. But even if they do, all that will happen is that someone like Panetta will do time. And that is assuming no corruption.

Posted by: Eeyore at December 07, 2020 08:02 AM (7X3UV)

202 >>Any elected official that has a hand in this vote stealing scheme should go to jail for life, or be hanged.

Every postal worker who ordered their underlings to perform mail fraud or was active in the fake ballot counting, should go to federal prison for at least a decade. And there are a lot of them.

Agreed.
You order the state's voting data wiped, machines wiped before even the electors are selected?

That screams cover-up and should remove the state from the election. Voters who are disenfranchised then need to complain to their state officials, be more prudent when voting next time.

IIRC, for any federal election the data must be retained by the states for 22 months. This is what Dr. Shiva came up against when he requested to see the recent MA primary vote data. It was already erased and MA SoS gave him some BS response that that was done according to an unnamed state law. The only reason he saw any data was some precincts on the N Shore had tallied votes outside of the electronic systems, so it was still available for him to obtain.

Yeah, seems the only time the FBI acts nowadays it to make a high profile non-progressive arrest, such as the "boogaloo" dudes who talked about kidnapping Whitmer. They did this after *months* of BLM and antifa tearing and burning down cities across the country, with obvious national, likely international, organization and assistance from local city and state representatives.

A guess?
Trump involved the military in his COVID team to assist in distribution of PPE (remember the military guy who would speak at the daily briefings?), so this is a continuation of that. They have the infrastructure and health personnel to deliver to all states, as they did with the respirators and other supplied that were quickly manufactured once the pandemic hit. Trump is leveraging an existing organization vs. pushing it out to each state that may or may not be in a good position to do this quickly and efficiently (see: Cuomo and his "lost" 30k respirators when he was on tv saying he had none).

Then I read that the U.S. election system has been completely corrupted, the U.S. media is declaring the senile crook Joe Biden the new president (even though it's clear he didn't actually win the election), and Biden is announcing that he will appoint the asshole who came up with the unconstitutional DACA amnesty program as the new head of DHS, as hundreds of thousands of third-world poor gather south of the U.S. border to form new "caravans" to invade the U.S.

295 I've given this five minutes of thought and have come up with a easy to implement solution.

Citizen Judges.

Two things are required:
* Open Source software for any computer used with the election system. Anyone with access to Github can see the code. No more changes are permitted within some arbitrary period of time before being deployed.

But because I can see someone finding a way to hack the machine at the last minute...

* The USPS photographs each and every letter that goes through the system, therefore it shouldn't be that big a deal to photograph each and every paper ballot as it is punched out of the machine.

Serialize the ballots (shuffled numbers within groups of one hundred), and let people make marks on their paper ballot that doesn't interfere with the electronic tabulation.

Then make the images of the ballots available on the internet for each precinct.

Crowd source the code and the validation. The election officials are so corrupt and incompetent that they can no longer be trusted to do even the simplest tasks and must be watched by anyone on the planet.

As I said yesterday in the Book Thread, it is strictly speaking true that we should consider what anyone says, without prejudging. Strictly and in pure theory.

But given that life is limited, and too short to consider everyone, we just have to strike off those whose record of mendacity and folly is too consistent. I cited Krugman.

But really, Obama is the Abou ben Adam on the list. He is every bit as dishonest, and as consistently wrong as Krugman, but adds two other traits. The headline is right, and "prolix" is the right word. But he is also self absorbed to a degree that flies beyond mere narcissism almost into solipsim.

here's the gist of the vid excerpt:

Trump waged a trade war with us
why couldn't we handle it like we have in the past - from 1992-2016 any kind of incident we smootyed over (gives examples)

"Now I am going to drop a bomb - because in America's core circle of power we have 'old friends'"
then an anecdote about setting up a last minute book launch of Xi's book in DC just before his state visit
he can't get the desired venue because the owner, a Dem btw, is "arrogant" that it's prebooked and rebuff's implied bribe offer
so this guy tells his higher up
next thing he knows they have the venue courtesy of an "old friend'

old friend in this case, he met at the book launch, is an older American woman who speaks fluent mandarin because she lives mainly in China running the Asian ooerations of a big banking firm
He says she's Jewish and mentiins a big nose (he does)
She boasts to himthat not only does she speak Mandarin but she has Chinese citizenship
(dual citizenship is not allowedby CCP btw)
and Beijing permanent residency
more interesting details in video

ending up he says so these friends, friends in Wall Street, they can work with Buden.
As you've read, Biden's son is on the boards of all these wall street companies
but the Wall Street 'old friends', they tried to influence Trump and they could not do it

so in a nutshell, our ruling class

348 Covid19 is no "hoax", but the Sweden response was correct. American Greatness says 310k "excess deaths". I'd guess the normal curve of a virus applies, and the lock downs and maybe even mask orders made it worse. Then over months, the lock downs started killing people, and the stress made many more vulnerable to death.

Stress does make people more vulnerable to a virus, but also more vulnerable to other ways of dying. Coping methods such as church and social gatherings were nixed. So I'd guess half or more of excess deaths are now caused by "the cure" ... and the shut downs will continue at least till someone is installed as POTUS.

It is all quite rage inducing, indeed. 9/11 killed more than Pearl Harbor, but the China released virus killed more than 100x more than either. And Fauci/Soros/CIA? used it to help remove Trump, and to reestablish ties with China, and put USA back entirely in the hands of the "globalists". We can still win ... big evidence keeps emerging ... MSM at war with the Truth and our liberty.

That seems very likely. Bernie was shafted by the DNC twice but somehow he was fine with it (Lefty failure theater?)

Wasn't there also a primary where Buttigeig "won" but they never got a final vote count because they used a DNC-funded app to vote and it was a total CF (including Buttigieg being involved w/the co. that created the app?).

So keep that fact just as one little fact. Bullies chased out witnesses to the vote count.

Every f'ing thing you say after that doesn't matter. All that matters is that it was non-transparent by force.

And if you allow yourself to imagine the other stuff matters you are a victim of misinformation and misdirection."

A. It would be a nuclear option that would essentially destroy the system if used in this case.

404 I argued once in my speech class in college for the effectiveness of capital punishment. Why the death penalty was crucial. Debated some lightweight liberal who basically said it was icky or some such thing.

My premise was simple.

If people don't fear the consequences of doing something, and the value of that something outweighs the consequences, you will have people doing the very thing society says they shouldn't.

Simple human nature, which applies here.

With no fear of any consequences, one party has literally gone as far as rigging an election in this country to their benefit.

And it certainly looks like there is no enforcer of the country's laws willing to even slap their hands, let alone stick them in Ol Sparky.

Suicides are increasing. Now, I wonder how many people have taken the hermit route. I'm not talking the poor souls so convinced by the media that if they leave their home, Covid will kill them. I'm talking people who have just packed up and headed for deer camp or whatever, only to be seen when they resupply every 6 months.

At the point such a thing is declared, it can't be the "usual machinery" handling affairs. Either you hand the reins over to those willing and able to get their hands dirty and get the job done at all costs or you don't bother, it's as simple as that.

425 SCOTUS punts (again) on any injunctive relief. Their premise will be they don't want the appearance of deciding the election, which is pure cowardice. Their role is to decide on the constitutionality of actions in state where the legislature has been subverted by other governmental officials in violation of our constitution. Their initial refusal to hear the case will come back to bit them in the ass.

Before Election: Too close to the election to rule

After Election: We don't want to change the results, even though it would be proper

See how cowardice works?

Worse? It gives cover to state legislators who have no balls to pursue truth.

The republic dies and is taken over by what will become systemic fraud because not a single person has courage.

438 Trump needs to ask some hard questions and be honest with himself.

Is there an attempt to remove a lawfully elected body from government by nefarious means?

Is there a break down in the organizations, both at the state and federal level, who should be stopping this?

Does the constitution provide relief for the scenario?

Is the constitution under threat?

Be honest and answer those. If yes, it's your job to use every power available to stop it. That simple.

447 from that piece I linked above

So also could be seen the history of Dominion Voting Systems; i.e., as a national security issue. Dominion, which was formed in Canada by a Canadian entrepreneur, began selling in the United States as a U.S. subsidiary of the Canadian company. Nothing particular would necessarily be alarming about that. But after U.S. voting systems were added to the list of "critical national infrastructure" in early January 2017, at the very end of the Obama administration, Dominion went on a tear, getting hundreds of its machines installed across the country between January 2017 and the mid-term election of November 2018.

In this period, the U.S. subsidiary of Dominion was bought out by Staple Street Capital, a private equity firm started by veterans of the Washington-insider (very insider) Carlyle Group and Cerberus Capital.

But the following year, in September 2019, a debt-instrument filing in Canada showed that a number of patents involving the software that facilitates vote manipulation in Dominion machines had remained with the Canadian parent company, and had been used as collateral to borrow from HSBC Canada. The patents are granted by the United States, so this assignment prompted a patent action record in the U.S.

HSBC, of course, has long been a usual suspect in international money-laundering and involvement in financing drug cartels, terrorism, and arms proliferation (here and here, for starters). That alone is enough to perk up an honest FBI or Homeland Security analyst.

Not sure what this is in reference to, but at my son's private HS there are based kids (including him) who push back on the woke stuff. It's a rigged game -- they won't be changing the teacher's mind, but not all kids cower.

The other way they push back is catch them up in their own rules. For example, when an ADL rep. came to speak at my son's (then) public school a few years ago, he asked the guy: how many genders are there? Gen Z has some very conservative, and very subversive kids. They've had this PC/woke stiff pushed on them from every angle, for all their lives and to rebel is to be conservative/populist/religious.

468 In this case, REPUBLICAN PARTY OF PENNSYLVANIA v. KATHY BOOCKVAR, SECRETARY OF PENNSYLVANIA, et al., has repercussions beyond this election, as in 2018, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania replaced the Congressional redistricting map chosen by the state legislature with one of their own choosing, rather than declare it invalid and return it to the "Legislature" for a Constitutionally proper map. This, like the 3 day mail-in extension, was the PASC also usurping the powers of the "legislature". With redistricting coming up next year, this could affect the final map. Republicans lost at least 3 seats when the PASC (5-2 Dem) picked the map. With the House now with a thin Democrat majority. this act of the PASC may have cost the Republicans the House in this election.

469 The best theory I can formulate at this point is that any solution would require large-scale self-organization of groups to act on their own, using any means at their disposal they feel appropriate to the circumstances.

It should come as no surprise that any and all means of communication that might be used in such a case are monitored and interfered with on a regular basis. This creates a serious impediment to any such reaction. If any such activity is taking place--I have no way to know whether or not it is--logically speaking it would have to happen in a manner that would not be readily discernable by those outside the groups in question. It's indistinguishable from inaction, until they start to act.

This is why I'm not heavy into these discussions. I don't know what's really going on, have no way of knowing, and wouldn't admit to it if I did. If I did have a way of participating, again I'd be an idiot to say thing one about it in any open forum. There's a reason I've preached OpSec all these years, and now's the true test.

Honestly, I assume anyone making big statements in public is a fool, a liar, or a distraction, and possibly all three.

I expect that once Trump loses the cloak of protection the Presidency afforded him, it's game on.

So we have that horror show to look forward to.

Well if it wasn't the Mossad agents would have been turned over to Iran by the CIA.

And Israel's leadership is wise to treat the US Intel agency as not trustworthy.

hope lost of reaching the Junyo, shouted 'Banzai to the Emperor' as they

I should also ask, what would be the reaction from the US military? Not just the brass but the troops from NCO and below that rank.

Yeah, that would be another factor. Keep in mind that 2018 Executive Order about voter fraud is still active, and the election was held under it. I think Trump can make a valid case for some kind of reset if he can prove the Dominion steal is the invasion against the USA that it is.

And on another topic, has anyone seen Gina Haspel walking around or getting a coffee or having lunch?

not a revolutionary."

We will see soon if Trump "saw the light" after election late night theft ... his talk that night sounded to me like they were "caught off guard". Rumors of The Big Sting have not panned out, so far. We did catch them all (I guess), and yet FBI/CIA/DOJ seem to still be either actively running the coup, or obstructing any action against it. Trump finally fired a few ... Barr will step down early?

IF it all gets revealed that Trump won in a landslide, momentum might shift. What if all machine audits show 50% Trump votes put in machine yield 26% Biden win? Did we isolate those machines from the internet? Do we have real logs of admin action?

Vote numbers were faked by machines, then fake ballots trucked in on pallets after the fact (some pre-positioned) to match numbers. (hence high vote total, unless they removed and shredded Trump ballots).

Public is not getting a fair hearing, maybe the absolute ban in MSM and social media is because they know the cheat left an evidence trail. Clock is ticking.

I disagree Trump is just a good guy and can't get tough. He successfully dealt with NY construction unions.
Remember this started before Trump was inaugurated, and Admiral Rogers pulled him into a SKIF to securely show him about the BS collusion stuff.
He has been fighting the Deep State ever since.
And Trump signed that EO on 9.12.18, and is active right now.
Best to see what success from courts and legislatures first, before he has to pull the pin on anything else.

Yeah, this was organized. The suitcases didn't load themselves and then crawl under the table, that crew didn't magically know to stay behind and run/re-run/re-run the same ballots, and it wasn't a coincidence that the same bulk ballot dumps and counts happened in the middle of the night in all swing states after publicly announcing they were shutting down at 10pm.

I would assume whoever planned and managed this called her, or got her a lawyer to do that, thus keeping their hands clean.

How do you know he hasn't? I was told for a month that the FBI was doing nothing only to find out this weekend that they raided a house in Arizona on November 5th and took hard drives, memory sticks and other computer gear from a guy they suspect might have hacked the election system in AZ.

Bill Barr is an exceptional attorney, imo, who has had AMPLE opportunity to show what an AG in a moment of historical Constitutional Crisis could and should do.

He has not and me thinks he will not. Even more so that he cannot not. Great attorneys do not automatically translate to great AG's. Not enough Trump( resolute backbone) in Barr. Dont dislike Barr but it is time for Barr to resign or be moved out.
We , our Republic, cannot win or succeed with Barr's 'style' of AG'ing.
