1 Good Morning Morons today is Sunday, February 16, 2020. On this date in 2005 the Kyoto Protocol came into force, following its ratification by Russia. This was actually a treaty which Al Bore signed for the US and the behest of Bubba Clinton but it was never ratified because the Senate refused to even bring it up. Obama did the same thing with the Paris BS except he did not even send it to the Senate he just said it was not a treaty and therefore did no need to be ratified. He stole money for it from another program. He should have been impeached for that.

26 Imagonna just ahead and share this..

As part of being between homes, Mrs VIA and I were at the laundromat yesterday, just doing laundry, and minding our own business.

Ad as we were finishing folding, we and a very nice black woman, maybe in her 50's struck up a casual conversation.

Suddenly, full on mutually enjoyable discussion concerning the world, religion, and the joy of Christianity, and the promise of salvation..

An how we agree that even though God loves us, he has rules, and is displeased when we simply disregard them, and tell ourselves that he is just a God of love, and will always forgive us, even when we deliberately disregard his guidance.

One of the most uplifting and pleasant conversations that I have had in ages.

Just wanted to share.

127 Sundance at the Treehouse has an excellent analysis of the Barr issue, i.e., why Barr cannot allow prosecution any of the key players, and further the bind he is in with respect to Flynn's sentencing. In short, indictments of Comey, Strzok, McCabe would lead to Rosenstein and the entire upper echehlon and risk collapsing the DOJ as an institution. Barr feels fearful about the glaring double standard with the Flynn/McCabe issue for the same reason, and why he appointed a new prosecutor and why he wants Trump to shut up.

Posted by: Nevergiveup at February 16, 2020 07:54 AM (85Gof)

148 @127
It's been said many different times. by many different people, in many different ways, if there were going to be any indictments they would have already happened.

There is no way Barr/Durham are going to ride to the rescue in June time frame and break the case wide open and rain down indictments in an election year, 6 months before an election.

And the DOJ has been systematically absolving all of the people involved in the coup.

They have to date issued declinations to prosecute for Stozk, Page, Gates, Comey, McCabe, et al.

As has been said, they have an FBI lawyer dead to rights, literal smoking guns, altering FISA documents, they had this for over a year and no indictment.

And before the usual suspects come out of the woodwork to say we are a bunch of eeyores, well what the fuck are we supposed to do except bitch?

We are powerless to do anything about this and the people who have the power are doing fuck all.

Hey Ms. Lindesy great hearngs you got going on, really ripping the cover off of all of this.

Trump is doing what he can but literally everyone is against him, even the AG, which is looking more and more like Sessions part Deux.

Bottom line, nothing is going to happen to these bastards and it's simply going to happen again if there are no prosecutions.

I wonder what the nect Donk Presidents going to do with it's LE/IC apparatus when the get in control of it?

You think what happened to Trump was bad wait until Sanders or some real communists gets in control of the IC/LE apparatus.

This country has no idea what its in for if it elects communists, which is a better than even bet at this time.

150 One of Robert Muellers former top prosecutors said the outside prosecutor picked to review the case against retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn is a ruse to investigate President Trumps perceived enemies.

Andrew Weissmann, a former Justice Department official who was known as Muellers pit bull during the Russia investigation, said the Justice Department swapped out the loser case of Andrew McCabe, who escaped criminal charges on Friday for allegedly lying to investigators about authorizing media disclosures, for a fresh one targeting top former FBI officials, including McCabe, led by Jeffrey Jensen, the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Missouri.

All they did was swapped out a loser case for starting an investigation that is going to be of Comey, McCabe, Pete Strzok, Weissmann told MSNBC host Chuck Todd.

Unless it is all out war or policing a boarder the use of government will always turn to the use of force on the population. Even the selective use of laws against corrupt politicians and illegal aliens is a scheme to put psychological and physical fear into citizens.

180 Following a pair of deadly warship collisions in the Western Pacific in 2017, the Navy issued formal rest guidance for sailors at sea.
Now the sea service wants to know more about the quality of the sleep sailors are getting.
In a recent study, a Naval Postgraduate School team replaced the standard issue rack curtains on the San Diego-based guided-missile destroyer Paul Hamilton and outfitted its entire berthing with thicker sets. The curtains use a magnet to hold them together in an effort to minimize movement and light infiltration while adding privacy.

221 NeonRevolt, who has done more research into the Deep State and Q and following the crimes even keeping a well scoured blog with long articles and a published book expressed his doubt in Q, Trump, and the Republicans are only seeking to pacify the pissed off population and nothing will happen. Link to post and post. It's long but worth the read.

https://gab.com/NeonRevolt/ posts/103666697612569736

At the danger of being called a concernfag/clown, I need to raise a counterpoint for Q to see, to QPost 3867.

Everything listed in CJTruth's thread is the equivalent of a promise. Promises that future action is coming. Promises that justice will be delivered.

Frankly, I think the Qmovement is burned out on promises. Many, many, many in this movement are just at the point of not caring any more - and worse, seeing Q as nothing more than a Trump-run pacification operation.

Sundance recently said, over at the Conservative Tree House, that everything we've seen is little more than kabuki theater to prevent the people from boiling over - Washington protecting Washington. Because now, for instance with Graham, he requests to interview all these new witnesses, gets to put on a big show for weeks in the Senate, and over those weeks slowly people tune out, drop out, and move on with their lives, because hey, taxes are due on April 15th and we don't want to go to jail - meanwhile subversive commies and cabal loyalists get to run roughshod over the nation, and then get to make smiling TV appearances by 6 PM.

Nothing in CJ's thread really encourages me. It's actually does the opposite - it exasperates me. So, for instance, when I see Trump tweeting about how nothing ever happened to Tony Podesta, I want to call up the White House and scream "BECAUSE YOU ASSHATS NEVER HELD HIM ACCOUNTABLE AND LET HIM GET AWAY!!" It's like, at the rate we're going, Roger Stone will get out of prison when he's 90 and decrepit, because >muh moves and countermoves.

From our perspective, Q, it looks like the only real moves being made are being made by the Cabal, and that all the good guys are only ever reacting; never making any real proactive moves, never advancing the ball down the field.

We need results and we need them soon, because our collective patience is wearing incredibly thin.

Not trying to blackpill anyone here. Just desiring to see some real justice soon.

EDIT: TLDR: Q, you often tell us to "Trust the Plan." But Trust is something that is earned, and I'm not sure you've given us reason to truly trust you. Sure, we know you're actually part of the Trump admin. But that doesn't mean you're not just pacifying the masses with heaps of promises and endlessly kicking the can down the road.

Those are not the only things that that can disturb your sleep when underway!

224 I like the open plan of the mid-century modern, I believe that began with Frank Lloyd Wright's designs, among others. I believe it was a reaction against the standard late Victorian house plan which generally had a lot of fairly small rooms. By mid-century, climate control systems were becoming common so you could afford to heat and cool a house with an open plan, as opposed to old styles where you just kept the rooms you were in at the time warm.

247 " but a vessel as sea is like almost nothing else in that it is always potentially minutes and seconds away from transitioning to fully operational status in every aspect for almost the entire voyage."

Yep.

Everything you say is spot on.

I always found the actual rack to be about the finest source of deep sleep while underway.

The rocking, the creaking, ventilation softly blowing....etc.

Nothing beats being asleep underway.

But, the idiots in charge focus on curtains, while posturing toward Minimum Manning, totally blowing everything from PMS completion, to watch standing to heat stress rotation, simple space cleanliness and everything else out of the water.

And we wonder why junior watch standers are asleep on their feet, PMS gets gun-decked and the edge has been blunted on our professionalism.

I spend two years working manning issues on LHD's, comparing actual billeting to the Roc and POE, and manning requirement directives.

Constantly 20% undermanned, with watch stander reductions, and a training schedule that was out of control.

Militant Atheists disappointed in/angry at God who didn't come through for them, or angry at church folks, pastors etc., Some people allow these disappointments to drive them closer to God. They didn't .

Plus, not a good idea to mock God that way. Thank God not all Atheists as idiots as not all church people are. I can't imagine-when he was alive-Christopher Hitchens putting such a license plate on his car, because Hitchens wasn't operating from a middle school level and is much smarter and more articulate than thse dopes.

Did the Nayvee investigation come to a conclusion (ie. find the reason/assign blame) on those f*ckups?
If so does anyone believe them?

Were I the prez I'd ask the Royal Navy to conduct the investigation. Perhaps the Australians.
If I was really pissed off at the Navy I'd ask the Japanese SDF to look into it.

Ah, Donald Henry, the fellow AF officer who married McSally in what appears to have been a sham marriage during the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" period, when McSally was trying to get promoted in the AF. They didn't live together, and after a couple of years McSally and her lawyer drove down to Santa Cruz county (despite the fact that McSally and Henry both lived and owned houses in Pima County, which is where Tucson is, they got married in Tucson, and McSally's divorce lawyer was based in Tucson) to get the marriage annulled.

I'm not faulting Henry, who apparently was just doing a favor for a friend, but McSally still won't tell the truth about any of this. But we AZ voters should totally trust McSally to be straight with us on every other issue, because . . . reasons.

Since the state has a monopoly on license plates any speech on them can be seen by the public as government speech so the government gets to say what goes seems to be the rule.

Maybe instead of looking at rack curtains and mattresses, they could
ask about what part of ship's routine intrude on the natural sleep
cycle, and interrupt sleep periods.

You know, like having the mid-watches underway, but never being able
to get to sleep before 2200 due to everything from the 1MC blaring, to
man overboard drills.

336 >>Look into who Barr's dad was. I don't trust somebody who uses the logic that a crime, that would get anybody else 3-5 years, should be ignored because it gets in the way. That is bullshit. You charge criminals with all crimes they break. There is zero rational explanation that charging McCabe would get in the way of larger crimes.

I know who is dad was.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I do trust Barr and I think all the kvetching is internet speculation.

Why did he announce at his Senate confirmation that he knew that the Obama DOJ spied on the Trump campaign and the only question was if it was properly predicated? (It wasn't" and Durham seems to agree.)

Why did he bring in a team of prosecutors to review Mueller investigations?

Why did he force Liu out?

Why did he challenge the recommendation of 4 Mueller prosecutors and get them to publicly flounce?

Why did he appoint Durham?

I think he's a straight shooter dropped into a sewer of bias and corruption and is working to clean it up while not crashing into a mountain. It's not as easy as typing a comment on a blog and it is going to take some time. Patience tends to be in short supply on the internet.

Ear plugs are those things that get you killed due to not hearing the collision alarm, or other auditory warnings that your subconscious pick up on while sleeping.

They make sense on the surface.

But come with an often unrecognized risk.

Yes, my patience has been used up after witnessing open crimes against Americans go unpunished since I was a child. 347 @333 this is a constant misunderstanding about Graham. He wins his primaries with 65-70% of the vote. He isn't winning because he wins a plurality left over when a number of challengers split the vote.

He wins because SC voters want him, and his opponents are cranks and or losers.

355 "And doing high power engine test runs in the AIMD jet shop at 2200-2300 that is literally right underneath two Squadron berthing compartments, because they have to be ready for the next mornings flights."

Oddly enough, we used to be able to sleep through some pretty damn loud noises.

Because those noises belongs there.

Little VIA reports the same thing.
Sent us an audio file of arrested recovery right above their heads in berthing.

Loud as hell. But once your brain realizes that it belongs there, sleep right through it.

For years, Mrs VIA could not turn off the bedroom ceiling fan in the night, because the loss of that slight background noise in berthing used to indicate dropping the load, and the diesels coming up.

I would come flying upright, no matter how sound asleep I was.

they do that for all homes that go up for sale. I put mine up for sale last year and the same day it listed there was a full photo spread zillow and some other site. House was empty. I was already living in the home my folks bought in 1975. This house has only been on the market once, 1975. No pics anywhere.
