The Morning Rant

So Trump's legal team had a press conference yesterday, and, judging by all of the weeping and wailing afterwards by the Trump-haters on social media, it must have landed a few good blows. For example, look at this media hack:

I can't even begin to unpack this idiotic tweet. It's nonsense wrapped in ignorance inside stupid. It's a veritable turducken of dumb. But he did say one thing that actually got within shouting distance of the truth. I mean the bit about Trump allegedly pressuring state legislatures to "overturn" election results.

And what would be wrong with that?

All during the Bush v. Gore brouhaha back in 2000, I kept asking myself why the courts were taking up the dispute at all. Because as I read the Consitution, I didn't notice anything about the courts resolving election irregularities. The only procedure outlined was the case of no presidential candidate receiving enough electoral votes to win, and in that case, the election is resolved by the national legislative bodies. And I thought that sounded like a precedent right there. Therefore, if Florida could not decide which candidate received the most votes for president, it then fell to the state legislature to determine that's state electors by however means it saw fit. That is its duty as per the Constitution.

But no, Gore wanted to squeeze some more votes out of 3 counties favorable to him, and cried like a 2-year-old when the recount did not get him what he wanted, so off to the courts he went. And in one sense, I can't blame him. Americans have long grown accustomed to having the judicial branch resolve all legal questions, so few saw anything amiss in what he did. But I would like to have seen one court tell him, "you know, constitutionally speaking, this court is not the proper venue to resolve your dispute. I suggest you take this up with the state legislature." But no, everybody wants to be a player, and everybody wants to be the ones to decide weighty and momentous issues, so that wasn't going to happen.

But I would've loved to see a knock-down, drag-out fight between the Florida legislature and the judicial branch over jurisdiction. I would've loved to see the legislature tell the courts to buzz off, this is not something in your purview to resolve.

So giving the election to various state legislatures to resolve is a good thing. And I know it may not go my way. Providing it's a fair decision where the various parties aren't threatened, harassed, or doxed by Democrat goon squads, I could live with the results. I wouldn't like it, but it would be preferable to some Hawaiian judge throwing out evidence because Trump.

Wednesday Who Dis: I've always felt sorry for George Reeves, probably one of the most egregious victims of typecasting whose acting career basically dried up after his gig as Superman ended. He committed suicide at age 45 and apparently there's some controversy about it because he was having an affair with the wife of an MGM executive at the time. But before that, Reeves had been in a fair amount of movies, including Gone With the Wind. Also in Gone With the Wind was the Canadian-born Anne Rutherford, who is probably best known for her role as Polly Benedict in the Andy Hardy movies opposite Mickey Rooney.

163 You know I had a thought this morning that this is how it had to go. If Trump won easily, we would have had 4 good years despite constant sniping and investigations. And then it would be over. Heck, everyone here was wondering what came after Trump. It felt like we were doomed regardless.

But with this potential uncovering of massive corruption and fraud may change minds and the course of America to the point where we might not have to worry about after Trump. Even though we are in the razor's edge, I think this is how it had to be. I feel like there's powerful forces hidden from us in the move - and not necessarily earthly powers.

And what is that Trump is going to be asking of SCOTUS? It's nothing more than that: "Tell the judicial and executive branches in x y z states that their laws and rules are void."

That's it.

No one's going to SCOTUS to say "tell them to let me win!"

They just want the other branches of government to mind their business. Then, when they are, Trump can hit those states with lawsuits saying that "some ballots were counted under executive or judicial rules that are invalid, making those ballot illegit; throw them out."

When tossed, Trump wins.

No, no, no - multiple things wrong with this, starting with the fact that this buys into the idea of the Supreme Court as the only True Power. It was never meant to be that, it was never meant to decide elections. It is the one branch designed to be totally non-responsive to the actual people. The Legislature of both the various states and of the US Itself are supposed to be the highest authority, and that is where this needs to happen.

about the SC becoming involved in Florida in 2000, but I thought it was
completely appropriate to resolve a national crisis like that.

Especially since the Florida Supreme Court at that time was
essentially working for the Gore campaign and was just going to allow
"recounts" until Gore hit his number. Every time they'd do a recount
and net a few more votes.

I definitely am fine with state legislatures resolving this and I think SCOTUS may kick this back to them but I also think SCOTUS needs to weigh in on no legislative rule changes and voter disenfranchisement through fraud. I think legislatures can set rules so loose and encouraging of fraud that they actually violate the constitutional rights of voters. In that case, there is no way to vote better people into the legislature to fix the rules.

Why is this relevant?

If they could hide in plain sight, all evidence of a conspiracy to kill Robert Kennedy, they can do damn near anything, because Robert Kennedy was not only loved by everyone on the left, he was at LEAST a sympathetic figure to damn near everyone in the country, because of what happened to his brother 5 years before.

So yeah, RFK was murdered by your government, and the murder was covered up by multiple agencies, city, state and federal.

Could be the only reason Trump is alive today, is because they knew they could kill his election easier than killing him.

You cannot tell me that 150k people in one county in PA all registered on the same day 25 years ago, 95% of them voted in this election, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of those ballots all turned up in a single truck, simultaneously, and that EVERY SINGLE BALLOT was flawlessly filled out to vote for Biden, and ONLY Biden, with zero errors.

Probably the most egregious error here is that any soldier, sailor, marine, or airman knows you can't get 100 people to sit down and fill out a piece of paper without at least someone fucking it up. Can't happen. And the military's opinion should really concern them right about now.

Storing the results is not the same as tabulating and generating them.

Where you trip up here is that the good guys, including non-gov third parties, have complete copies of the software, and the "pause" in voting went on long enough and drew enough attention that it came to the notice of certain parties that the machines were, and remained, connected to the internet in an exposed manner that allowed their traffic to be monitored.

I want Powell to get the story out, this is a PR campaign as well as a legal one. I think it would be a good idea to be on the 3d highest rated cable show, personally, if you wanted to get a story out.

It's from Dominion, Georgia and Pennsylvania's own certification documents. Not to mention the servers in Louisiana that I've seen with my own eyes.
I'll say it again for the 50th time. Georgia has a contract with Scytl for election Night Reporting. They make graphs and maps with the voting data sent to them for display on a web site.

Reading that affidavit from the guy who runs the computer security company in TX was eye-opening. (It was attached as a affidavit to one of the lawsuits). He goes through all the vulnerabilities his firm found when they were analyzing the Dominion program for TX (which ended up not buying it, because it's so shitty). There are so many ways to screw with the voting numbers in that Dominion system, and you can do it without leaving evidence that you've done it too. It's insane how insecure it is.

And here we are in an election where this shitty Dominion program was used in multiple key states, and all these states now showing multiple, statistically-improbable or even impossible anomalies in their voting data that all coincidentally favor Biden, and yet anybody who says there was massive vote fraud is a lunatic conspiracy theorist who just can't admit that there is NO EVIDENCE OF FRAUD ANYWHERE!!!
