What happened today with Flynn is what I"ve been predicting all summer.
While I'm sure there will be a thread on it later, I'll say now exactly what is going to happen with Sullivan and Flynn. Sullivan is going to call back the Left Wing retired Judge who he picked to drag Flynn's name through the mud, and they are going to fiddle fart with hearings and motions and postponements, and they will do everything they can to guarantee that there will be NO resolution of any kind before November 5th. This is an Op being run by the lawfare arm of the Dem Party, and they have 2 goals:
1) generate a campaign issue for Biden to use against Trump
2) prolong it in the hope that Biden wins and he can then reverse the DOJ's decision to drop the case.
It is all political, it has nothing at all to do with Flynn himself anymore. The one good part of this for him is that after November 5th, if Trump wins, they will probably let it die quickly. It won't have any more value as an issue to them.
And as a side note, take it to the bank - today's vote is proof positive that the Federal Appeals Court for DC is totally corrupt and political, by an 8-2 margin. Consider that when you consider why Barr may hesitate to push any legal action in DC.

Her only real option is to wait til after November 5th. After that, all the fire goes out of this case. They're trying to make Trump pardon him before then so they can use it as a campaign issue, but if he hasn't done it by now, I don't think he will. She could theoretically appeal this to the Supreme Court, but they won't wade into this.
I'll say again, after November 5th this goes away, one way or another. The entire battle all summer has been to keep this case going until the election, and on that point, the Left has won. It's a sign as to how much of the judiciary they still control, especially in Washington.

Oh, I agree. I insisted on air-conditioned apartments and patronized restaurants whose A/C made it comfortable inside. But I can't tell you how many times I walked into a hot, stuffy cafe or eatery and (before I turned around and left) saw people sitting in a patch of sunlight from the window, wearing shorts and no doubt collecting a future sunburn.

Last night a commenter recommended https://www.y2mate.com/ to download/preserve vids before they were disappeared.
The site wanted me to allow "motion sensors". WTF?
Motion sensors also assist Fingerprinting your device.
Brave for phones default is to dissallow but in PCs or Desktops it is default on therefore fingerprinting (tracing as I understand it) is allowed.
One must go into settings and manually shut this stuff off.

Biden simply cannot avoid exposing his dementia. If there is a debate - and if the media doesn't run interference to protect Biden during them - then Trump sends Biden into a coma, live on air.
The DNC/MFM is really going to have to be on their toes to catch Biden before he collapses. I anticipate them having time-delay reporting and well-timed "technical issues" to censor Biden's Moments.
All this is, of course, based on debates that are not likely to happen.

I would say that the activist left, which seems to be largely funded by Soros, is really happy with chaos as their goal. They're not going to stop because it's helping Trump, by the way.
However, the Democratic establishment really wanted to keep hold of power within their party, so they backed Joe Biden (after their four previous choices all flamed out) to box out Bernie Sanders. In order to do that, though, they ended up giving so much breathing room to the activist left that enraged them and sent them burning through blue cities.
They want the graft to continue more than anything else. So, they're caught between the activist left that just wants chaos and Donald Trump who wants to end the graft.
They've had no idea what they've done by having Soros fund their left flank for so long, and I think it's begun dawning on them how bad it will be for them in the long run.

Well, it's not so much that the Democrat party wants that. The socialists / BLM/ antifa types, who work within the D party sometimes, but exist largely outside the power structure are the ones pushing all of the violence. And they don't give a fuck if Biden loses. If anything, it's preferable to have a lightening rod like Trump there, as it allows them to keep the violence going.
Their end goal, of course, is to force the US in to a socialist utopia via armed conflicts in the street.

his trip today, it strikes me that - the entire point of going someplace to give speech is to personally meet a bunch of people, enthuse your supporters who can meet you. That's important in politics, and without that, you might as well do all your speeches in front of a green screen with a laugh/applause track in the background.

The Democrats have always tried to use babysteps to get where they are now. Obama was a good example. He was the ultimate Trojan Horse.
This allowed AOC, and the other mental cases in the party. Funded by Soros and his goonsquad.
So many decent democrats were purged a long time ago. They thought they had this. They took over the media, hollywood, the schools, and now the web because they see they have to stifle free speech everywhere in order to win.
I don't know. This is the new democrat party, not the old. There is no one decent left.

There was one (bystander's?) video from just before the car with Chauvin arrived - St George is sitting against a building on the sidewalk, and he hands the police officer standing over him something out of his front right pocket. Cannot see what it was - officer pockets it. Very odd.
As I've said since the day he said it, the local DA had reasons to not press murder charges. But the entire universe, including many here, didn't let that stop them.

The numbers fluctuate a lot day to day, but it's been averaging about 30% of last year's numbers for a while now. Someone had a Google doc which graphed the numbers, making it easier to see the trend, but I don't have the link bookmarked here on my work computer.

his trip today, it strikes me that - the entire point of going someplace to give speech is to personally meet a bunch of people, enthuse your supporters who can meet you. That's important in politics, and without that, you might as well do all your speeches in front of a green screen with a laugh/applause track in the background.
So what political good does it do to sneak into a place, see about 30 people, and then sneak out? It's an idiot move.
