They don't want to admit that because it would change the amount of power they have to dictate how things are run. The governors want to have this emergency go on because they get access to state slush funds for emergencies and they get to play games with people they don't like. So far they are feeling their way but once the court makes some hard rules we will things start to get bad. Especially when they rule about the contact tracing. That is the most intrusive illegal unconstitutional act and it's taking place in New York right now. Without having committed a crime you can be subpoened to tell the Gov't who you have had contact with and who you know them to have had contact with under threat of fine or imprisonment. It will get worse as once they begin this they will start locking people who have this virus up into camps. Don't believe me, just wait and watch. If they can get past the court they will try it.
