Kyle Rittenhouse Out on Bail, Thanks to Donations From Thousands of Patriotic Americans

Time to put this guy back on patrol.

Kyle Rittenhouse, the Illinois teen, unjustly charged in the shooting deaths of two Antifa goobers desperately in need of killing Antifa associated goons who carried out an unprovoked attack on him during the Kenosha riot caused by the justified and necessary police shooting of Jacob Blake, has been released from jail in Wisconsin on a $2 million cash bail.

[quote from Chicago Tribune]

...

His release came over the objections of family members and lawyers for two of the men he shot. They had asked for higher bail and voiced concerns Rittenhouse would flee, which his lawyers have said he would not.

The 17-year-old’s release was funded by donations sought by his attorneys, who appealed to the political right, where Rittenhouse is popular.

When antifa is afraid, citizens may go about their business without fear.

I do not think getting out of jail, when you are presumed innocent, as we all are, even for a serious crime, like in this case, should require 2 million dollars (run on sentence award??). Side topic, in this day of and gps heart rate monitors, it should be pretty easy to make sure someone does not skip bale.

One day, as he was washing cutlerly, the dad came at him, angry that he hadn't done an adequate job. He told him, "Wait, Dad, I just washed the floor, it's slippery!", but it was too late; the dad fell against his son while he was drying off a knife and got stabbed. 16 times.

But the GOPe rejected the Tea Party. They slow walked Trump, via Ryan, starting in 2016. Forty something GOPe dicks walked away from the best non-job they ever had in 2018. In 2020 - show me how the GOP is circling the wagons for the top dog. I'll wait.

We are at a point where "we just need to play the game better" is crap. The game is rigged. The players are either cons or willing rubes.

He didn't. It was his boss's gun. He was defending his boss's business, and was asked to do so. 20 minute drive to where he worked. He decided that he'd try to help people that were injured, and there's video of him tending to injured antifa/blm types.

The gun was to stand outside and make sure nobody set fire to his business.

He was tending to some injured people, and heading back to the business when cops stopped him, and told him to go straight into the waiting BLM crowd (we've seen this TOO MANY TIMES). There were a couple that were mad at him because he stopped a burning dumpster from being pushed into a gas station.

So, one guy in particular singled him out and started stalking him. We have video of most everything from the gas station forward, and lots of snippets of him helping out throughout the day.

Posted by: clutch cargo at November 20, 2020 07:05 PM (8B6Ng)

194 He didn't bring the gun across state lines. A friend of his bought it for him and is now facing felony charges for doing so.

Otherwise, who TF is anyone to say "why was he there in the first place?". He had every right to be there. Every. Right. He was helping protect someone's business, as multiple videos of the night's events will attest. Also, there's a fairly significant difference between carrying and brandishing.

265 Admission: I'm doing something wrong as a lawyer because I bill honestly.

I track my time on a stopwatch - per client, per day. I aggregate the time and then round to the nearest 1/5 hour, no matter how many separate tasks I perform, it's the total time per day. If I do something very minor, like my legal assistant calls me to confirm whether a deposition is going forward tomorrow, I don't bother tracking and billing for that 3 seconds. Respond to a client's email whether the hearing is still going forward, don't bother to charge. IF it takes me a couple of minutes and actual thought to send an email, ok, but 6 five-minute emails is 30 minutes (0.6 hours), not 1.2 hours.

No one challenges my bills and if they did, they'd see how much I actually underbill relative to the bulk of my profession. I have a very clear conscience and that will never change.

277 Look, KR is a hero to me, remarkably self-possessed to hang onto the rifle and be so able to defend himself. So, I'd be honored to share a foxhole with him.

That said, lives are going to be f*cked up because of violating Wisconsin gun laws.
According to the article, a 19-year old friend, Dominic Black, bought the gun in his (Black's) name for Kyle with Kyle's money. I believe we have a "straw buyer".
Black was uneasy about giving the gun to Kyle that night, but says Kyle "would have thrown a fit" if he didn't.
Problem: minors in Wisconsin cannot possess or carry a rifle unless they are hunting.,

Black is facing two felony charges (gun to a minor ending in death) and may face 25 years in prison. Kyle is not assured of gaining his freedom.

Would the bad guys have chased Kyle if he didn't have a gun? We may never know. On the whole, Kyle should never have held the gun that night.

Red Flag 2: Trump garnered 55-60 percent of Michigan vote, until voter turnout reached 83 percent, and then votes dramatically shifted in Bidens favor in a series of statistically impossible spikes

Red Flag 3: The number of votes tabulated in the spikes took place in an impossibly short timeframe, in other words the machine count simply cant produce the numbers for Biden it did in so short a time

Red Flag 4: In Georgia and Pennsylvania, after 2 a.m. on Nov. 4, all spikes went for Biden

Red Flag 5: In Georgia and Pennsylvania, after 2 a.m. on Nov. 4, ballot bundles ran in smooth amounts of roughly 6,000 in PA and 4,800 in GA

322 There seems to be a feud starting up between Tucker and Sidney Powell, I heard a clip of Sidney on Bartaramo and she said she sent Tucker a copy of the report she was sending to people for court, but he was still being rude so she said he wasn't to get in contact with her again. Tucker is blaiming Sidney and he says he didn't get any information from her.

One of their biggest mistakes, for sure. Federal spending for fiscal year X + 1 should have been limited to no more than what was collected in fiscal year X.

Also, Congresscritters alone should be personally penalized and have to make-up out of their own pockets and estates (in perpetuity by their descendants if bankrupted) for all overages.

- I still don't care, even if it was the CIA. Whatever happens in Venezuela is of absolutely no concern to me. What happened in PA, WI, MI, NV, AZ, GA, and probably every other US state is of concern to me. The CIA can overturn as many banana republic elections as they wanted, as long as it's not this banana republic.

3. Who authorized its export to other countries?

That said, lives are going to be f*cked up because of violating Wisconsin gun laws.

According to the article, a 19-year old friend, Dominic Black,
bought the gun in his (Black's) name for Kyle with Kyle's money. I
believe we have a "straw buyer".

Black was uneasy about giving the gun to Kyle that night, but says Kyle "would have thrown a fit" if he didn't.

Problem: minors in Wisconsin cannot possess or carry a rifle unless they are hunting.,

Black is facing two felony charges (gun to a minor ending in death)
and may face 25 years in prison. Kyle is not assured of gaining his
freedom.

Would the bad guys have chased Kyle if he didn't have a gun? We may
never know. On the whole, Kyle should never have held the gun that
night.

Posted by: JM in Florida - I search w DuckDuckGo at November 20, 2020 07:19 PM (rOYkz)"

It's not a straw purchase if it wasn't bought with the intent, at the time of purchase, of handing it over. Which is not even remotely going to fly unless he bought the rifle within a couple of days of this incident.

The "gun to a minor resulting in death" charges also won't fly if Rittenhouse isn't convicted or found negligent for the deaths of those idiots. Absent straw concerns, he was allowed to possess the rifle and the guy who gave it was allowed to give it to him; his charges are only a factor if Rittenhouse did something wrong with it.

I believe Sidney Powell said that she believed that this is just what occurred in our election, with those same numbers used.

I've also heard her say that there is a 3% switching function that may have just taken 3% of Trump's votes in every state and flipped those to Biden. If that occurred, that means the real numbers are that Trump won the "national" "popular" vote by about 46,000 votes, and won the Electoral College by 311 to 227. At least according to the massive spreadsheet I've been working on since election day.

516 Someone help me out on this.

Yesterday, Giuliani mentioned that the lawsuits getting dismissed were independent lawsuits, not the campaigns lawsuits. Exhibit A: Lynn Wood in GA. His got dismissed on standing since he filed on behalf of himself.

Setting aside the BS around standing and an individual's right to sue the hell out of the government, the campaign has standing.

Today, GA's SoS signed off on the results of their kabuki theater recount with absolutely no mention of "Whoopsie! Sorry about losing those THREE MEMORY CARDS WITH SEVERAL THOUSAND VOTES IN THREE SEPARATE COUNTIES that don't matter because it wasn't enough to change our predetermined results".

So, my question is why the hell is Sydney Powell on Fox defending herself for not appearing on Fox and in a slap fight with a two bit entertainer (because, let's be clear- Tucker Carlson and the rest are NOT news people) instead of, oh I don't know, on behalf of the campaign, suing the ever loving crap out to GA for ignoring signatures and losing several thousand votes?

They had the government they preferred in power and they used that to strike everywhere, knowing the Labor party was weak and would capitulate whenever they wanted a better deal.

The only difference is the Labor party weren't traitors to the UK and didn't rig the 1979 election to keep Thatcher out of Downing St. against the overwhelming will of the people
