The Quotes of The Day

Quote I

I could go on, but I conclude this portion simply by stating an obvious and lamentable fact: every single institution in the United States is either actively malicious toward the American people, or a complete scam—and often both. Darren J. Beattie

Quote II

"I want to move to Taiwan because Hong Kong is in a period of white terror and ruled by the police, which scares me. I saw no future for the city when it returned to China some 20 years ago, but now it’s dangerous to live in, as the police are not protecting people." Steven Chen

Quote III

“We obviously don’t give an intelligence test before people take these things out. Why someone would think that it makes sense to take one of these scooters on the interstate is beyond me.” Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett

Quote IV

“It is an outrageous betrayal of people who have worked hard, paid their taxes and made their National Insurance contributions for decades in the expectation that they will receive at least a basic income so they can retire, rather than being forced to labour until they drop.” Ros Altmann

Quote V

The US military spends an ungodly amount of treasure in men and material. When you have all that money sloshing around in often esoteric areas, the usual rent-seekers, thieves, and other parasitic characters will always be there looking to dip their beaks.

Thick and robust firewalls need to be in place.Cdr. Salamander

The French have developed a roof top garden.

The world’s largest rooftop urban farm is set to open in Paris next year—and it’s already projected to feed thousands of people every year.

The garden, which is being constructed in the southwest region of the French capital, will span over 14,000 square meters (150,700 square feet), making it the largest urban farm in Europe.

Managed by a team of 20 gardeners, the organic sanctuary will grow 30 different plant species. Representatives from Agripolis, the urban farming company behind the project, say that the site will likely produce about 1,000 kilograms (2,200 pounds) of fruit and vegetables every day in high season.

Our youngest daughter was born in 1993. I couldn't imagine life without her.

Alyssa Milano proudly boasted that the two abortions she obtained in 1993 helped to make her life the way it is today.

According to Yahoo News, the former "Charmed" actress and noted feminist activist revealed in the latest of her podcast "Sorry Not Sorry" that she had two abortions in her early twenties when her relationship with her boyfriend went south.

"In 1993, I had two abortions," Milano said. "I was in love for the first time in the breathless way you can only be in love when you are young. It was huge — overwhelming even. It filled every part of living. It was a joyful and exciting and powerful time in my life."

As we all know The ONT is continuously looking out for you. We don't give stock tips. However, you may want to think twice before investing in this IPO.

WeWork, the office-sharing, kegger-hosting phenomenon that has redefined the modern workspace, is also raising the bar for how much money a startup can lose and still be considered a buzzy investment.

WeWork's corporate parent, the We Company, which released its IPO documents on Wednesday, loses roughly $5,197 per customer who inhabits its office space per year. That's considerably more than newly public companies like Uber or Beyond Meat are losing on their growing customer bases.

WeWork, which says in the offering document that its corporate mission is no less than to "to elevate the world's consciousness," is on track to lose $2.7 billion this year from its operations, up from nearly $1.7 billion last year. The company's revenue in the first six months of the year nearly doubled from last year's first half, to $1.5 billion. The company said its losses rose just 10% from a year ago, but that includes a $470 million non-operating, and likely non-recurring, gain. Exclude that, and losses from the We Company, which says it will trade under the ticker symbol "WE," rose 60%.

Has Florida Man Syndrome struck the UK? Manure dumped outside of pub.

A HUGE pile of manure has been dumped outside a pub with signs accusing the landlord of sleeping with someone's wife.

The muck was piled outside the Hawkley Inn near Liss, Hampshire with obscene messages - allegedly left by a scorned husband.

The moral case for campus carry.

Campus carry is simply an extension of our natural right of self-defense. Our right to life follows us wherever we go, so the right to defend our lives must also accompany us. Whether I am at home, in my car, at work, or in the classroom, I possess the absolute and unrelenting right to defend myself against unjust aggression. Because firearms enhance that right, there exists a strong presumption in favor of being allowed to own and carry a firearm as I go about my daily business.

Quite the smart phone app, this one will tell you when food has gone bad.

In order to help detect spoilage and reduce food waste for supermarkets and consumers, researchers have developed new low-cost, smartphone-linked, eco-friendly spoilage sensors for meat and fish packaging.

One in three UK consumers throw away food solely because it reaches the “use-by” date, but 60% (4.2 million tonnes) of the £12.5 billion-worth of food we throw away each year is safe to eat.

The laboratory prototype sensors cost two US cents each to make. Known as “paper-based electrical gas sensors” (PEGS), they detect spoilage gases like ammonia and trimethylamine in meat and fish product

Firefighters responded to the hotel overnight for a report of a mattress on fire in one of the rooms, according to a Madison Fire Department incident report.

These rockers are Tonight's Feel Good Story of The Day.

The donation to the nonprofit organization Daruieste Viata ("Give Life") was announced just prior to the band's sold out concert in Bucharest.

"The donation made by Metallica has a special meaning to our project. On one hand, their music inspires and touches so many Romanians, and at the same time so many Romanians are inspired by and contribute to the establishing of the first Pediatric Oncology and Radiotherapy Hospital in Romania, in order to give children with cancer a chance to live," said Carmen Uscatu, President of Daruieste Viata Association.

65 I have this theory that some women who have abortions behave like Alyssa Milano as a way to silence their guilty conscience. If they can somehow shut up or marginalize those who believe that abortion is murder, maybe just maybe they can convince themselves that they never committed a crime.

I believe that they will never find inner peace until they admit that what they did was wrong, repent, ask for forgiveness, and atone for their sins.

But that's just my opinion.

82 Alyssa Milano proudly boasted that the two abortions she obtained in 1993 helped to make her life the way it is today.

That's true, those abortions helped her to become a typical member of the entertainment industry. Does it even occur to people like herself that a large number of the liberals in the entertainment industry wallow in shallowness and childish self-indulgence.
No one is surprised that these people seem to have a high incidence of substance abuse and that many of them can't maintain long term marriages.

Back in the '90s, the Pepperidge Farm Milano was known in cookie circles as a tart, even though it's just dark chocolate between two vanilla wafers. It gained an especially scandalous reputation among the Chessmen. Even the bishops got involved, and they took an oath to not do that sort of stuff. Heck, even the queen got in on what that cookie was slinging around.

I guess I'll answer your question with a question: Seen any miniature dark chocolate rooks or knights in the supermarket in the last twenty-five years

Neil Young was musically sound if politically Daffy. As NeoOtter mentioned, the Band was mostly from the frosty side of the northern border. If you haven't heard Robbie Robertson's 1987 solo album, do your ears a favor and get to it. And no conversation about Canadian music is complete without mentioning Leonard Cohen (though you probably would not classify him as "rock.")

Though you are right, Rush is the top of Canada's music mountain.

250 The article linked in Quote IV has some pol whining about the poor in UK having less access to healthcare.

Which is confusing to me, given how I have listened my entire life to Europeans telling me how everyone there has access to free healthcare. Another point of confusion to me, since I have never personally met a European who did not also pay for a fair amount of private insurance to cover everything this allegedly free and allegedly excellent healthcare did not provide for.

Between that and all the Canadians coming down for cancer treatments and heart surgeries, it's almost as if free government healthcare is not what it's cracked up to be.

I'm outraged by this trend of celebrities to trivialize the killing of fetuses.

A short time ago Martha Plimpton announced that "My first abortion was the best one," to the cheers of her planned parenthood audience. These people want abortion to be viewed as no more serious than going to the doctor for a medical exam.

"Abortion should be safe, legal, and rare" is being consciously and deliberately gotten rid of.

To be serious, 3/4 sleeves, slacks, comfortable shoes, and loose fitting clothes so you can move around and be comfortable. A button up shirt is good.

I am outraged by it.

Let's put this quite simply.

She got knocked up, sure. And her first impulse, the one she chose, was to commit murder.

EVER HEAR OF ADOPTION?

A 19 year old woman is plenty old enough to produce a perfectly healthy child; in fact, she is nearly the perfect age to do so. Meanwhile, those of us who are/were barren would do just about anything to be able to raise kids. I paid over $36K and went to Guatemala to collect my son because people in the US just murder their babies instead of giving them up for adoption.

IT ISN'T A DAMNED PUPPY.

It is a human being, who can grow and live and become a fine member of society. The very minimum care would dictate that the kids gets at least a chance.

So yeah, I'm outraged. She is an idiot, and now she's a murderer. Two dead babies and she still thinks she can lecture us on how to be a good human being. I'm outraged plenty.

Yes, Bill Gates was one of the names that really surprised me. Interestingly, Epstein named some guy who was Bill's "Science Advisor" as the *executor* of his will.

The advisor said, "Huh, that's strange -- why would he do that. I hardly knew him.....".

So there's a connection with Gates.

There's still an opportunity cost for the space, whether it was being used before or not. If it's successful, at all, then the value of those rooftops will probably rise so that it doesn't make sense to waste them on "farming", as happened with every other piece of habitable land on Earth close to a population center (let alone IN the population center!).

No, the killer is the labor force: 20 people! Sounds like full-time, too, not just a bunch of Mexicans for a week during harvest season. Assuming they get French minimum wage and benefits, that's at least 1600 Euros a day. That's on top of seed, water, power, rent or mortgage, taxes, and overhead. All of a sudden a ton of vegetables a day doesn't seem so cheap.

366 Apropos the sugar slavery down thread: I believe that prostitution may be the oldest profession, but enslaving and selling your fellow men is the second oldest. I would bet the farm, slavery existed before written history. As Thomas Sowell has pointed out, the only special thing about slavery in Western Europe and the U.S. is that we ended it. It still occurs in Africa today, and it's not white men capturing and selling black slaves, it is other black men. Slavery may have been formally ended in Saudi Arabia back in the '80s, but it still exists with a different name: employment of Phillipine women who are physically, mentally, and sexually abused by their so called "employers".

I drove on I-80 from Cali to the East. There was a section entering Utah that looked straight on the map. Really straight.

If I tell you I have never been on a road that was so long and so straight and there was NOTHING else around. Nothing but road. No trees, no hills, no nothing. It didn't even look like ground. Just road. Dead straight. About 70 miles. Unreal.

Go look at it on the map. It's straighter than the map shows, which is perfectly straight.

Even an ordinary roof is very expensive to maintain. Put tons of damp soil on top, every repair adds the cost of excavation, and the damp rots the roof.

The San Mateo Bridge in the Bay Area goes up leaving San Mateo (to provide a shipping channel), goes back down, makes a curve, and then is dead straight and level for about five miles.

When it was opened, there were numerous accidents at night, because people were mesmerized by the apparently unchanging lighted view driving along the straight part, flanked by the dark Bay.

So, they put in frequent numeric markers that changed, to provide a visual cue that you were really moving. Halfway through the stretch, they changed the numbering system. in case you were starting to get mesmerized by the markers.

The NRA *seldom* has the authority to set "carry policy" at whatever venue it's Annual Meeting is held.

In Houston, 2013, the George R. Brown Convention Center, owned by the City of Houston, enforced it's prohibition on the carry of weapons, lawful or otherwise.

You guessed it, metal detectors at the entry points.

Wasn't NRA policy. Just the GFW City of Houston types being all snowflakey and such.

Most other cities are worse, some few are better.

But, "cities".

Curse of the nature of the beast. Ya can't hold an NRA Annual Meeting in a place that can't offer at least 50k hotel rooms for the week.

solar output, but then almost no one would have seen it, which would
have eliminated the point fo building the solar array.

477 Hey WDAS. We're still waiting for our tomatoes to turn red it was too wet for a long time in the spring to plant. Just picked our first cucumber today and we've had some big ass onions, biggest I've ever grown. Why do I bother they're cheap but I just like growing stuff. And you don't have to run to the store if you need an onion it's right there.

I have the worst brown thumb of anyone I know, have known, or will ever know. I have been known to kill cactus plants. So having orchid plants that stay alive and bloom, and one prolific mango and one avocado tree to me is a miracle. I gladly collect the yearly onslaught of mangos and eat or give away as many as possible. Same with the avocados. I am currently growing in large pots twelve mango trees from seeds from my one big mango tree! (Keeping my fingers crossed...)

Worse than his face, is his voice. Let me know when his testes drop, and he can sing in something other than a Jr. High School Girls' Choir?

Meanwhile, he remains a pre-adenoidal, adolescent horror of a vocal freak-show.

Worse than his horrid, pitchy high range, is the fact that he can't actually HIT a high note. No, he really can't.

He has to "YELP" his way up to that note, and that's exactly what it sounds like when he sings songs like "The Warrior". A buncha yelps. Like a coyote is singing the song, only.... without the beauty that a coyote brings to the lyric.

Rush.

With Z.Z. Top, one of the best 3 man bands, ever.

But then Rush had to go ruin it all, and let Geddy "sing". To certain values of "sing". *spit*

506 The moral case for campus carry misses one important bit when arguing against the idea that citizens with guns are not safe practitioners: cops are much WORSE practitioners.

You can find lots of incidents of police firing loads of rounds at a suspect or perp and missing with most of them - even at POINT BLANK range. (Diallo, in NYC, everyone *inside* a building entry vestibule; 42 rounds IIRC, and fewer than 20 hit Diallo; less than 10 feet.) (Cops in CA firing 100+ shots at the poor ladies delivering newspapers; they didn't hit EITHER of the women, though 2 rounds did hit the back window of the cab, providing shrapnel injuries to one of the women.)

But it's otherwise a good piece.

536 Japanese trains are great - from local to shinkansen.

As are the stations. True train culture/country, with all the virtues that play into it. Amazing food, stores, and everything tailored for train travel [and nobody matches Japan for packaging, and "small" stuff].

Deregulation etc. has made air travel the better option for longer trips [Tokyo to Kagoshima, almost the length of the country, for example]. But as a gaijin visitor, trains have the added virtue of *seeing the country*, in detail.

Have had some great short trips, outside major urban areas - trains are small, some have had old cars with wooden seating almost too small to fit in.

551 At least back in the glorious days of Soviet Power, Russian trains were fairly nice. Wider gauge, lots of room, and the only clean public bathrooms in the country. And the ones that haven't disappeared like Delta, United and American, they've all been through bankruptcy, some more than once.

I don't know if it's true anymore, but not that long ago, if you took every commercial airline ever to have existed in the world and added up their profits and losses, the number was a negative.

Whether by air or by rail, for whatever reason, moving millions of people around is not profitable in the long run.

591 Any imminent domain lawyers in here tonight... ?

Because I just read a mildly interesting interview of a couple of DOJ lawyers who are in charge of taking land on the southern border in order to build the wall, but I'm not sure exactly one of them means with this comment...

******
Do most landowner challenges to border wall takings involve the price of the land or the government's ability to take it?

Clark: For the most part, the vast majority of the cases the Land Acquisition Section works on are cases about the whole valuation issue. They're not about the authority to take because the constitutional power to exercise eminent domain so clearly exists.

Brightbill: And because at this point Congress has set forth in its statutes pretty clear processes by which it occurs, so once the survey is done and a determination of just compensation is made, and that money is deposited into an account and then we can show the court that appropriate notice has been given to the landowner pursuant to the statute, the federal government, generally speaking, then has possession of the land.

Then while we can have cases that can go on for months and months or years, it's not about whether or not the government's going to get the land, because the government has the land at that point. Those cases go on because there are complicated issues of valuation that get raised and litigated.

******

Is he saying that the Govt. can start building on a person's land while the compensation is still being litigated?

Posted by: Serious Cat at August 22, 2019 02:03 AM (Xqo6t)

592 Is he saying that the Govt. can start building on a person's land while the compensation is still being litigated?

Posted by: Serious Cat at August 22, 2019 02:03 AM (Xqo6t)

He seems to be saying that the legal structure set up by Congress allows the federal government to make a value determination, pay the owner that money (put it in some account) and then the land belongs to the government even though the owner might still be protesting and fighting the valuation.

It doesn't sound totally unreasonable. Since the government certainly has the power in the black and white text of the Constitution for a taking, the question is only one of the just compensation, not whether the property can be transferred. IT most certainly can in all instances.

Posted by: Delurk Ergo Sum at August 22, 2019 01:13 AM (fOqG5)

I really couldn't say. I know there is stuff out there, but no clue how any of it is. The best thing I can tell somebody is to look up chord charts on the web, and learn all the major and minor chords from A to G. Get those learned, and while you are doing that you build finger strength and some muscle memory, which allows you to eventually change chords fast. Then you can look up tabs for songs you might want to play. Tabs aren't written music, but more like a drawing of a fingerboard with all the strings, and the tabs show you what notes to press. There are also chords shown, so IF...IF you learned the basic chords ahead of time, there won't be many new chords to learn in a certain song, like 7ths, and other chords. Basically you are arming yourself with enough knowledge of chords to get started and gradually building on top of that. You'll also develop somewhat of a tone recognition, and you might "recognize" the chords in songs you listen to. After a while should you want to learn to read music, or move onto actual instruction you won't be so much of a novice. Think if it as somebody looking to learn car mechanics but already knows how the tools feel in their hands. There are also a ton of vids on you tube for basic instruction too, which may pay to watch so you don't develop bad habits out of the gate.

Posted by: Muldoon at August 21, 2019 11:17 PM (mvenn)

North-south roads sometimes do a jog like that at a correction line. Reason for the correction being that plane geometry, i.e. land survey, is applied to a sphere. True north-south roads will all converge at the poles, but land is surveyed in squares with parallel sides. So in the township-and-range system of land survey, from time to time you have to drop a range road out. I can drive north or south on my range road, and eventually it will end in a "T" intersection at a township (E-W) road. And I can jog a short distance east or west, and pick up the extension of that road. When highways are built, following old road allowances, those correction lines get made into "S" bends.

East-west roads don have correction lines because they follow parallels of latitude. Which are, surprisingly, parallel.

There's also something called I-45.

I'm sure a good percentage of these people who fly from either DFW-IAH or DAL-HOU aren't necessarily clamoring for it either because if it were economically feasible the train would have been done ages ago.

For about 30 years (it comes up again and again) there has been a proposal to have high speed rail connect San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Houston. And it has never gone anywhere. Why? It would cost BILLIONS, and nearly ALL of it would be government money. (People who support this boondoggle blame SWA for ending it, when in truth it was the appalling ESTIMATE of cost that killed it on its own. The experience of CA with their high speed choo choo is - or should be - further deterrence from such a venture.)

And if you notice, where do passenger trains run in the United States, and work reasonably well? Why, the NE, where populations are denser. Oh, sure, I guess we COULD build a bullet train from Lubbock to Amarillo, but if you've been out that way, you know there is a whole lot of empty space out there. It is far cheaper and more cost effective to let drivers pick either I-27 or US 87 for the drive. And as heavily populated as that triangle I described above is, it isn't nearly populated enough to support a train.

Wouldn't you take a roller coaster ride from Washington to New York? 725 loops, 1242 winding curls, 174 blind tunnels (going backwards in half of them!), 942 drops of 40 ft or more at angles greater than 80 degrees ... The rest of the world will be green with envy.

Let's not underestimate the joys of driving on I-95 from Washington, D.C. to Boston, either; the I-95 tolls are a bonus. That drive is another reason the D.C. to NY and NY to Boston air shuttles are viable, too, although with all the airport security theater bullshit, the train is still quicker. Having taken the air shuttles and the train between DC-NY and NY-Boston, I'll take the train any day. Not to mention leg room and being able to drink in a comfortable seat. No waiting for takeoff to drink, either. There's no air turbulence to spill one's drink although a derailment will ruin your day.

I'm seeing a 'hold my beer' pattern here.

Posted by: RickZ at August 22, 2019 02:48 AM (Y8PSl)

606 Yeah, for me there's no question rail travel is more comfortable. I'd settle for functional low speed rail - if you go to the Amtrak site and try to get a ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles they put you on a bus.

Why would I be on the Amtrak site if I wanted to ride a bus?

Remember when Trump owned one of the shuttles briefly. Trump Shuttle. Philly to New York. I don't know what other cities it serviced. Didn't last long, I don't think.

Personally, I like train rides. And the prices of bridge and tunnel tolls have really gotten totally out of hand. Most cities I don't want to go into bad enough to justify even half the "entrance fees", just to be graced with the opportunity to pay 5 times more to try and park for a few hours, too.

I'm really just glad that the internet affords the opportunity to stay out of the smelly cities for most things and not have to be bothered with that stuff. Cities are anachronisms. Artifacts of the industrial revolution. Museum pieces.

615 The outraged UK Baroness should be amply aware of why retirement age was originally set at 65 in both the UK and US. At the time it was older than most lived to see, assuring many would pay into the systems without collecting. Nowadays, it's shocking if someone dies earlier than 65 of natural causes.
People are living a lot longer than 70 years ago and generally healthier as well. If you want to keep the systems solvent you need to dangle the carrot a few years farther out than you did for previous generations. disability claims will likely remain valid and those will include those subject to age related infirmities.

For one thing, that's not actually true in the US or the UK. Life expectancy has gone down (a tiny bit) in the last decade or so.

Beyond that, the problem with raising the retirement age is a lot of people are too sick to work long before 75. We've extended people's life expectancy, but we haven't extended their healthy years.

Also, it is frankly bullshit to promise someone a retirement age of 65 and then, after taking money out of their check for four decades, pulling a bait and switch like that.

40% humidty.

Latitude, same as Grand Junction, CO.

Firing azimuth on the map, thirty degrees North of the True Equator.

Pick your tube, pick your projectile, pick your propellant.

Which is the furthest throw that'll drop your shell onto the blacktop. Not the "centerline", that's crazy.

Blacktop. Two standard 14 ft. U.S. Highway lanes, with wide paved shoulders.

Final question.

672 The worlds largest rooftop urban farm is set to open in Paris next year- and its already projected to feed thousands of people every year.

---

I love these. From the link:

"Agripolis developers say that they are designing the project around a specialized aeroponic "vertical farming" technique so that the garden will use no pesticides and very little water... "The goal is to make the farm a globally-recognized model for sustainable production"

--

Farms exist. People are being fed vegetables already, and they're at every store anywhere around Paris, grown by farmers and trucked in on trucks that are already trucking their way into town to deliver that food.

But now we're going to be "sustainable", so let's smelt and ship metal, produce glass, produce new material, ship it all in on trucks and use lots of equipment to build a massive rooftop structure with new media for the plants, water needs, chemical needs, human needs like washrooms, water fountains, trash cans, etc., and who knows what kind of climate control, fans, heat, etc.

And now a couple of thousand people will have access to tomatoes, all while farmers are delivering the same tomatoes to the Aldis two blocks away already.

Sustainable!

Sometimes it nice when people are looking for a tradesman to come do some work. People will have some suggestions that we copy for another time.

694 > Just sitting in a frigging seat for for god knows how long? Fuk that, give me a car.

Amtrak seats are far more comfortable than any airplane seat. For that matter, they're more comfortable than almost any car seat.

Plus you're not trapped in the seat. There's not even a seat belt. You can get up to pee, get a snack, get a beer in the lounge car, or just walk around to stretch your legs any time you want, not just when some stupid sign is on, with some scolding harridan (of either sex) threatening to throw you in jail if you disobey.

One that gets me is how people don't think dogs are dang dogs anymore.

I was once chided by a childless locust who was aghast that I'd left my dog outside, overnight, in a fenced yard with a house, food, and water, in pleasant spring weather, and it rained on her.

They really do believe animals = children.

I don't think it's trendy enough to lose billions, but I like the idea of old warehouses converted to offices with a central conference room that you can book and one secretary to direct calls to the different businesses that might only be one or two people. I hate I didn't come up with that idea a few decades ago.

Absolutely. And a big part is because they can get consumers to give them money.

The moment someone starts using "sustainable" is when you know they're looking for tax dollars or handouts, and have no problem burning four to five times the amount of energy to accomplish a mundane task in pursuit of solving a non-problem.

712 I can't believe there are enough people/small companies/start ups that don't have their own office space. Seems too "fly by night" for me.

It allows companies to have locations that they normally could not afford. Don't need to buy office furniture or equipment. It is also like cloud computing, when you start a company, there really is no way to know how much space and headcount you will need. There is also the occasional need for conference rooms, and for someone to clean out the snack bar because most nearly all young people won't do it - they will just pile their dishes out in the sink and walk away.

Most young people for a number of reasons prefer downtown living so the offices need to be downtown which has high lease rates and parking fees. Also there seems to be this weird kitchen table - work in crowds mentality that shared offices provide.

Just last week, a rep from one of these WeWork type places asked each person in the team who would appreciate some mentoring by more senior people in other companies within the same building.

Many small companies would love to have the occasional advice on marketing, people managing, hiring, account management, but don't have the resources to hire someone FT or to have an expensive consultant come in. Also many nearly all young people already know everything and would feel put-off if a senior person was "company provided" but when "things get real" wouldn't mind having a mommy or daddy to rescue them.

If your idea flies and Facebook buys you out, they are there for the IP and customer lists, not your employees or cubicle furniture. If it fails, you don't have to liquidate and suffer from having eight more months on your lease.

It allows more sketchy companies, or companies that are growing too fast or aren't well capitalized to run and grow rather that not ever happen because of start up costs.

Think she or her kids have figured out that she's revealed that kids =/= joy?

Or that she's really dumb/careless to have *2* abortions in one year?

And was this with one guy - did he know about this? Was he on board? Or did he killing his children suck the "joy" out of the relationship?

They got into a discussion of mass shooters and Cresnshaw has adopted the verbiage of the left and that mass shootings should be viewed as terrorist events.

The vast overwhelming majority of mass shootings are not ideological or politically based.

The are mostly either committed by gang bangers or people with deep psychological, metal or emotional problems, usually exacerbated by prescription drugs.
