this was a very easy fast in just the first couple of days (which are usually hard) which suggested to me this could be a long one. Almost all hunger went away day 5 which made it pretty easy. Some came back last night and then some today, but then, I went to the grocery store today, to buy soup for breaking the fast (when I do).
Seeing the food got me pretty hungry. But it's not that bad.

Take some vitamins also just in case you're low on some and the fast tips the scales into deprivation.
When I've done mine it's a modified on, I drink milk, water constantly. once a day have a cracker or two to give my stomach something to work on as I've heard that can cause problems when the stomach has nothing to churn away on.
You might need to take a gentle laxative as with less material to help push things along you may plug up. But then you've stopped all intake so maybe not. Maybe the opposite with all the liquids.
Are you losing? If you're doing this to lose weight, the trick is to start eating again but at a much lower volume and lower caloric intake. The Body wants to return to it's previous state after a fast.

Protein is fine if you're hitting the weights. Buy yourself some kettle bells. They're kinda fun. A couple of 20 or 25 pounders and you'll build some arms. Air and water are the quick killers as far as intake.
Water they say is about 3-4 days depending on how high your normal load it.
Plus that means NO WATER in any form. Ppl forget that food has water in it so that stretches the time out if you eat.
Figure to be sure and cover everything; one week without water intake of any kind and you are undergoing kidney and liver failure and soon a heart attack. Delirium should already have set in and he would not be able to handle the mechanics of posting threads and using the comment section.

So anyway, we were minding our own beeswax, I mean Idi was discussing a trade of his Levis with some nice soldiers who were in blackface and camo for some reason, and this wheezing apparently wood powered Mad Max truck flying the Venezuelan National Socialist Party flag roles up and butt strokes us while yelling about Yankee Imperialist Pig Dogs and Counter Revolutionary Butt Plugs (I think, my Spanish is not the best) and 'Besa me culo, pendejo' and other things and hauls us off to this farm!
Well it wasn't much of a farm, mostly it had really ugly chicks with rainbow armpit hair for guards and their guard dogs were pasty faced white boys in dog masks on leashes with furry tail butt plus, but hey, whatever. The food was all soy kibble and we had to sleep in collective piles of unfixed electronics, broken medical instruments (what's a uterine curette for?), and diseased emaciated old people corpses, pretty unpleasant.
Mostly we had to denounce ourselves and each other, put on plays about sailors and cabin boys, and sing show tunes. It got old quick and Idi got in big trouble for creating a daisy chain with the dog boys and doing a conga line around the Starbucks. They tried torturing him for it but he just yelled Oooohhhh louder and leaned into it so they gave up and made us drink ersatz coffee made from finger nail clippings and crab grass, so we decided to escape.
We stole stuff and made costumes, Idi dressed up like Hitlery Clinton strapped to a 2 wheeler and I dressed up like Mongo Medic and wheeled her right out the main gate, they didn't bat an eye and although did say something about enjoying our frequent visits and hope that we come back soon. Odd, that.
So anyway we made our way north on the Caravan and are now chillin in El Paso! Later Peace Out!

If you read Rosenstein's second scope document for Mueller he specifically told him to look at Manafort and any collusion with both Russia AND Ukraine.
These crimes happened less than 3 years ago.

Given that Comey has a track record of obstruction of justice himself, would Trump be guilty of OoJ if he kept the known corrupt Comey on as FBI director?
I would argue that Trump, in order to remove the taint of corruption had to remove the most visibly corrupt officers - as a duty and obligation as chief executive.
It would be the same way in the corporate world. If the board of directors knew that there were criminally corrupt officers, the company would be open to all kinds of criminal and civil penalties for keeping such a person in that position.
Isn't that basically a function of SOX?

It's not a matter of me being right or wrong. I have no idea what they will find but the fact is both Horowitz, who has just doing an interview the other day and said while he couldn't talk about it but he is doing a FISA abuse investigation along with other issues, and Huber, who Barr talked about during his Senate hearing and met with the other day, are still working.
They may come up dry, they may hit a grand slam. My only point is that the common narrative that nothing is happening, much like Rosenstein being a bad guy, is wrong.
I haven't read Barr's letter yet but Mueller was not tasked with looking at anyone colluding but Trump and his team. I don't know if he looked at "any American" or "any American in Trump world" is what was said.
We'll see.

Exit thought-- Trump has got to be the cleanest casino manager and hotelier in history if a literal no-holds-barred federal investigation into everyone he has ever worked with and everything that he has ever done turns up some process crimes that wouldn't have existed without the investigation and may or may not have been made up to boot, and paying off some bimbos not to ruin his public image. I'm even a little impressed.
