Quotes of The Day

Quote I

“Unlike tobacco smokers who could still leave their apartments to step out to the curb or smoke in other permitted outdoor smoking areas, cannabis users would have no such legal alternatives,” San Francisco Supervisor Rafael Mandelman

Quote II

“I hope you’re watching Matt — you are not welcome in New Jersey, and frankly I don’t ever want you back in this state." Gov. Phil Murphy (D-NJ

Quote III

“I’m losing everything. Everything I own is being taken away from me and they set up a movie company right next to my outdoor patio, which is right over here. And people wonder why I’m protesting and why I have had enough." Angela Marsden, owner of the Pineapple Hill Saloon & Grill in Sherman Oaks

Quote IV

"My heart goes out to Ms. Marsden and the workers at the Pineapple Hill Saloon who have to comply with state and county public health restrictions that close outdoor dining," Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti

Quote V

“All of the things we’ve said for months and the thousands of hours of dedicated work from our staff and our local partners on this response effort and our excitement for the hope the vaccine offers make our overall department position on the pandemic clear" Wyoming Department of Health spokeswoman Kim Deti

OMG, it's the Hairy Panic!!!! And "Karen" isn't happy.

Giants tumbleweeds have overrun a housing estate in Melbourne trapping some residents inside their homes and leaving others in fear of going outside.

Neighbour Jane Borg wasn't laughing and said she was becoming increasingly agitated by the situation.

'I can't open my front door or it'll fill my house,' Ms Borg said.

'It is a biohazard. I am reluctant to put our heating or our cooling on because our unit is actually full of this at the back.'

She said repeated attempts to contact staff at the city of Melton council on Saturday went unanswered.

The frazzled homeowner believes the invasion is result of landowners in the nearby paddock failing to maintain the property.

A big time, "Oh Shit Moment", caught live by a drone.

Today, the National Science Foundation released video taken at the moment the Arecibo Radio Observatory's cables failed, allowing its massive instrument platform to crash into the dish below. In describing the videos, the NSF also talked a bit about the monitoring program that had put the cameras in place, ideas it had been pursuing for stabilizing the structure pre-collapse, and prospects for building something new at the site.

A quick recap of the collapse: the Arecibo dish was designed to reflect incoming radio radiation to collectors that hung from a massive, 900-ton instrument package that was suspended above it. The suspension system was supported by three reinforced concrete towers that held cables that were anchored farther from the dish, looped over the towers, and then continued on to the platform itself. Failure of these cables eventually led to the platform dropping into the dish below it

Pampered, overpaid, spoiled athletes: Piss off their fans in the UK.

Millwall fans booed as their players took the knee in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

The players, staff and match officials all took a knee at the start of the match between Millwall and Derby County at The Den, as fans returned for the first time since lockdown began.

Videos circulating on social media showed a significant number of supporters booing, with Kick It Out condemning the behaviour of those fans booing the gesture, and admitting they are “saddened”.

A statement from Kick It Out read: "We are saddened by the behaviour of fans booing the players taking the knee today at Millwall. What this demonstrates is that players are right to continue standing up to discrimination, whether that is through taking the knee or speaking out

Funny thing that this "Saddend Avenue" is only one way..........

Worst job ever? According to Lindsey Boylan, who previously served as deputy secretary of economic development for New York, it would be working for Gov. Andrew Himmler Cuomo.

The Democrat had previously worked the state’s chief economic development agency Empire State Development from 2015 until March 2018 – when she was appointed by Cuomo to serve as a special adviser.

“Don’t be surprised that it’s the same small group of white people sitting alongside him at every presser. The same group that he has had by him the whole time, doing his dirty work,” she tweeted.

“If you’re not one of those handful, your life working for him is endlessly dispiriting.”

Boylan, who ran for election to the US House of Representatives but lost in the June Democratic primary, was prompted to make her comments by a tweet from fashion photographer Jerry Avanaim asking his followers to “name the worst job you’ve ever had.”

Oh noes, if you use natural gas stove you are in danger. Danger they say! Why experts are sounding the alarm about the hidden dangers of gas stoves

Control and Prevention, T. Stephen Jones spent his career fighting major threats to public health in the US and globally, from smallpox to HIV to viral hepatitis. But it wasn’t until Jones was well into retirement that he learned about a widespread yet widely overlooked health risk in his own home in Florence, Massachusetts, and in most US households: pollution emitted by natural gas appliances.

While many Americans might think illness linked to indoor cooking and heating is a problem confined to smoke-filled kitchens in the developing world, the natural gas-burning stoves and furnaces found in millions of US kitchens and basements can produce a range of health-damaging pollutants, including particulate matter (PM), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), carbon monoxide (CO), and formaldehyde. Over the past four decades, researchers have amassed a large body of scientific evidence linking the use of gas appliances, especially for cooking, with a higher risk of a range of respiratory problems and illnesses.

I don't think any of us would say that being a police officer is an easy job. That being said, when a cop fucks up, there has to be consequences. Phoenix to pay $3 million bucks to the estate of a man fatally shot.

The Phoenix City Council on Wednesday unanimously agreed to pay $3 million to the family of Ryan Whitaker, who was shot and killed several months ago by police investigating a noise complaint and who did not receive immediate medical assistance after the incident.

Taxpayers will be footing the bill. Taxpayers are also footing the bill for the salaries of the cops—Officer Jeff Cooke, who pulled the trigger, and Officer John Ferragamo, who too was on the call—as they are both still employed by the Phoenix Police Department (PPD).

On May 21 of this year, Whitaker's upstairs neighbor called in a noise complaint: "I have a domestic dispute going on…and I can tell they're just at each other's throats down there," a man is heard saying on a 911 call. "I hear slamming of doors, and—I don't know, somebody could be getting thrown into a door for all I know, but I hear all kinds of banging."

Do We Really Need To Study How To Dispose Of Unused Opioids? Seriously?

A study by a group from the Mayo Clinic in Arizona focuses on making it easier to dispose of unused opioid pills. I would argue that we need better disposal methods for opioids like a fulminating case of crabs. Here are both sides.

I was rather intrigued by a recent paper in Anaesthesia News. Why? The title: "Education and Easy Disposal Option Lower Opioid Supply." In other words, the more opioids that get thrown away the fewer remain behind. Obvious? Perhaps.

I would argue that we need better disposal methods for opioids like a fulminating case of crabs but Rachael A. Haverland, MD, MS, a gynecologic surgery fellow at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ, and colleagues believe otherwise:

“I think the public is becoming more aware of the opioid crisis... But we noticed that although our patients knew about the problem, they didn’t know what to do about or how to dispose of their medication".

Kung Flu transmission in your car? Travel by yourself, leave your windows open or vent diapers for your car.

A new study looks at how airflow patterns inside the passenger cabin of a car might affect the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and other airborne pathogens. Using computer simulations, the study looked at the risk of aerosol particles being shared between a driver and a passenger in different window configurations. Redder shades indicate more particles. Risk was shown to be higher with windows closed (top left), and decreasing with each window opened. The best case was having all windows open (bottom right). Credit: Breuer lab / Brown University

A new study uses computer simulations to track airflows inside a car’s passenger cabin, providing potential strategies — some of them counterintuitive — for reducing the risk of transmitting airborne diseases.

A new study of airflow patterns inside a car’s passenger cabin offers some suggestions for potentially reducing the risk of COVID-19 transmission while sharing rides with others.

The study, by a team of Brown University researchers, used computer models to simulate the airflow inside a compact car with various combinations of windows open or closed. The simulations showed that opening windows — the more windows the better — created airflow patterns that dramatically reduced the concentration of airborne particles exchanged between a driver and a single passenger. Blasting the car’s ventilation system didn’t circulate air nearly as well as a few open windows, the researchers found.

“Driving around with the windows up and the air conditioning or heat on is definitely the worst scenario, according to our computer simulations,” said Asimanshu Das, a graduate student in Brown’s School of Engineering and co-lead author of the research. “The best scenario we found was having all four windows open, but even having one or two open was far better than having them all closed.”

I'm not from Idaho. But from what I know about it, it has been a Red State for years. A little heads up to folks who want to move there. If you voted for the shit you're leaving. Then don't go to Idaho or Arizona or any other state who doesn't vote D.

Jeremy Newberry, who played nine seasons at center in the NFL and made the Pro Bowl with the San Francisco 49ers in 2001 and 2002, is selling his big cherry farm property outside of San Francisco because he is sick of lockdowns in the region and wants his children to return to socialization.

“We’re going to move somewhere where our kids can actually go to school, go participate in sports,” Newberry told TMZ. “Somewhere in the country that’s open. I kinda feel like these kids are getting deprived from their childhood because everything’s locked down.”

“What is the future of this state?” Newberry asked. “Are they gonna go back to school next year? Are they gonna go back sometime later this year? We’re going on almost a full year now where these kids haven’t been in school, haven’t been allowed to do any extracurricular activity, any football, any dancing, anything. It’s time to give them a childhood that they deserve.”

An $820 tab and certain desires. Genius Award Winner.

After being placed in shackles due to some alleged drunken dumbassery, a Florida collegian told cops that being restrained “gets me off,” and then requested someone “pinch my nipples,” according to an arrest report.

Cops allege that Joseph Lancaster, a 22-year-old University of South Florida student, caused a disturbance early Sunday after refusing to pay an $820 bill at a St. Petersburg nightspot.

After Lancaster argued with security guards, his friends stepped in and paid the bar tab. Lancaster, stumbling and slurring his words, then began shouting, “I am sorry none of you graduated high school, but fuck you.” Upon being detained by police, Lancaster’s belligerence did not cease. “Fuck you, pussy” and “Bro, this is fucked,” he shouted, cops noted.

When a police transport van arrived, Lancaster “even argued with the van driver,” the report states. “The defendant had to be placed in shackles and stated, ‘This gets me off.’ He also said ‘pinch my nipples'

And when the heat fails in your all-electric house on a freezing cold winter's night, because the sun isn't shining and the wind isn't blowing, and the grid doesn't have enough fossil-fuel backup, well, that's just tough.

It's White Privilege to expect that your house be heated in the winter.

One item: Something like 38% of households (with natural gas cookstoves) in some Australian state contributed 12% of childhood asthma cases. Which means that the 62% of households without natural gas cookstoves contributed the other 88% of childhood asthma cases. From this we are supposed to think natural gas cookstoves are bad?

And where is the linkage between natural gas cookstoves and "poverty households"? Where I come from, a gas range is a step up from electric.

239 Until they stop subsidizing Grandma's home heating oil, I won't believe the Leftists are serious about global warming.

The plan (which I've seen presented a couple of times) is to electrify every vehicle and every building in the United States, which will roughly double electric demand, while simultaneously shutting down all fossil fuel and nuclear generation.

This all has to be done on an emergency basis, since we only have Eight Years To Save The Planet.

This will have two effects: one, the electric grid will become completely unreliable, since there will be almost nothing to back up the wind and solar; and two, living standards in the US will collapse, given the tens of trillions of dollars required to do this.

But the people who own wind and solar farms will get rich, and they and their politician buddies will feel very pleased with themselves as the jet off to an environmental conference in Bali.

251 @155

Political party affiliation can be best conceptualized through the prism of a sports team.

People choose team blue or team red or are simply assigned their team via familial or cultural enforcement.

They will stick with their team no matter how much they suck or how wicked they are.

See the Houston Astros for an analog.

I'm a Mets fan because my father was a Mets fan.

Now my father was a Democrat at a time when Democrats were saneish and he wasn't very political so I became Republican through other familial and cultural enforcers, teachers, church, Boy Scouts, etc.

We are now living in a time when all political and cultural enforcers are pushing in one direction.

Even with the heist, all cultural indicators are pointing left.

It's going to get worse, for Christ sake, a knitting community was ripped asunder by leftist woke assholes.

I learned long ago that what Easterners refer to mountains, and what
Westerners refer to as mountains are quite a bit different. Like,
10,000 feet different. The mountains in the east are just older and more
weathered than the newer (and higher) mountains in the west.

Posted by: Legally Sufficient - Trump Won! at December 06, 2020 10:31 PM (WFcrO)

A Westerner once said the definition of a mountain is there are no trees on top of it. If the peaks have trees, then not a mountain. But again that was a Westerner.

I love the Appalachians. The Blue Ridge Mountains, Shenandoah Valley and all are part of the most beautiful part of the world you will find. And when you add in the culture, the history, etc, it is very hard to beat in my opinion.

257 Thank you for the ONT. All this hysteria about covid, prompted me to call our local health department this week. I posted this before, but the lethality of Covid is a hoax:

Here are the numbers:

2018: 1797 deaths in the county
2019: 1870 deaths in the county
2020: 1707 deaths in the county, counted up until Nov 20 of this year

If you are worried about covid, maybe you should call your county health dept, and ask them for your numbers. I know I was a little concerned, people here AOSHQ have mostly said it was nothing. But then there is the occasional *oh you do not want to get this* comment. After seeing these numbers I am very relaxed.

Side topic, for years people have said that one of the more dangerous places to be is a hospital. I wonder if other cities and towns are actually seeing reduced deaths because people are being pushed away from the hospitals.

Fame and money are powerful attractors to many people.

And if you hook up after the "high" of a great concert where the crowd is really into it (plus maybe some actual stuff to get high)...

Reminds me of a story where an NBA guy went home with a gal after a game and she asked him for a pair of autographed sneakers, which he gave her.

As he was undressing he watched her open her closet and place the sneakers on a stand she had that had many other autographed sneakers.

He decided to go back the hotel without engaging in any activities first.

Tyson looked great. Was doing a number on Roy's ribs. Roy hasn't aged well and with his diminished speed couldn't do much but hold. I still think it's probably a bad idea, but it wouldn't be a joke at all if Tyson had a real fight - not against someone like Joshua or Wilder, obviously, but a younger journeyman heavyweight.

Which is why it has to be banned.

Interestingly, the gas companies in several states are pushing preemptive state laws to keep cities from banning natural gas use.

In the Bay Area, the electric company is also the gas company, so Pacific Gas & Electric is perfectly happy to see cities stop using gas, so PG&E can build nice new expensive electric power plants that they get a guaranteed rate of return on.

I remember when there was nothing there. We used to fish off of what is now called National Harbor. It was called The Spoils. There were some sunken bridge parts in the water and they provided good structure for the Bass. There may have been a home or two tucked in the woodline, but not much else around there.

388 John Denver. Not a very good ultralight pilot.
Posted by: Archer at December 06, 2020 10:28 PM (iI6/F)

We have hashed this out before. He bought the plane, a Rutan Long Eze, not an ultralight, from its builder, who made some unauthorized mods to the locations of certain controls, notably the fuel tank changeover valve. Put the valve handle basically out of reach for a man of Denver's stature when seated in the pilot's seat.

Denver's big mistake was in not seeing this as a potentially fatal flaw, and taking off in the damned thing anyway. Perhaps his second big mistake was in vainly trying to reach the valve, while losing airspeed and altitude, instead of coming to grips with the fact that he was going to have to execute a dead-stick ditching in the ocean, which he could have survived, had he done it skilfully.

Right. I read of a lawsuit to keep Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant up and running past its expected shutdown date, since California needs the power. I sincerely doubt PG&E has the ability to build a new power plant and get it operational in the next decade based on their poor performance to date. And their capitulation to the state. If it weren't for nuclear power being imported from Arizona, California would be more screwed than it is now.

It was spring I think, but early in the morning because the hike an hour pretty much up a steep, slippery (creekage), cold, damp, and foggy trail. Hoo boy I was frozen when I got up there. The worst part was after the lunch down in Stinson beach, the winding road back to 101. If I ever need to go to Stinson beach again, I'll take a boat.

452 realistically it is a good idea to do fifty or so miles as a test run before you try a thru hike. I hiked all over the Shenandoah National Park years ago. I am not sure how many miles it adds up to after all those trips, but it was certainly no thru hike. I also canoed down the Shenandoah River for weeks. Btw, here is some trivia, if you are going South you are going up the river, not down. Same with the valley. If you are traveling North, you are going down the Valley.

But you can search online for more info as the hiking community is very active online. I would like to hike there again on a long trip sometime. I am not sure a thru hike is possible but it would be a major life experience.

Bill Bryson wrote a book about the Appalachian Trail. Some parts of the book are good and give you a lot of info about the trail. But unfortunately Bryson is a terrible human being. He is not just an Atheist, he is a mean one. He goes out of his way to insult Christians for no good reason. Someone should write a similar book but keep out the hate.

I reminded her that, as an architect for the government, we had put in place thousands of step-down beds to alleviate that exact situation, so no, they would not be overwhelmed. Also, no hospital builds more ICU beds than they can fill. They don't wait around with hundreds of empty beds. Most ICU's are generally full, else they would convert the beds to something else that was paying them money.

Denver was smart. He was a great singer and songwriter. But he sang about a lot of places. Though his song about West Virginia is pretty much the state song, he was not from there. He also sung about the Rockies. And I associate him mostly with CA for some reason. But he was born in New Mexico.

Posted by: bat nationalist at December 06, 2020 11:48 PM (KSMO2)

Japanese internment was only to west coast areas areas, and for those that did not and unass the AO on their own. And the vast majority could leave the camps on at will (willing to get a job in the interior states that is). Literally they were relocation camps in the softest sense of the term. Many thought it would be good to declare loyalty to Japan which limited options...

The area with the greatest Japanese population, Territory of Hawaii stayed under Martial Law until within a month or two of the end of the war. Removing half the territory population would have been very detrimental to the shipyards etc.

A driver of this was an odd habit of Japanese-Americans - they were literally just that, Japanese-Americans. Most immigrants dropped the 'motherland' as much as could be expected. They were the earliest duel Nationals. A quirk of Japan law was that the only way to inherit land was one had to be a citizen, so as a whole they maintained that toe hold on to the motherland.

In contrast, in Japanese held areas, little regard was given to civilian vs. military POWs, they were all sent to virtual death camps.

Would you agree that based on the last 20 years of observable reality, that Chinese Nationals and other nationals from foreign countries have not dropped their locality to their home countries?
Either they are loyal to America or they are and have been actively working against America engaging in Asymmetrical Warfare as outlined by the Chinese military book Unrestricted Warfare.
Or do Americans just roll over and not demand our military defend our country at home because of fear of being called bad names and optics?
Because it looks like optics and name calling fears are preventing any action now and the last 20 years.

So I checked in tonight. He is fine, but there is a TV blaring in the background, so I ask him if he could mute it.

He says..."Well no, I'm at the Sky Club". That is an oldtime WI dinner club a mile south of his house.

He cracks me up. Keep on rocking Roger!

Two men, a soldier with deep Special Forces experience and an Army veteran [also with SF background], were found dead on a training area at Fort Bragg in North Carolina -- and officials are offering few details on what occurred. Their bodies were discovered together on Wednesday, prompting an investigation, the Army said.

Early signs suggest the men may have been engaged in criminal activity before their deaths, according to an anonymous defense official familiar with the incident. Their remains were found together in a remote part of the training area, with one body in a car.

The Navy Cross is no mean feet. And now there is an aircraft carrier that will bear his name. But I agree the military under Democrat command was segregated at that time. It is an important story, as all stories about individual accomplishment are important. But WW2 was the greatest catastrophe in human history. How many died all told, 80 million?
The left cares nothing about history. They use history as a political weapon and for no other reason. If they did not have political aims to warp their heritage, they would never spend another minute of their time "studying" history.

Carriers are fairly easy to assemble; old school method involves using some sealant between the carrier key and the carrier (Loctite 518 is something I've seen listed as being used), but hardly anyone does that anymore. Easiest method to stake the carrier key screws is probably the field staking method (three punch dots per bolt; duck duck go can hook you up), unless you want to shell out for special tools like the MOACKS or modify some pocket sized bolt cutters.

If you are having to assemble bolts, it's going to be a matter of not finding complete bolts rather than saving money, because you're going to want the tool for compressing the ejector.

For bolts try Surplusammo.com. They're not super fancy but should work. When you see 9310 being uses it's not because it's cheaper, it's because it's easier to get in small quantities vs C158; it's just a bit harder to heat treat correctly, hence the original C158 material spec.

From Voxday.com it looks like they have in your face proof that should blow the Steal open, once and for all. Now let's take a look at those 22 Michigan voting machines with these same tests. Somehow I have a gut feeling we will see similar results as this GA server.
How will PROGDA continue to deny TheSteal after this? Or how can they keep it quiet?

---
Now that the Dominion servers are in the possession of the Trump team and the algorithm has been broken and is being analyzed, it's beginning to appear that Biden didn't just lose, he was absolutely destroyed by the Trumpslide.

Ware County, Ga has broken the Dominion algorithm: Using sequestered Dominion Equipment, Ware County ran a equal number of Trump votes and Biden votes through the Tabulator and the Tabulator reported a 26% lead for Biden.

37 Trump votes used in the equal sample run had been "Switched" from Trump to Biden. In actual algorithmic terms this means that a vote for Trump was counted as 87% of a vote and a vote for Biden was counted as 113% of a vote.

Those conducting the test were so shocked that they ran the same ballots again. The same results appeared. ONE PIECE OF THE PUZZLE SOLVED. (It is worth noting that this was one County, and on one Tabulator alone. Dominion Tabulators could have been configured with different algorithms in different Counties or States.)

*The point is there is now hard evidence of electronic manipulation of the Election.*

The use of illegal and/or fabricated ballots is an additional issue altogether, but this is sufficient evidence to question the validity of the ENTIRE Election in the 28 states that used Dominion software.

If this ratio holds up on a nationwide basis, that would mean that Trump won the popular vote 54-46, with a margin of more than 13 million votes.

Trump: 74,221,816 x 1.149425287356322 = 85,312,432
Biden: 81,284,158 x 0.8849557522123894 = 71,932,883

666 The evidence of massive vote fraud in the 2020 election, favoring Sloe Joe, is overwhelming. In a criminal court, it would be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. But will that matter at all? Will the states in question with massive vote fraud do the right thing? I can't bet on that happening. What I will say is that i believe there has always been massive vote fraud for a few decades now, but we've gotten so used to it that it's no big deal. Now, with this election, the vote fraud is enormous, a big fucking deal. But again, will the evidence be enough to give Trump his landslide victory that he actually had? And what happens to this Country long-term should Biden, well Heels Up actually, be inaugurated thanks to stealing the election?

I really and truly hate interesting times.

Lots of decimals there in those revised calculations.
I always wondered why the Dominion voting systems counted votes with 3 decimals of accuracy. The data in statistical analysis reports show this to be true.
Why would individual votes need to be measuring fractions of an individual vote? It makes no logical sense. It is so the fraud software can properly calculate the steal votes in real time, and identify to fraudulent vote counters how many fake paper ballots they have to make appear late on Election night and early the next morning.

I always thought of people more like integers than fractions. In fact, I thought it was not possible to "split the baby". But what do I know, Dominion is the expert, right?
And the GA Guvnor and SoS paid $109 million to buy that system.

670 631 Well, it finally happened. My home was struck by the dreaded Covid. My mother-in-law, who lives with us, thinks she caught it at a nail salon, Turns out that her stylist tested positive but didn't say anything for a week. MIL started showing symptoms on Thanksgiving, refused to go to the hospital until last Tuesday, and was admitted with Covid-related pneumonia. She's doing better now, but if she had waited one more day things might have been different. She's a stubborn old cuss, a native Texan. In the meantime my wife, 14 year old son, and myself all tested positive. The kid has no symptoms, the wife and myself ended up with a low-grade fever and a cough.

i propose a 4 winds march in response... "they have us surrounded... the poor bastards."

to the tune of the "March of Cambredth" and an order to "Fix Bayonets", ala the 20th Maine at Gettysburg. i swore an oath back in '83. it doesn't have an expiration date.

Axes flash, broadsword swing,

Shining armour's piercing ring

Horses run with a polished shield,

Fight Those Bastards till They Yield

Midnight mare and blood red roan,

Fight to Keep this Land Your Own

Sound the horn and call the cry,

How Many of Them Can We Make Die!

Follow orders as you're told,

Make Their Yellow Blood Run Cold

Fight until you die or drop,

A Force Like Ours is Hard to Stop

Close your mind to stress and pain,

Fight till You're No Longer Sane

Let not a one damn cur pass by,

How Many of Them Can We Make Die!

Guard your women and children well,

Send These Bastards Back to Hell

We'll teach them the ways of war,

They Won't Come Here Any More

Use your shield and use your head,

Fight till Every One is Dead

Raise the flag up to the sky,

How Many of Them Can We Make Die!

Dawn has broke, the time has come,

Move Your Feet to a Marching Drum

We'll win the war and pay the toll,

We'll Fight as One in Heart and Soul

Midnight mare and blood red roan,

Fight to Keep this Land Your Own

Sound the horn and call the cry,

How Many of Them Can We Make Die!

(first verse)

How Many of Them Can We Make Die!

How Many of Them Can We Make Die!

No way I am giving up breakfast. It starts your day off, it is the cheapest of meals, and even bad cooks can do it pretty well.

after flirting with it for a year or so. i think the fasting theory is a lot of bunk. I mean, to each his own and for some it might work well. But the idea that eating in a short window will make you much thinner, is highly questionable imo.

Traitors in war are hanged. And overthrowing a US Presidential election by manipulating the vote is an act of war. Which is essentially what happened.

Everyone involved is a traitor. Now to be fair, a lot of underlings that did the physical work weren't aware of the total tools they were, but they aren't innocent, either. They got paid to do shady crap and know what they did.

697 You don't have to skip breakfast.

To do intermittent fasting though, you should try to do 16 hours without eating.

If it's easier to go 8 hours before you go to bed, then do so. For many it's easier to skip breakfast

That is, in part, just practical because of the blood sugar cycle. If you eat carbs, you blood sugar rises, insulin releases, blood sugar lowers, you feel hungry again, you eat, repeat cycle.

If you skip breakfast, you don't have those cycles until later in the day when you finally do eat, because your blood sugar levels were basically stabilized during your sleep.

If you try to do your 8 waking hours at night before bed without food, the likelihood is that you have hunger issues still from lunch and perhaps an early dinner, so it requires more willpower.

Of course you don't really have to do it at all.

Or you could restrict your breakfast to no carb options like coffee, bacon and eggs which gives your body a healthy shot of fat that it can operate off of. You just need to keep it limited, because excess protein can also trigger the release of insulin.
