Back in the 80's and 90's, post-production houses used to try to sign hot shot editors and colorists to NC and ND agreements, editors and colorists used to routinely jump ship and work for another house.
Two times I know of a company tried to sue the editor and both times they lost, the editors didn't even have to pay back the money.

Reading through the PA filing, they are taking a different approach. They aren't proving fraud. They are building the case that fraud should be assumed absent the legal protections that forestall it.
It's fascinating that since corona, the media has manufactured a consensus for sheeple that 1. mail in balloting is normal, and that 2. fraud isn't common enough to be reasonably concerned about. The filing makes it clear that the courts strongly disagree on both accounts and that only strict application of the legal checks and balances affords any confidence in an inherently (according to the courts) unsafe and untrustworthy policy.
The rest is icing. The whole assumption that the burden of proving fraud was on US is the key fallacy driving the public narrative.

No, I haven't been interrogated by federal agents. but some of my clients have.
And most of them were smart enough to say the word "lawyer" and call me (well, not me personally, as that's not really my thing, but my firm.)

I've been in a similar situation where I was ambushed and asked to sit down to a meeting that was clearly not what it was supposed to be.
I refused to do it. I demanded representation, and said if I didn't get it, I wouldn't participate. Only physical force would have constrained me, and that would have made things a lot worse for the other side.
They had to back down.

Called in and the increase is ALL TV. So TV went from 130 to 180 for 140 channels.

Federal agents literally exploded an unarmed woman's head while she was holding an infant, 25 years ago, over a standoff they instigated because her husband wasn't willing to play along with an entrapment scheme - involving a fraction of an inch of measurement - that was intended to coerce him to become an informant.
Barr defended the people who did that, if you're not aware.
The same agency in 2016 listened in on a sheriff's communications and then seized his dispatch center and jammed local HAM repeaters when he left his office, and used him as bait to ambush a car full of disgruntled righties. One of their sniper teams opened fire on the vehicle immediately, for no discernable reason and without warning the other agency on scene - prompting one occupant to get out and ultimately get shot to death - and then policed up and disposed of their brass and hid the shooting from oversight. They got convicted for that - guess they didn't kill enough people to get the full suite of .gov lawyers.
NONE of this should be surprising.
