Looking at this work and some of Jose Ferraz de Almeida Junior's other paintings, there is a photograph quality about them. It's not a photo realistic aspect so much as a snapshot quality. Also, although not in this scene, a number of his paintings show a real sense of humor.

Here is the sum total of what was said on the call regarding the Biden's....

It's a curious thing. Entering I-285 from I-75, I-85, I-20, the speed and density both go up. I assume it is because the cops dare not stop anyone, as that would almost certainly lead to a mess.

People are VERY disappointed in Jay Powell and the Federal Reserve. The Fed has called it wrong from the beginning, too fast, too slow. They even tightened in the beginning. Others are running circles around them and laughing all the way to the bank. Dollar & Rates are hurting...
....our manufacturers. We should have lower interest rates than Germany, Japan and all others. We are now, by far, the biggest and strongest Country, but the Fed puts us at a competitive disadvantage. China is not our problem, the Federal Reserve is! We will win anyway.

We see more of this in Denver, too, though not as extreme - also due (I think) to the huge in-migration the past several years. When there's no dominant driving culture anymore, it descends into madness because the lowest common denominator (e.g., the rudest average group) dominates behavior. Everyone knows the paper rules but no one knows the practical rules because practical rules don't exist anymore due to dilution, and everything normalizes to madness.

^^ My husband had a hip replacement and his recovery was pretty fast. I forget what the kind of hip replacement he got was called but it was a new technique that meant he had more range of motion afterwards. Transverse? If you are in the DMV area I would be happy to share doctor's name.
