Well...oof. It's been a challenging month, aside from the generalized madness we're seeing going on in our country. Death in the family, I've been crazy stupid busy, and this was my first truly frustrating week at work. The lack of separation between work and home is starting to get to me a little. I'm carrying on, but if I said I wasn't stressed right now I'd be lying. Still grateful as hell to have a good job, though. Not losing sight of that.

There has got to be a way to resist the terrorists without being drawn into a violent response.

Just in from digging out a cascading error of cluster phucked comcast/at&t/Google fiber service. First Google fiber Dog up two of my sprinkler valves and reburied them under their freshly installed service (which I won't use). I unphucked that.

Then comcast comes in and does the exact same thing three feet over, I dug out the two sprinkler valves and relocated them a second time.

At&t comes in and starts it a 3rd time. I went out there, asked for the supervisor, then walked him over to the two valves, pointed, and told him I would personal cut his nuts off, grill them and make him watch his crew eat them in front of him if he let his crew bury them.

They did okay, then last week while I was at work, they came back and phucked up my valves again.

So today, I've been digging out the sprinkler valves to relocate them yet again. I loathe internet service providers.

This goes back a few days, but I believe I recall hearing that the BLM fundraising operation leads to the ActBlue website where donations are actually made. Those donations are then distributed exclusively among democrat candidates/PACs, etc.

So is BLM acting as a pass-through or laundering operation for political donations? What if, as I suspect, a lot of this money is coming from foreigners prohibited from making campaign donations? There's no way that ActBlue is going to segregate those contributions, so how exactly does this work?

That's a pretty big question - and not necessarily a procedural one per se. Most pleading rules refer to a short plain statement of the facts demonstrating grounds for relief. I don't know anything about your case, and can't provide specific advice. However, a small claims court judge will probably appreciate you keeping things focused and to the point.

We took a home improvement contractor to small claims court a number of years ago. We had lots of documentation of course, and photographs, and we wrote out our initial statement in order to keep it focused on the matter at hand.

The judge was very sympathetic, and asked lots of questions. We ended up not only getting what we asked for, but some additional items fixed that we had not asked for (we had been told by an attorney friend not to go in with a laundry list but to focus on the worst of the inferior work which was that one end of the addition was sinking into the earth).

We ran into the head of HR while on a cross country ski jaunt in the park. She told us to contact her and we had just quit our jobs. so we filled out apps, used her as a reference ena wound up at Roosevelt lodge. A cluster of cabins. The most remote park of the park. I worked in the gift shop and at the restaurant. Heidi worked at the front desk and the corrals. It was crazy. Live din a 13x16 cabin with a wood burning stove. Crazy times. Should write a book. 288 159 It's the President's call on this one. And, I suspect it's a culmination of two or more things. The first is that Berman was an enabler on the Mueller nonsense. I, also, suspect that Berman was running interference for ANTIFA and BLM in NY. And, he also was pushing on the investigations against Trump...not to mention the mismanagement and cover-up of the Weiner laptop. This guy was a thorn...a seditious one. The replacement might take on a similar roll to how Grenell handled the ONI.

It's not you, Cybersmythe. It's the English as a 3rd language crews they hire for the manual labor physical media install. Last crew were all Ukranian. They understood my threat of physical violence quite well and didnt phuck it up. It was the follow on crew that installed the electronics in the service bay/box.

296 So sh!t is getting real here in AZ. I have Dr and nurse clients who are more freaked and burnt out than in March/April. I went from knowing two people with Covid to 8 total in one week. No bueno. I don't agree with mandatory masking, since they lied their way to here, but I have no choice now. I will mask up to keep my germies to myself not because it protects me from anyone.

A friend of mine grew up living up the street from Chef Boiardi's Long Island home, in the Forest Lawn or Forest Hills part of Queens or something like that. He was considered quite the gifted chef at the Plaza, which bedevils me some, although I confess to having his cheese ravioli on my I'm-kinda-depressed-what-can-I-eat? foodlist.
