Poll Watcher Discovers "Error" That Gave Joe Biden An Extra 9,626 in Georgia

Below, the Rudy Giuliani press conference. People who've watched it have said that Giuliani gave the media absolute hell and that he was "on fire."
An error in DeKalb County, Georgia during a recount caused a voting batch to be labeled incorrectly, appearing to overstate Democratic Presidential Nominee Joe Biden's performance. David Shafer, Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, announced the error on Twitter Wednesday morning saying that while the batch of ballots contained 1,081 votes for Biden and 13 for Trump, the batch was labeled as containing 10,707 votes for Biden. ... Shafer also pointed out that other errors may have gone unnoticed due to limitations and restrictions on how many observers could be assigned to counting tables. "We were limited to 1 monitor for every 10 counting tables and we were kept some distance from the tables," he wrote. "There is no telling what we missed under these unreasonable restrictions. The miscounted batch had been signed off by two official counters."

We are also looking at massive mail vote fraud in NM and VA. We don't know if VA will be enough to over-turn.
There are 150+ counties (or precincts?) with over-votes, where more votes were recorded than voters. 80+ is historically considered an over-vote. We have 100%, 150%, 200% and even one went to 350% over-vote
We can prove Trump won entirely without discussing the vote-switching in the machines.

I'm not sure what evidence they will really have for all this. But this is both a legal fight and a political fight. So you don't necessarily have to "prove" your legal case, but just do enough to help your political case.
From an evidence point of view, the circumstantial evidence of fraud is overwhelming. Whatever direct evidence can be offered, the circumstantial evidence is very damning. Will it be enough to persuade a GOP legislator or 5 Court justices to do the right, but hard, thing?

Stressing early and mail in voting might have legitimately raised turnout. so closer to the past high of 70% to even a bit over is not out of the relm of possibility. However, it's my opinion that is legitimately what happened which means they fixer votes had to push the 90% range.

Every piece of paper weighs something, and identical pieces of paper have nearly identical weights. Enough pieces of paper not only weigh a lot, they stack up really high. Since ballots will have nearly uniform thicknesses, one could tell just by looking at the stack that the count was ----waaaaaaaayyyyyyy offfffffff -----
They must be truly stupid, or they must think everyone else is truly stupid, or both.
If some of the things we are hearing about massive fraud are true, we could know if the tallied count does not match just by weighing the ballots.

Then he displayed the number of mail-in votes in Detroit, and in nearly every Detroit precinct, these ballots exceeded the number of registered voters in the precinct, by a considerable number.

I've made this point repeatedly since Gore tried to steal the 2000 election. Rossi, Franken, other races. If the errors were legit, they'd break 50-50, or maybe 70-30 if the sample were small enough. But they break > 99-1 in favor of the Democrat. While I have a low opinion in general of Democrats AND their ability to competently run elections in their precincts, that makes my bullshit meter hit the stop and wrap around it several times.

First, I think we have to assume that Fox and the other news organizations are in on it.
It's just that they are biased, they have been recruited to play a particular role. Fox's role was to be the outlet that called the winning state to give the color revolution an air of legitimacy to Trump voters (believing that we would accept it from Fox, not CNN).
They have a vested interest in keeping the narrative in place. Once this starts unraveling, how far will it unravel, right? There's a risk in starting down the path of what Trump's team is alleging, that it will lead to inconvenient info about the MSM's collusion.

I'LL BE DAMNED if that's the future I pass to them, so each time it starts to drive me down I pull up that picture in my head, straighten my back and start pushing again.
What push-back looks like for you, depends on you and what you feel you can do that is constructive. My background is data so I've been staying up nights collecting, aggregating, filtering, analyzing and delivering data directly to the people who can do something with it. It's not sexy, but it's my specialty and it's where I think I can do the most good right now. They keep asking me for more so hopefully it's making a difference. =)
My skills allow me to give them bricks to build with, but I have a tiny social network and thus can't really influence people. And much of what happens here will hinge on social pressure to force these courts, the populace, and the legislatures to look at the proof and not dismiss it. Those with a larger social network can reach out to others and help convince them to show up at rallies, capital steps, government offices, etc. Perhaps even organize those same events. This is a compounding effect, you just need to get two more people doing the same and it becomes a preference cascade.
Others have the gift of gab and can influence opinions with passion, humor, or whatever effects change or simply buoys our compatriots. Ace is a gift to us in this, not to mention a constant source of new swear words and insults for us to hurl back at the opposition. The left can't take humor, insults or disrespect because their sense of self-worth is entirely dependent on the approval of others instead of being based on a foundation of morals. So let's be the ones that drive them from the public square for once by hitting those cockwarbling pansies right in their no-no squares and introducing them to the proverbial flaming pineapples when they let the idiocy in their brains leak out through their pieholes.
Yet others, especially ya'll old farts, may have the gift of strategy, insight, experience and cunning or maybe just plain ruthlessness. You can help predict where the opposition may attempt to push back, where we've left ourselves vulnerable or where they may have left themselves vulnerable.
More are just plain mean, but honorable. Proud Boys, 1st Praetorians, Patriot Guard all need to become names that Antifa and groups like them fear. Find your local chapters and reach out to them, or form one.
But no matter what, refuse to give our opponents the satisfaction of you doing nothing. Everyone can do something. To paraphrase The Bard: Don't be "one of those accurs'd that they stayed a-bed" when there is yet work to be done.
Gird up yer loins. Grab your shivs, shelves, pineapples, sponges and pudding cups. Prepare the otter and woodpecker brigades. Then saddle up the raptors and be ready to raise the black flag.

Arguably, the best part of the presser was the Q&A. There were at least 3 standard MFM questions in the vein of "When did you stop beating your wife?" All of them were CRUSHED by Rudy, Sydney, and Jenna. They didn't try to answer them like repubs are wont to do, the premises of the questions were rejected out of hand. It was refreshing.

Electronic or mechanical tabulation, though, is another matter. Electronically scanning and counting those paper ballots makes perfect sense to me.
But the software that runs those systems needs to be open-source and available for inspection not just by the governments but by all comers. Every element of it. Use AI pattern recognition for signature matching? Cool. Open it up. All of it needs to be subject to inspection. If this means that there's no money in voting software, then fine - go back to punch cards and mechanical tabulation.

Just like those votes from multiple precincts coming in at exactly the same ratio, over and over and over again. Time and time again, in votes where Trump had a big lead, there would be a huge Biden vote dump to put him ahead, and then miraculously, every precinct that reported after that point had Biden ahead by some small fraction, curiously always the exact same fraction. Every precinct would report something like Biden had 51.8% of the votes to Trump's 48.2%. Every damn one. But yeah, nothing suspicious there. We see shit like that all the time in real life. Yes, but need to keep the paper ballots around for recounts. It's easy to analyze individual ballots to see how the ink was applied, e.g. the swirls of a pen are different than ink printed on them at the paper fiber level.

When Banana Republic first came to town here in '86 or so, I loved 'em. Travel clothing, stuff you couldn't find elsewhere. I used one of their canvas-and-leather briefcases for years, until it got snatched out of my car.
Then the Gap bought them. They still have good jeans, I think, and you can find good stuff on their sale racks, but they're not conveniently located here any more. And I like to try on pants for instance before I buy them, so I like to visit the actual store.

I had a setup in high school with a coax run along the roof then split, the core hanging down and the wrap held up. It would roll the signal over the ground apparently and I could pick up people dozens of miles away.

They are hearsay (hearsay is "an out of court statement that goes to the fact of the matter.") and are not admissible as evidence.
But you know what IS evidence? The kind of evidence most cases in court rely heavily on? Witness testimony.
So every one of the people who filled out an affidavit can be called as a witness, testify to what they said in their affidavit, (and be subjected to cross examination) and that testimony would be evidence.

No, they are rarely admissible as evidence in any jurisdiction I'm familiar with.
In certain situations, like if someone dies between the time they are deposed or swear out an affidavit, and the court case, they could be admissible.
Another reason it would be admissible is to impeach the witness (ie: swore to one thing in an affidavit, another on the stand).
But the general rule is that if there is a witness statement to something, that statement (whether deposition, affidavit, testimony by a third party) is not admissible unless the witness is there to be cross examined.

The statistical analysis is more to support the extent of the fraud. You can't identify every individual fraudulent ballot, but you can show a pattern of fraud through a great many of instances and then show the estimated impact.

The counter argument is, no, you have to prove they are invalid.
There are some strong things backing the counter argument. First, it is an inversion of the innocent until proven guilty concept. Second, it is not possible that ALL of the mail in ballots are not valid votes. In that group there are lots and lots of valid votes, and just intuitively, people are not going to feel that it is fair to trash lots and lots of valid votes over a technicality.
AND - the Dems were not as sloppy as we accuse them of being - they covered their tracks well enough that you CANNOT prove that any particular ballot is not valid. It's all one big mishmash.
I know this is not the complete backing of the case, but it is what they put out FIRST.

I agree, that is very shaking reasoning, and unlikely to be recognized by any court. The proof is on the challenger to show proof of his allegations. It's one of the reasons I saw don't count on the courts, they will not be our savior. This battle is in the State Legislatures, and if they decide to give Biden the win, he will win. The leftist lawyer are saying "affidavits aren't evidence" which is true in the sense that they won't be admissible at trial.
But it's a semantic game, because obviously the testimony of the people who swore out the affidavits will be admissible.
Same with depositions. They're not admissible at trial (with exceptions), but the person who was deposed will presumably restate the same things they said in the depo at trial, and that will be admissible. And if they don't say the same things, then the deposition could be admitted to impeach the witness.

I was not a Trump fan until I saw him stand against the media. I voted Cruz, because all my other choices dropped out before AZ held their primary. I didn't trust that Trump wasn't just another Dem. After the primary, I was all in and by the time the general came around, I had no qualms voting for the Don.

But after that day, it was clear Trump would win the nomination.

Software engineer here. If Dominion released code that was not correct, a simple comparison to the binaries / .NET IL code on the actual machine would reveal whether or not they sent out the correct code.
I would advise lawyers going after Dominion to subpeona the entire source code repository. Whether they used git, svn, Visual Source Safe, MS Team Foundation Server, or CVS... get the whole history.

I only started peeping at Faux News because they were the only network in 2016 that covered Sanders somewhat fairly. Discovered that all stations went "Trump and Sanders rallies are violent" in concert in March 2016. Switched to MAGA. Trump is far, far superior to Bernie on all fronts, but never would have paid any attention without the obvious media smears. And wow, the passionate Sanders supporters are actual violent commies.

The counter argument is, no, you have to prove they are invalid.
There are some strong things backing the counter argument. First, it is an inversion of the innocent until proven guilty concept. Second, it is not possible that ALL of the mail in ballots are not valid votes. In that group there are lots and lots of valid votes, and just intuitively, people are not going to feel that it is fair to trash lots and lots of valid votes over a technicality.
AND - the Dems were not as sloppy as we accuse them of being - they covered their tracks well enough that you CANNOT prove that any particular ballot is not valid. It's all one big mishmash.
I know this is not the complete backing of the case, but it is what they put out FIRST.

Courts have generally been skeptical of mail-in in the past. If safeguards to prove their validity weren't followed(much like voter ID and signatures), the burden of proof shifts. Rudy's gone into detail a number of times on this and seems fairly confident of the angle.
Strictly speaking it is the law that requires their validation.

Also, at some point, we will be entering the equivalent of proof by DNA territory. It is always possible that DNA evidence is wrong, but statistically it is so outlandish no one believes it anymore.
Same thing can happen in this case with enough independent statistics taken together.

Probably the most notable (ab)use of affidavits in recent times was with the Sandusky case, where the judge decided that only a representative sample (something like 5 of the 50) needed to actually testify and be cross-examined --- but at the some time essentially instructed the jury that they could assume the other affidavits had the same provenance as the ones that were actually witnessed.

I appreciate that - I am a lawyer. However, my concern is whether the American public is going to buy it. Showing that "For every 4th vote, CHANGE [field candidate A] to [field Candidate B]" is simple, clear and compelling. Saying something like "assuming delta is inverted, the second integral shows that the possibility is beyond three standard deviations" ain't got the same punch. This is true even if you do show the same number got added in multiple places at the same time. Probable? Nah. Possible? Math allows it.

Two points:
1. The place for witnesses and witness testimony to be evaluated is in a court, not in the media.
2. As Rudy said, it's become routine for anyone speaking against the narrative to immediately have their homes, families, job, and lives threatened.
For an example of both, see Joe the Plumber who did nothing but answer his door when the Dog Eater knocked. In minutes, the media was combing through his taxes. Things have not gotten better since then. They have gotten a lot worse.

But if it is physically possible for a dime to land on edge, you multiply that by the number of dimes that ever existed by the number of times they get flipped a year, then by the number of years dimes have existed - and we still don't have 1/infinity. Things that have a billion to one chance of happening on any given day happen to six or seven people every day.

That is not the case. What the PDT has to prove in court is that
a) the vote totals contain fraud so cannot be certified as free and honest and b) that the amount of cheating exceeds the possible margin of victory for Biden.
The usual remedy is for the court to discard the election results and call for a new one. One such special U.S. House election was thrown out in North Carolina due to allegations that the Republican engaged in vote harvesting which is illegal under NC law. So what PDT is doing is suing to prevent a SOS from certifying the vote as required by federal and state laws as being fair and honest.
However, Article II constrains the courts involved regarding remedies--but the constitution does grant plenary power legislatures to specify their choice of electors for president. This was also reiterated by Scotus in the faithless elector case from last year's term which also relied on similar language as dicta in Bush v. Gore.
That is my guess about the ultimate strategy but you do not lay out everything in a complaint or the media, you wait until court and sworn testimony at that point under oath and penalty of perjury.

In GA, it is the alleged shoddy recount procedures and similar to that of Arizona for certain counties like Maricopa.
In Wisconsin, similar to Michigan, turns on impossible results coming out of Milwaukee and to a lesser extent Dane county.
The legal strategies are going to be different in each state because the issues and election law at the state level are different.

FYI, Nevada had over 15000 people that apparently voted in two states, there are similar issues in other states such as GA and NC and the dead apparently rose to life in PA (Smoking Joe Frazier voted in Philly for example by absentee) and MI.
