French President Macron Gives Political Islam Group Two Weeks to Agree to Accept "Republican Values" or Else

The "or else" is to possibly face forcible dissolution of the organizations, or be branded "separatists" at war with France.

Muslim Faith (CFCM) two weeks to agree to a "Republican values charter" and vow to end all practices of political Islam.

The French leader, alongside Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin, met with eight of the nine representatives of the CFCM and demanded the group draft and ratify a "charter of Republican values" as soon as possible.

"There will be those who sign and those who will not sign. We'll learn from it. Either you are with the Republic or you are not with the Republic," Macron told the representatives, Le Figaro reports.

Macron Govt Proposes Dissolving Major Islamist Associations After Teacher Beheading https://t.co/N90nY0RouO

-- Breitbart London (@BreitbartLondon) October 20, 2020

According to the newspaper, Macron gave the group two main conditions: to end "all practices of political Islam" and "commit to putting an end to any foreign interference".

Those groups which refuse to agree to the conditions will be viewed as "separatists", an adviser told the paper, noting that Macron would not compromise on either subject.

France did recently dissolve one radical Islamist group.

The former head of the Islamist NGO Barakacity, which was dissolved by the French government, has requested political asylum from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

...

France's Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin announced the formal dissolution of Barakacity earlier this week after stating that the group "incited hatred" and "maintained relations within the radical Islamist movement".

I would be celebrating this more if I wasn't pretty sure the Ruling Class wasn't considering a very similar policy towards us.

The American/Transnationalist Ruling Class would never do this to radical Islamists -- but it would certainly do it to conservatives.

27 What a strange concept of rights Europeans have without our own constitution. Americans wrote a paranoid, guns-drawn, Faustian bargain with each other carefully delineating what the government can do, knowing that thugs were going to take over and operate to the limit of that contract and then (eventually) disregard it entirely.

France lets Muslims walk all over them, take over half the cities, gives them sharia zones, let's them bomb and intimidate and then when it's too late threatens to go Huguenots deus vult on them as a group.

Strange land.

35 From Washington Examiner

ATLANTA
Georgia's Republican secretary of state was forced to issue a correction Friday after he initially claimed that the Peach State had certified that Joe Biden won the state's presidential election, beating President Trump by more than 12,000 votes and securing 16 Electoral College votes.

An earlier announcement around 12:30 p.m. said the state had completed its certification, but around an hour later, the office of Brad Raffensperger, the beleaguered secretary of state, issued the correction. The snafu was just the latest embarrassing turn in what has been a chaotic electoral process in the traditional Republican state.

...

Trump's campaign has until Tuesday to request a recount since the margin of victory was below 0.5 percentage points. If requested, the recount would be done using scanning machines that read and count votes and not another hand tally.

I think their standard for evidence is "icontrovertable proof from a source we approve of" for anything that harms their viewpoint and narrative. 206 Morning all! I want to respond to something artisanal 'ette said in
a prior thread about lawyers not jumping in to help. Long, but an
enjoyable read and has a little story from my military days:

"What bothers me is that with ALL of the lawyers in
the country, and there are millions - everyone has a law degree... Why
aren't more stepping up to help our President?

Posted by: artisanal 'ette at November 20, 2020"

I
have 23 years experience in CA real property law, won some significant
appeals creating major precedents in my field. Why on Earth would you
want to hire me to perform an emergency appendectomy? That's
essentially what you're asking given how different election law at the
presidential level. At least I know where your appendix is. I wouldn't
remotely know what to do.

Example: A
few years ago I worked on a lawsuit challenging a local S.F. ordinance
designed to drive residential hotels out of business (as privately owned
businesses that is). My little boutique firm (the only one I've ever
worked at) which specializes in real property law worked with another
firm that specializes in federal takings law, equal protection, etc. I
was responsible for drafting our portion of the complaint which was
based solely on the state law issues we handled. I wasn't even asked to
review the other firm's constitutional law portion because it would
have been very difficult, pointless, expensive relative to utility, and a
waste of time better spent elsewhere. I *can* discuss takings, EP,
etc., at a very general level, but that's it.

(BTW,
we sought a preliminary injunction against the ordinance, which was
denied. We appealed that to the CA Court of Appeal where it was
reversed and the basis for the reversal, solely on state law grounds,
was essentially a determination of the merits of my firm's portion of
the complaint. The City caved after that.)

Hell,
I've worked on cases in my field which were referred to us from other
lawyers who realized they were not able to provide the kind of service
we could because we've been doing this specific field for years and have
made a good deal of the relevant case law. One time I was brought in
to defend a bullspit petition for a harassment injunction (CA CCP 527.6)
- gadfly was on public land documenting someone who was violating some
local land use restriction on an adjacent property.

I
went to court to get an extension of time to file an anti-SLAPP
motion. Opposing counsel asked, "are you an anti-SLAPP lawyer?" Yup!
[smiley face] He probably had 20 more years experience than I did, but
zilch in anti-SLAPP law. I think he ended up paying the attorney's fees
his client owed my client, for losing the motion, because if he had had
experience in anti-SLAPP law, he'd have never filed that petition.

It's
nothing like medicine. Any differences in techniques among
appendectomy surgeons is a matter of their individual preference, the
patient's condition, and the tools available. Law isn't the
equivalent. Hell, states have different statutes of limitations for the
same thing, and that's just the most basic legal thing.

What
they really need is paralegals to make sure the briefs and
evidence-sponsoring documents are properly put together -- remember that
mistake involving MN and MI? Experienced lawyers are like field grade
and general officers. Without them you have no leadership. Paralegals
are like NCOs - it doesn't matter how much leadership you have, they're
the ones who get sh*t done. If you try to force junior lawyers (company
grade officers) to do NCOs' work, you end up with a mess.

So
that's a huge part of why conservative lawyers aren't flocking to help
the President. We'd just get in the way and make a mess of things. As
one of my NCOs said to me during our annual 2 weeks in the field when I
was a platoon leader: "Lieutenant, is the shot working?" (Field signal
platoon, enabling an infantry battalion to communicate with their
higher headquarters.) "Yes". "Then you don't need to know where we (my
NCOs) are", referring to where they'd pitched their tents in the
woods. They were a few dozen meters farther into the woods so they
could drink once things were up and running, which they were -- great
crew I had. All I could say, being a fairly competent lieutenant, was,
"Sergeant [ ], just don't get me in trouble." THAT order, they obeyed; I
didn't get in trouble. As I said, great crew. Now I'm getting
misty-eyed.

Agreed on your second two points but a lot of the fraud was running the same biden ballots through the machine over and over. That's how they got 160 k votes in PA out of boxes of 60 K. Explains the high turnouts. Now it might be different in Atlanta, but that's how Philly and Milwaukee (and probably chicago, etc. got those huge numbers and a machine recount will capture that, but not the other stuff. Anywhere the count was done overnight without observers this would apply.

But for Georgia, the signatures need to be verified against the registration records, not the mail in request signature. Wasn't the mail in request verified against the original on file? and if not why the fk not? Why request a signature in the first place?

How does it round-off a non-integer calculation result? My knee-jerk reaction is that doesn't matter, it's at most one vote per precinct, but without running example cases myself, and understanding exactly how the algorithm works, I find this fishy.

239 Who was the little doe eyed chick, was in one of those teen movies where she played the "plain" girl, who once she was dolled up... looked like she looks.

its otherwise a lousy film but "That Teen Movie" had a great bit where the lead girl is absolutely stunning, just a total drop dead gorgeous girl that everyone treats as plain until she takes her glasses off and changes her hair slightly. Then suddenly they all are amazed at how beautiful she suddenly is.

Was such a great slam on how every "plain" girl that turns pretty is absolutely gorgeous in the before pictures, too. My favorite example of this is Princess Diaries where beautiful mousy Anne Hathaway combs her hair and puts on heavy make up to suddenly be "beautiful". Uh, she was to start with.

260 The New York Times, illustrating what always happens in socialist dictatorships:

The host of a popular radio show, "The People's Combat," had always diligently praised Venezuela's governing Socialist Party, even as millions sank into penury under its rule. But when acute gasoline shortages paralyzed his remote fishing town this summer, he strayed from the party line.

On his show, the host, lifelong Socialist Jose Carmelo Bislick, accused local party chiefs of siphoning fuel, leaving most people queuing for days outside empty gasoline stations.

Just weeks later, on Aug. 17, four masked, armed men burst into Mr. Bislick's house and told him he had "run the red light," before beating him in front of his family and hauling him away into the night. He was found dead with gunshot wounds hours later, dressed in his favorite Che Guevara T-shirt...

I have no doubt that they've been inundated with lawyers offering their services. But the logistics and time constraints make it impossible. Even if they already had some sort of screening infrastructure, and an office staffed to assign these people to certain groups, it couldn't happen in 30 days.

This is going to need to be a skeleton crew who can communicate and act quickly.

We're going to need patriots like you in the coming weeks and months. This beast isn't going down without a fight, and the combat will be on the street level, hand to hand.

Just like I'm sure there's been a flood of IT pros asking to help pick apart the dominion Charlie Foxtrot, it falls to just a handful of people that were in it from the start. When heterosexual men get into a sexual situation like that, they can react badly.

Even though the numbers of transgenders are infinitesimal, they are critical to the Left.

In 1984, the Party was eventually going to announce that 2+2=5, and imprisoned anyone who dare disagreed.

In America, the Party will eventually imprison anyone who doubts that surgically mutilating yourself turns you from a man into a woman.

In both cases, the point is to force you to believe something that is impossible.

Weller is nearly impossible to find. People learned that is is the same "juice" as Pappy Van Winkle.

Weller and all of the Van Winkle bourbons use Buffalo Trace's "wheated" mash bill (wheat is the 2nd grain instead of the typical rye).

Some barrels of the wheated juice are bottled as Weller (there are 3 varieties). The "better" barrels are aged longer and are bottled as a Van Winkle or Pappy Van Winkle.

Makers is also wheated.

450 I'm extremely skeptical that Oregonians suddenly decided as a state that everything should be legal, having lived here for over 50 years and having a good feel for the state's mood and people. But that's what the official vote totals said.

Just like every single time there's a "vote" to expand the size of Salem's city limits, it passes by a large margin.

Vote by mail: its perfect! To cheat with.

People interested in the distinctions generally put non-jihadist Salafism as the reform/political element of Islam, i.e. these are the folks most likely to see political solutions as means to implementing sharia. Al-Sahwa Al-Islamiyya would be an example of a nonviolent, politically active Saudi conservative Islamic faction.

452 @430
Unfortunately I feel that the strongest legal argument is usurpation of the State Legislatures. So if at the end of the day the Supremes, to avoid being put in the place of deciding a national election, will do everything possible to punt back to the States.
By their inaction, there may be an argument that the Legislatures have "ratified" the actions of their Secretaries of State.
I don't think the equal protection argument is going to fly, as there is no protected class for people who make mistakes on their ballots.

I think this thing lives or dies in how iron clad the proof of massive fraud (specifically Dominion) can be, and if it will compel normally spineless pols in the State Legislatures to face down a huge, angry mob.

A local store called me recently and said they had received a small shipment of Antique. I'm on a waiting list. They wanted $80 for it. I politely said, no thanks.

For that price, I'll buy a bottle of New Riff AND a bottle of Woodford Double Oaked.

New Riff is great if you can find it. Newcomer out of Northern KY / Cincy. Great stuff. Both the bourbon as well as the rye!

Does anyone know if this is being pursued in the rest of the counties there? That would turn a few seats and maybe the Presidential if it's replicated in all the other PA counties. It would be a significant number.

Plus wouldn't a similar case apply for signature and name and address and witness name and address?
