The reign of the baseless Democrat impeachment is dead.

Long live the baseless Democrat impeachment.

I cannot wait to see what the next set of articles include.

If it doesn't allege at least 1 count of Aggravated Mopery, I'm going to be disappointed.

5 Good Morning Morons today is Saturday, February 1, 2020. On this date in 1942 Josef Terboven, Reichskommissar of German-occupied Norway, appointed Vidkun Quisling the Minister President of the National Government. Quisling became synonymous with traitor from that day forward. After WWII when the Nazis were finally abolished Quisling was tried, found guilty of a number of capital crimes and executed by firing squad.

17 krak gets wordy. Anything over 7 words is wordy.

I have spoken.

Mopery is a vague, informal name for minor offenses. The word is based on the verb to, which originally meant "to wander aimlessly"; it only later acquired the sense "to be bored and depressed". The word mope appears to have first been used in the 16th century, and appears in Shakespeare's works

krak is trying to slip a little Shakespeare into us.

If the word don't fit, you must acquit.

Through FOIA requests from judicial watch, on Peter Strok, an email thread discussing Seth Rich was in the document dump, the jist of the thread was the media asking for comment and the FBI saying they had nothing to do with the case and were not investigating it at all.

The authors of the article ask, well the FBI was "investigating" the DNC hack and Wikileaks publishing them. Assange says Seth Rich was a source for the leaks, that source was murdered and the FBI does not investigate?

Old country vs modern, Nashville cookie cutter crap.

True country will have lyrics that tell a story and won't have a glitzed up sound.
Modern Nashville, for the most part, has been turned into "party songs."

There have been some really good country songs out there over the last lustrom or so that have just been given a bigger sound than back in the day.

Try "In Color" by Jeremy something or other (Johnson?) as an example.

One that can truly take you back **insert shameless plug** would be "Old Martin and a Mandolin" by True North.

Both are easy utube searches and last I knew True North had their own utube and Spotify channels.

So I read the Kobe Bryant story on the ONT.

While I still dislike the whole Princess Diana-fication of the memorials and the virtue-signaling grief marking his passing, I must admit that the story softened my alligator heart a little.

It's nice that in a game noted for an abundance of tatted-up, punked-out thugs, at least one appeared to be a true gentleman.

137 "Assange says Seth Rich was a source for the leaks, that source was murdered and the FBI does not investigate?
Hey AG Barr, are you ever gonna do your job and clean up this decrepit cesspool."

iirc, there were other emails uncovered that showed the FBI was involved in investigating, but they lied about it. The point being that the FBI helped the Scam Narrative that Russia did it all, and Trump was involved.

That Scam Narrative was further pushed in the Mueller report with claims of Russia being behind the leaks. Assange and others offered evidence that it was not Russia, Bill Binney showed the evidence came from the inside (fitting the Seth Rich as source, theory) ... but Assange is isolated to the London Dungeon, where he is tortured in solitary. (solitary is torture, really) And Assange is probably being driven rather crazy by the ordeal ... certainly a real fact witness.

We hope that once impeachment is out of the way, we will find out about other serious investigations into Biden/Hillary/Ukraine ... and Kerry/DiFi God only knows all the graft and treason ... but tick tock ... always #2weeks.

A theory: Most homeless shelters are "barrier" shelters - in that, the homeless person can't use drugs. The homeless who are battling addiction can't get into them. Hence, the tent cities.
This is what we are seeing around the seacoast area of NH. But for us, our shelters are full. One just closed due to financial issues. Local churches (not mine unfortunately) are opening up warming centers on the colder nights so these people can come in, get warm, get fed. Then they leave in the morning.

240 Remember how Nanzi kept saying she was delaying sending her impeachment crap to the Senate because she couldn't select the proper managers until she knew what the 'arena' would be?

The arena was not defined before she caved. So I have to assume she picked the best possible team that met the necessary sex and race quotas, with Schiff providing the best available brain power.

So...if they impeach again, will she send the same team? Not when half of that team pissed-off key R Senators! Who does Nanzi have on the impeachment manager bench? Swalwell? He'd surely be a hit with Murk and Collins, right? Sheila Jackson-Lee? Hah! Does she send Nadler again? I hope so! Nanzi has a big personnel problem with another impeachment!

Of the 5.2 million American Households that received rental assistance in 2018, approximately 1.2 million of those households received a Section 8 based voucher. 68% of total rental assistance in the United States goes to seniors, children, and those with disabilities. What was funny was that not only was this not "news", it wasn't even opinion. This was pure Grief Counseling for the True Believers, telling them "oh no we really won! we did! we did!!!"

also all the faces of the Dem Senators yesterday - that alone lets me know they don't have any last minute surprises. They got nothing left, and they know it.
