Oh, I would bet money this has been a goal of Trump's before running for president. As a billionaire, he has been rubbing shoulders with greedy pols looking for a donation for decades, especially the creepiest Democrat ones such as Cuomo, Schumer, Nadler, Weiner and the Clintons. Recall he was feeding NYC gossip columnist AJ Benza dirt on celebrities/VIPs back in the 80's and 90's. He knows these people as well as Rush Limbaugh, probably better since up until 2015 they would still socialize with him.
And then during the last few months of his campaign he hooked up with Peter Schweizer, a guy who's made a career of deciphering the entangled details of corruption (with a team of accountants) and documenting it in his books. Trump was citing "Clinton Cash" details from his book at his 2016 rallies, and appears to be citing his "Fortunate Sons" details re: Hunter Biden at his rallies now.
He's there to MAGA, and a big part of that - draining the swamp - entails getting rid of these political elite lampreys sucking our nation's wealth dry.

Having a lefty daughter is a strain.
She was protesting at the Trump rally and I texted her, asking if she liked associating with people who assaulted citizens for being at a political rally.
She came back with the usual lefty talking point of, "I wasn't there, neither were you, no idea who started things."
Then, she made the mistake of going off about not want to to associate with a president who locked people in cages.
I jumped on her for that, and told her she needed to disavow Obama because the practice started under him. I also pointed out this wouldn't be a problem if they didn't try to break into the country.
She quickly came back with, "I don't want to discuss politics with you."
Which I take to mean, "I don't have an answer, so, not going to talk about it any more."
Anyway, I still ended up with letting her know I was worried and thought she shouldn't really be around such crowds, because it's dangerous.

I knew that was going to come out ever since a really strange comment by Clapper a couple of weeks ago. In public remarks, he states that he had never seen a Whistleblower complaint that was more credible or "More Well Written" than this one was. The extreme emphasis he put on the quality of the writing was what was so odd - all people care about is the information, not the quality of the drafting. But he was so effusive in his praise of how good it looked that it just about shouted that he had a hand in writing it, and was praising himself.

Paying a family member out of campaign funds is no where near on the scale of what Biden did. Not saying it is OK, but it is spending their own campaign money, often for services but more likely just to spread some money around (in reality family members often do work for the campaign or at least incur expenses.)
What Biden did was sell out the US for foreign cash. Biden should be in prison.

I can talk about it now because he is out of it.
Son was in College in Denver a couple years ago, and suddenly asked me to send him any of my extra swords or equipment.
I asked why, and it turned out someone had found out he had been into historic sword fighting for years. They had then asked him to give classes in how to use 'fence' but it was all aimed toward stick fighting.
When pressed, he admitted they may very well be Antifa.
