AP Publishes Story Noting That 100,000 Migrant Children are In Detention, Pinning This on Trump;
Then They "Retract" The Story When They Learn This Figure is from 2015, and Therefore Not "News" Because It's Not Helpful to Democrats

Brave firefighters who need to be spat on in public.

The story's still true -- they're just retracting it because it fails to advance the political interests they're in the business of advancing.

Wouldn't want any context about Obama's detention policies cluttering up the narrative, huh, AP?

Deleting the story completely. Not just correcting it, rewriting it to reveal that Obama detained 100,000 precious migrant children in Concentration Camps in 2015.

No -- deleting it entirely from the record. Obliterating it. Erasing it.

Putting it in a pile and burning it.

Brave firefighters.

Brave firefighters, setting fire to all the inconvenient books and articles.

Brave firefighters, purging the past with Cleansing Flames to win the future.

A week ago James O'Keefe's Project Veritas released a hot mic rant by ABC's Amy Robach lamenting her network's deep-sixing of the Jeffery Epstein saga three years prior. In watching this video clip and tracking the media response to it I was reminded of a scene in Ray Bradbury's classic 1951 sci-fi novel Fahrenheit 451.

For the record, 451 degrees Fahrenheit is the temperature at which paper burns. In Bradbury's novel, the state employs "firemen" to burn books lest the information they contain challenge the official state narrative. "Is it true that long ago firemen put fires out instead of going to start them?" a young woman asks fireman Guy Montag. Montag tells her that's a crazy idea. "Strange," she answers. "I heard once that a long time ago houses used to burn by accident and they needed firemen to stop the flames." Montag laughs.

Not too long ago, ambitious journalists, local and national, prided themselves on gathering information, and their editors prided themselves on publishing it. About 50 or so years ago, however, progressives started to seize control of universities, J-schools included, and newsrooms shifted leftwards with each new graduating class. By 2016, even major newsrooms had become firehouses. Their goal was not to report information but to manage it. In February 2017, MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski unwittingly admitted as much. Said Brzezinski of President Trump, "He could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think. And that is our job." Yes, sadly, that is their job.

The media is Orwell's nightmare. They exist not to inform the public, but to keep it ignorant.

Oh, and:

And Bearclaw puffed up his resume.

And he kind of admitted he's the one feeding the fake hearsay whistleblower his lines:

And he was believed to be an untrustworthy, partisan leaker:

Nothing about Iran and riots. Nothing about Hong Kong and China. Nothing about the Government not being funded. Nothing about Syria, or what is going on there (I really don't know, but it ain't peace). Nothing about ongoing Missile attacks in Israel.

Every story was an attack on President Trump, whether Impeachment or some other 'issue'.

183 In RE: Estimated Bills.

Depending on your state's laws and the tariffs for your utility, estimated bills are permitted, but only for a limited time as an actual bill needs to be generated. Reasons for estimated bills vary, but common ones are inability to access the meter due to location (behind a locked gate), hazards (dog in the yard), and so on.

Check with your utility and your state utility board for further information.

If Schiff poured salt on himself, his outer vacuous layer of slime would melt and he's become a slug puddle in about 30 seconds. If only he would JUST DO IT!

264 The thing that is amazing to me is that the MSM acts in concert on everything. They'll use the same phrases, the same videos, the same sound bites.

Why it's almost as if they're in collusion with each other.

Don't we have antitrust laws or something?

The government and the media acting in concert to destroy a man and ruin a country yet these pusillanimous pipsqueaks can't get a picture or sound bite correct when it's vital that the correct information be known.

272 Extraordinary earlier today when Schiff and Vindman's conspire as a team to prevent Vindman from identifying the agency of person he contacted outside his chain off command, who EVERYONE knows was the "whistleblower" Eric Ciaramella, in CIA.

As I understand it, Vindman's communication of Ukraine call to Ciarmella is not allowed, not in Vindman's chain of command, and not in compliance with the whistleblower statute.

By allowing Vindman not to answer the question the sworn testimonial record, or allowing him to take the 5th, Schiff succeeds in protecting Vindman from a slam-dunk criminal admission.

But let's not kid ourselves. That part of his testimony proves beyond all reasonable doubt, that Vindman broke the law here. If he felt so strongly about what he heard on the call, HE should have availed himself of the Whistleblower rules and reported it like a man.

Instead, this pussy gets protected the bigger pussy, Schiff. But WTH is Barr, the FBI and President Trump and his staff? Vindman CLEARLY broke the law here, and deserves to get prosecuted.

On Prosecution within the Federal Government, we have bigger problems to talk about. With the McCabe case news today, the delays in the Horowitz report, the Flynn case, the leadership overseeing the Flynn case, the decisions not to prosecute (democrats or their darlings) and to prosecute (anyone in Trump's orbit), it's clear as day that the US Justice Dept. has it's own very serious "Deep State" resistance problem.

All those stories in the past decade about Soros' initiatives to seed the judiciary with hand-picked Progressive activists? Yea, well, this is what that looks like, ten years later.

I think Randy Cunningham was a USAF fighter jock who was first USAF Vietnam Ace. Somewhat skeptical he was nominated for MOH for doing his job well, but without exceptional courage and self-sacrifice saving others' lives, etc. I may be wrong.

Corruption spread exponentially. The rot is complete now. Remember when the Deep State tried to hide the earlier insurrection? Now it's all out in the open and the pretense of legitimacy is dropped.

Vindman went outside the chain of command and has participated in a coup. There will be no repercussions.

Trump holds the most powerful position in the world. He has Constitutional powers. I criticize Trump for whoever he has assembled as his legal and political team. If I'm Trump, I immediately fire off a public order to Barr something like this:

"Barr, given your recent speech, the facts surrounding leaks coming from by persons in my State Department, including to the current Whistleblower involved in the impeachment trial, the DOJ corruption alleged by Gen. Flynn, the findings of OIG Horowitz, and many other troubling reports about the existence of an organized "resistance" within federal bureaucracies, I hereby order to you select 7 federal judges by random drawing and to assign them to review the current cases involving prosecutorial decisions related to McCabe, Comey, Hillary Clinton, Vindman and any other federal employee criminally referred in any OIG report issued or to be issued by Horowitz, and to order this panel to decide if they agree with the current assigned prosecutors for each case, and I hereby order you to empower to that panel with the power and authority by majority vote to overrule any decisions related to those cases that involve prosecutorial discretion."

276 If I understand the article correctly, the Admiral didn't defy Trump's pardon. He has referred Gallagher's case to a review board to determine his suitability to be a SEAL. The article also doesn't say whether the referral was made before or after the pardon.

I don't know much about the UCMJ, so I can't speak to whether the Adm.'s action reflects insubordination or not. I also don't know whether the pardon makes the referral moot or not.

Maybe some of the smart military types here can shed some light on it.
