FBI Warns Chicago Police: We Have Intelligence That Street Gangs Have Agreed to Assassinate on Sight Any Cop Seen Holding His Weapon
The Chicago Police Department has confirmed to Fox News the existence of an intelligence alert reportedly sent out by the FBI warning area law enforcement of a pact among street gangs “to 'shoot on-sight any cop that has a weapon drawn on any subject in public'." ... My mom has had both hips and both knees done. It's amazing how far the technology has come since she had her first.
She was on her feet hours after the second hip and it really didn't take her long to recover. Just gotta stick to the rehab.

I don't like it, but I understand it. And we should admit that Trump is motivated by politics and his drive to win, above all else. I don't fault him for it, it's why he's where he is. And he's focused on winning this election, period.
So clearly he's worried Florida is too close. Offshore drilling is unpopular with Florida voters. It's a great economic benefit, but it's unpopular. Also, with oil prices down and little drilling going on, there's not much cost to extending the moratorium, not much is happening anyways.
It reminds me why I'm so thankful that the idiot dems have driven him into being on our side so much of the time.

So clearly he's worried Florida is too close. Offshore drilling is unpopular with Florida voters. It's a great economic benefit, but it's unpopular. Also, with oil prices down and little drilling going on, there's not much cost to extending the moratorium, not much is happening anyways.
It reminds me why I'm so thankful that the idiot dems have driven him into being on our side so much of the time.

It is only designated areas to protect the states and tourism, etc. Which brings in money.
I know Trump is making us energy independent in other ways. This is a decent compromise but also we cannot be totally against conservation (coming from a big hunting and fishing family).
DeSantis wanted this. The state wanted it. I'm not worried.
I think this is another smart move, but also an honest one.

I am well aware there are many choices where to live and work and so is my daughter.
She went to Creighton in Omaha and Chicago Medical Centers know it is a good school and hires graduates. I tried to get her to go to a safer city but she and her Nurse buddies had their sites on Chicago. She is 23 and there is nothing I can do about it unfortunately. She is an adult but will always be my baby.

I walked out of college with a ton of debt, and added more in the following year (needed a car after an accident). I spent seven years putting every dime I could put my hands on into it. The feeling of all the debt being gone was extremely liberating. And when that last payment was made, I became (or rather, I felt) rich on the next paycheck.

In financial management classes, I learned all the good reasons and good ways to use debt. And if you anticipate price inflation (not a bad way to bet) it makes sense to take on debt and pay it off with future worthless dollars.
But debt gives me the heebie-jeebies inside. And we have way too much of it, here and globally.

My late husband had both hips replaced. One was replaced twice. The original replacements went well and he got mobility back. (The second was not as good, but there were some issues with that replacement)

There's a reason OSHA legislation requires workplaces to maintain baseline and ongoing pulmonary tests and monitoring anywhere employees wear respirators.
Strangely, that requirement went out the window a couple of months ago. Almost like respirators in the workplace suddenly weren't dangerous if they were made of unknown materials like diapers and neoprene.

Yes, that jibes with everything I've read. It really is a good rifle. Accurate and dependable. It was in as-new condition when I got it. Made in Arsenal 913 in China around 1974. Commies have such charming names for their armories! My Yugo mauser was re-arsenaled in "Institute 44."

I used your methods for my powder charge stability. It seems IMR 3031 is very stable in the Russkie. Had to go .6 grains to get a velocity increase. Well over max charge listed by Sierra, well under max charge for an older manual.

Yes, I had my M1903 and Garand both rebarreled by CMP Anniston. Sold both of those eventually, but I'll never part with my M1917.

My Finn M39 was built up into it's present virtually new condition in 1968 (I bought it as "unissued"), on a Izhevsk 1896-dated receiver. I call her "Anikki".
Damned fine milsurp rifle. The Finns really know how to smooth out the Mosin into a proper weapon.

My Enfield No 5 is very accurate, unusually good bore. Which is good because I can't find anybody who works on Enfields. Sold my 1918 BSA SMLE No 1 Mark III*, because bore was crap, nobody to rebarrel it. Still got more than I paid for it.
