To be fair not all nurses. I got a flu shot and blood drawn two weeks ago and I honestly did not feel a thing with either. Most painless needles I've ever had stuck into me. The bright red rash the next day (from the flu shot I think) was more bothersome.

You could go further and say any evidence gathered by the FIB. I had the FBI try to wire one of my clients up to try to entrap me once (I was thinking of partnering in business with someone who was into something I had no knowledge of, but who was himself being investigated). My client slipped me a note at the beginning of the meeting, handed me the FBI agents business cards, and I called the Federal Prosecutor for the city I live in and asked him what it was all about.
Prosecutor said: "We can't tell you what it's about, but we'd like you to come talk to the agents in our office."
I said: "Sure, I'll bring my lawyer."
Prosecutor: "No lawyers."
Me: "Then you either get a court order forcing me to come talk to you without my lawyer or come arrest me. And if you try to wire up another client of mine I'll go to the press. Also, fuck you."
I never heard from any of them again.

There is something about Americans today who are less likely to move than their forbears. I dont' know why that is but it has been proven. We see it even here. People are less likely to move for a job or for whatever reason than people 40 years ago.
But if we are serious about national divorce. If we are for real when we talk about "enemy lines". Then it really makes less sense. i hope a lot of this is hyperbole and we don't really see our fellow citizens as enemies. That is just what the Left wants.
But at the same time. I am saddened that so many feel so stuck. We are a nation of adventurers. Previous generations would pack up and move simply for a better job. They would do it for a better opportunity for their family. And they would think nothing of it. They would not even thing of being lauded for doing what made sense.
What I don't get is people who are willing to be miserable in one place, when they could go to another and be happier. If you get outside the bubble, it really is better. The people are happier, they are not so transfixed by all this crap.

Two things that I suspect are factors:
1) They go to court a lot, so there are more opportunities to lie or slip up (like how in many states, chauffeurs get more points on their licenses because they drive all the time)
2) Why wouldn't they? They get to lie as a matter of course in everyday life and are protected by their Blue Brethren (including the ones in suits), so why not extend it to the courtroom?

The first statement is an assumption based on timing. We do not know this.
The DOJ/FBI conspirators have not been there for 70 years and Barr does not have 70 years of material to sift through. The length of time here suggests that Sessions, Huber, and Rosenstein really didn't do much to get the case in order. Yes little jeff was "recused", but the other two were not. Day in and day out we read about "the silent executioner", the valiant Rosenstein who was doing exactly what Trump wanted, and how Huber was prosecutor extraordinaire. And now, we have to wait again as Barr has only been there nine month and is up to his ass in alligators working relentlessly to bring justice down upon Comey, et al (while socializing with Mueller).

I'm just thinking in the mode of my Federalist Papers readings, I think the Federalists would say that if you CAN'T GET the Senate to seriously consider an Impeachment by the House, 1) the House overstepped, or 2) The American people should have known better than to put such partisans in the Senate as the President is not answerable for actual corruption (which to be crystal clear, we do NOT have here.)
I think not considering an impeachment is a check the Senate has on the House.
After all, a judge ruled (and I think rightly, in the FP mode) that no one can tell the House how to use its powers. In the same way, the House can't tell the Senate what it has to do.

Napolitano is a nut. I recall when he went on Jon Stewart and said the Civil War was a war of choice. he blamed :Lincoln for the Civil War and all the deaths that followed.
Fox has become a joke, including Chris Wallace. i have to check out this tweet that set the world on fire. Funny, I have yet to see it and I am still ok. I hope when I read it I can go on as before.

Doesn't Donald Trump know that it is not THEY who convicted Roger Stone, but in fact that Donald Trump runs the DOJ.
Has he forgotten that he, and he alone, sets DOJ policy and can, should he choose, immediately pardon any person in the United States who is unjustly prosecuted.
Trump just doesn't understand how to WIELD power. He may know something about how to OBTAIN it, but he sure as shit don't know how to wield it.
