Whoa: Mueller Tells Judge in Mike Flynn Case to Go F*** Himself, Refusing to Deliver The Original Notes of the Flynn Interview As He Was Ordered To Do

And of course Mueller immediately wiped Strzok's and Page's phones.

Mueller was ordered to turn over all notes of the Flynn interview and the orginal 302 filed by Strzok and Pientka. That is an interesting 302, because, of course, it has been reported that the interviewing witnesses said that Flynn did not offer any deception.

But then seven months later, when Mueller's looking prosecute Trump, a new 302 gets written that says Flynn did lie?

And Mueller continues defying a judge, refusing to turn over the original, despite being specifically ordered to produce it?

I don't think this calls for a sentence of no time to be served; I think this calls for a striking of Flynn's plea deal and a statement that Flynn has no longer pled guilty and is now officially just innocent.

You cannot tell a fucking judge to go fuck himself.

And you would not do so, unless you had real crimes of your own to cover up.

Posted by: WisRich at December 14, 2018 04:39 PM (G0vdT)

If that is true, then Mueller is really is much deeper trouble. I think that's so because he's repeatedly made reference to it, and it is for that reason Sullivan demanded to see it. If the 302 doesn't exist and Mueller has cited a fiction all through this case he would likely be disbarred. I've got to believe he has it but doesn't want to produce it and is defying the judge.

Citing fictional evidence should get you buried under the jail. Unless what it actually says is so exculpatory that it's worse than having no evidence at all.

I don't mind if Mueller faces no consequences. This is a really easy way to show people that the legal system in America is too crude to be called Kafkaesque.

Seriously, people -- over the last five years, how many Congressional demands for evidence or documentation, how many judicial orders, have we seen snubbed by people who have no reason to believe there will ever be consequences for their defiance? Orders that you and I would be doing hard time at pound-your-ass prison for defying?

The only solution -- THE ONLY SOLUTION -- is that every one of these ratbastards, and I mean all the way up to Hillary Clinton, be dragged before the tribunal, summarily senrtenced, and the sentence imposed on the spot. I will never have respect for any level of government unless and until I see justice executed upon people whose guilt is glaringly obvious, and I hope you all feel the same way.

123 So, in Seattle, we had a cop who took a report of a stolen Walther.

Years later, the stolen gun is found in a bag that:
1. On top of the cop's locker
2. With bowling gloves that match what the cop bowls in
3. With a pocket knife owned by the cop, with his initials engraved on it

Cop lawyers/union's up, says he doesn't know anything about any stolen gun. Gets to retire with pension, no penalty or punishment.

If you're not a cop, you're little people. And little people get stepped on.

We don't know, since we haven't seen it and we don't even know who wrote it (though Sean Davis suggests a name). But the fact is that at least one other 302 relating to the interview does exist. And I can't think of a rational reason why there would be *two* well-after-the-fact 302s written for Flynn's interview.

So what we know is that there's another 302 for the interview. And there's a good chance that it's what the judge has requested.

That is a scandal right there in and of itself. The potential for deception/fraud is astronomical. Even retelling of events by honest agents and suspects can be wrong.

The FBI needs to be defunded and disbanded while a different institution is reconstructed with more oversight and tighter regulation with the understanding that there is much less trust given to its operation.

359 Or, as Junior suggests, another 302 from the second agent was withheld during discovery that is exculpatory in some way. ISuggests misconduct.

361 Methinks Mueller will lose his duel with Judge
Sullivan.

Now if Mueller can somehow get this Flynn matter to Hawaii then
Flynn may be gets the electric chair..

'Justice' in the land of the Left is ....perverse.

362 Rule .303

Posted by: jay hoenemeyer at December 14, 2018 05:50 PM (3GR94)

363 But why? Why wouldn't Flynn's lawyers see the reference to the early 302 from the other agent and not ask for it, or at least complain to the judge that didn't get to see it? Did they see it and just didn't care? Maybe the fix was in already that Flynn HAD to plead to lying to prevent something else. Seems like that could have happened. Still, its Judge Sullivan's court, he might not like these types of tactics.

365 This Judge should enter and Order to Show Cause for Contempt and Sanctions and dismiss the case against Flynn.

Then the Judge should stand up in COURT and I Order Mueller and his minions to find a copy of the Constitution and piss all over it- cause that is what they Have been doing for 2 years.

366 Mueller ignores judges because he can. For the last month or so, it seems like Trump is President in name only.

369 35 This is unbelievable. How is an unverified, not subject to cross-examination document created months after the fact about an critical interview even admissible, let alone persuasive??!?!?

And this makes it double, maybe triple or quadruple hearsay?!?

373 So they used hearsay testimony from an Anti-Trump agent as the basis of their evidence against Flynn, so what's in the original document they don't want the judge to see? Six months after an interview an agent writes up a report if I did that it would be deemed hearsay and not evidence because it's hearsay.

Posted by: Rose at December 14, 2018 07:04 PM (6IJ3U)

374 Jesus Christ, I can't believe this. But of course this won't be reported, blah blah, and the Lib Media Complex will go on with 'Trump is guilty, look at Cohen! Look at Flynn! Look at Pap! Smoke = fire!' when Mueller is DISOBEYING the law himself. He is not fucking God, he doesn't even play one on TV. Asshole.

376 Did judge die from "robbery gone bad" and nothing taken yet?

Posted by: Burnt Toast at December 14, 2018 07:27 PM (1g7ch)

377 there is a simple solution here:

1) Vacate the guilty plea of Flynn and say it has been (obviously) coerced.

2) Hold Mueller in contempt of court. Toss him in jail till he produces exactly what was requested, and what we know, obviously, exists. The imposed party is said to "hold the keys" to his or her own cell, thus conventional due process is not required. Mueller can be held in jail indefinitely.

Time to force these fucks to fess up, or face serious jail time. I know if a judge ordered me to produce a piece of paper in my possession, I'd be forced to put up, or get tossed in the can. No one is above the law, right?

378 It is time the AG order a special prosecutor for the special prosecutor's office with full powers to interview witnesses, gather evidence, and convene grand jury. The charge can be obstruction of justice for starters.

384 The problem with a revolution today, is that 65 million bodies are going to leave a bad stink...and which every side wins, needs to exterminate the other side to keep this from happening again. The Commies need to wipe out hope and freedom, the Patriots need to wipe out the Commies. This isn't basketball, you can't let them play another day. I don't see any country continuing when 1/2 the populace wants to bring it down.
