Scott Wins Lawsuit Against Broward County's Criminal Elections Commissioner

UPDATE: OH MY GOD.

That is literally "creating new votes," and once again, Snipes deliberately avoided all the laws which are in place precisely to prevent fraud during this operation.

Why would she do that, if fraud was not her actual mission?

..

She wasn't just breaking the law, she was flagrantly breaking the law, ignoring all the parts of the law specifically enacted to ensure people would not just create new "votes" behind closed doors and without supervision.

Why would someone violate the very rules that are supposed to guard against vote fraud?

Hmm, that's a puzzler.

Guy Benson:

By law, each county must report all vote-by-mail ballots they've tabulated within half an hour of polls closing. As other ballots remain uncounted, counties must offer regular, specific and public updates every 45 minutes until the process of counting is complete. This has not happened. At all. In fact, Broward officials have repeatedly been unable or unwilling to even say how many ballots remain to be tabulated -- understandably leading to furious charges of dangerous and lawless incompetence, at best, and partisan manipulations or fraud at the worst. And as the tweet above notes, Broward (the worst offender) has no excuse to use as a crutch. Nearby Miami-Dade, home to more people, has a longer physical ballot, yet they managed to get this done in a timely fashion, in accordance with the state's legal requirements. And GOP-heavy counties in the Panhandle did the same, despite getting hammered by a powerful hurricane just a few weeks prior to the election.

Twitchy collected a good thread arguing why these laws are important, and hinting at why someone might choose to deliberately violate them.

Even Marco Rubio -- few people's idea of a partisan warrior; he had a mutual pact with Senator Nelson that neither would campaign against the other -- is outraged:

But would Brenda Snipes commit vote fraud?

Surprise! She already did!

She deliberately destroyed ballots in a primary contest in order to throw the election to the candidate she favored.

Rick Scott filed suit to tell this woman to stop breaking every law there is and to answer all reporting requirements by 7pm tonight (about an hour and a half away now).

My worry is: She's been locked behind closed doors without any supervision for three days now.

How do we know she didn't already manufacture all the votes she needs?

More Background:

Update: The media has immediately rushed to deem all of this a conspiracy theory, not bothering to acquaint themselves with the law or Snipes' history of election violations or... anything.

They're the elites, you know. The Know-Nothing, Can't-Fucking-Read-a-Civil-Code Elite.

I have a theory.

My theory is that the GOPe regards its own base as more potentially violent and therefore dangerous than the left.

They see their job not as "thought leaders" but tamers of wild beasts. But for them, we'd go on a rampage and kill everything in sight.

In essence, they think the left's caricature is exactly correct.

This is why they always surrender, always cluck for civility, always try to downplay stuff like this. They pretend to take our side only as a means of control. This is why the Never Trump crowd now wants us destroyed, because the beast no longer is under their control. They crack the whip and we ignore them. What do you do with a beast that leaves your control?

You kill it.

So yes, they want us destroyed, they're willing to lose every election so long as they feel they have us under control.

They can discern, by their subtle arts, how a voter really intended
to cast his ballot. Oddly enough, the answer always comes up "Democrat".

This is what happened in the Wisconsin governor's race. "Mangled" ballots were "re-created", resulting in a whole wad of Evers vote, with 97% of precincts counted. Evers/Walker went from a 42 vote differential to a 25,000 vote differential in one fell swoop. Not at all fishy.

Walker conceded. I can't even

---------------------------If ballots are damaged and can't be read by the scan-tron, election officials fill in new ballots identically. This has to happen in front of monitors to make sure the officials don't change votes. In Broward, they're skipping the monitors.Efficiency plus!

195 Counties like Broward should be declared rotten boroughs and have all their votes discounted for this election.

Then a full, in-depth, no stone left unturned investigation should be held. Once held Snipes and her other Democrat vote generators should spend many long years in prison for voter fraud.

At the same time new measures should be implemented to ensure a fully transparent process is in place for monitoring and counting votes.

Only once ALL of this has taken place is the entire Broward county allowed to vote again.

This process should be carried out in EVERY rotten borough Democrats have corrupted.

196 There is an upper limit to how many ballots they can manufacture.
Posted by: Surfperch at November 09, 2018 05:57 PM (6UvYI)

The theoretical upper limit is the number of voters in the county.

I mean, think about it:
1) they can replace real ballots with their own fake ones easily, and destroy the real ones. (see the video from earlier where a convoy of people in personal cars were bringing bags of ballots to a truck in a parking lot)
2) they can pre-fill out thousands of ballots (mostly D, probably some for R so it's not completely obvious what they're doing), and swap those out for "damaged" ones (of course, they can decide which ones are damaged).
3) they can swap out pre-filled absentee ballots for real ones, and just copy the signature over.

I mean, I'm not saying they're doing all of that or on what kind of scale any of it is happening. Just if you control the vote counting and are willing to break the law....

217 If I were President (and I'm hoping Donald Trump is reading this post), I'd be pointing at this and other examples as proof positive that we need a system that nationally ensures only legal citizens register, only the registered voters vote, and they only vote once per election, in the jurisdiction where they are registered. That means:
- ending third-party voter registration- ending registering illegals and the dead- ending "motor voter"
- purging the voter rolls of the dead
The technology for ensuring accurate vote counts is no more complicated than a network of ATM machines. If this country's leaders wanted tamper-proof voting, we'd already have it.

219 They did the same thing in Wisconsin against Walker. Supposedly the issued envelope for mail ballots from Milwaukee County was not the standard one. They cut off the ends of the ballots when they ran them through the machine was the story that I heard. Thus, the poll workers had to "recreate the ballots" which happened to coincide with the number of votes needed to overcome Walker's lead.

In short, they believe every stereotype of ring-wingers being gun-happy, ill-tempered, religious, racist fanatics and without them to keep us in check, they're happy to make common cause with the left to stamp us out.

But they also fear us with every fiber of their being. They constantly worry what would happen if we somehow got out of their control.

Posted by: K.N. McBride at November 09, 2018 05:59 PM (cfSRQ)

There's probably some truth to that, but it requires us to believe that the GOPe has a sense of duty and honor, if misplaced. In the last 20 years, they seem to have gone out of their way to prove otherwise.

In fact, the GOPe's primary motivation is to protect the GOPe's privileges, income and status. And fuck the proles, they're a bunch of cousin-humping dupes anyway. The GOPe work to protect the US only to ensure that there's privileges, income and status to enjoy.

That may seem unfair, but they haven't proven otherwise to my satisfaction. The WarTurtle's actions on judges in the last two years has been a surprising and welcome deviation from the GOPe norm. But there's a lot more they could be doing, as I see it.

I imagine that it normally is not much of an issue. Maybe a mailed ballot got fucked when someone opened the envelope. maybe the USPS exercised their normal level of car and destroyed a few ballots in delivery.

But I imagine it's pretty rare for their to be an issue. Probably only comes up a few dozen times at most in an election, I would think. It shouldn't be more often than that.

Which is why Gov. Scott was asking for numbers on these things.

To be fair, Canuck ballots don't have NEARLY as many ballot questions and elections as ours do. They're of the "let politicians run everything" school.

Dr Snipes should be thanked for getting the residents of graveyards to continue participating in democracy as well as those in comas in old age homes, and various felons who are guests of the government.

Such people who use their creativity to engineer new and exciting ways to solve our voting problems are to be lauded. After all Tammany Hall started this tradition over 150 years ago and the current day Demorats are inspired from their heroes not only in Tammany but by those zealots of constitution democracy Marx, Lenin, Stalin, Castro, Mao and of course Hitler.

So let us not stop a process that will bring us to a brighter future such as Venezuela or Cuba have achieved.

342 There's probably some truth to that, but it requires
us to believe that the GOPe has a sense of duty and honor, if
misplaced. In the last 20 years, they seem to have gone out of their way
to prove otherwise.

In fact, the GOPe's primary motivation is to protect the GOPe's
privileges, income and status. And fuck the proles, they're a bunch of
cousin-humping dupes anyway. The GOPe work to protect the US only to
ensure that there's privileges, income and status to enjoy.

That may seem unfair, but they haven't proven otherwise to my
satisfaction. The WarTurtle's actions on judges in the last two years
has been a surprising and welcome deviation from the GOPe norm. But
there's a lot more they could be doing, as I see it.

That's a law I could get behind. Require all ballot questions to be given to a panel of random citizens (like jury duty). If they can't figure out whether a yes vote would (e.g.) raise taxes or lower them, that question is stricken and must be rewritten and deferred to the next election.

He ran against DWS on Tues as an independent and vastly underperformed, so the numbers were likely cooked for DWS. He keeps pointing out that the Dem candidates underperformed in Broward while DWS is suddenly the most popular Dem in Broward history. His vote came in like 10% of what he was polling.

I'm surprised at your naivite.

Since the Dems rely on Broward County election fraud to STEAL (or attempt to steal) EVERY SINGLE STATEWIDE ELECTION EVERY TWO YEARS, they prpare long long ahead of time -- in fact, I'd wager, that as SOON as the ballots are finalized and printed, she orders and extra million blank ones are keep them under lock and key until needed - -months and months and months ahead of time. During those months, she and her cadre of criminals can, at their leisure, punch out all the chads they want for all the necessary candidate they want. By the time election day rolls around, the ballots are all ready to go. If the Dem actually wins for real, then they can be safety discarded and never used. And if the R wins by a landslide, they're also discarded. But if the election is anywhere near close (as it seems to be every two years), they they simply extract however many they need to push the Dems over the top.

There's no way they wait until the last minute to start manufacturing fake ballots. It's a long-term ongoing project. Funded, I'm quite sure, at the highest levels of the nation Progressive Machine.

1) they can replace real ballots with their own fake ones easily,

people in personal cars were bringing bags of ballots to a truck in a
parking lot)

2) they can pre-fill out thousands of ballots (mostly D, probably
some for R so it's not completely obvious what they're doing), and swap
those out for "damaged" ones (of course, they can decide which ones are
damaged).

3) they can swap out pre-filled absentee ballots for real ones, and just copy the signature over.

I think it's safe to assume that most states have a Broward county or two where someone like Snipes has been running the show for years, where they are always poised and ready to commit whatever level of fraud is needed.
'
Just look at Philadelphia in 2012 where 112% of registered voters voted (and GOP election monitors were locked out for 3 hours while they stuffed ballot boxes. Or LA, where 144% of the voting age residents are registered to vote. Or Detroit, where just one precinct certified 307 votes -- but only had 52 ballots in the sealed box.

It's time to dismantle all of these corrupt cities/counties, not just Broward. Maybe all it takes is someone like Trump to wait for them to do what they always do and then make a Very Big Deal about it. I mean I think that's already the general gist of the law in most states, with election monitors and whatnot.

They just ignore it in areas where they need the fraud to swing a state.

...And nothing ever seems to come of it.

The sky is incredible here today in the SF Bay Area. There was a big wildfire way up in the Sierra foothills, hundreds of miles away, but the wind has blown the smoke DIRECTLY in our directions, and now the sun is blood-red, and greatly dimmed, and the entire sky is blotted out by smoke, and the air smells like a pemmican shack on the frontier in 1824. Apocalyptic.

Carbon dating would not work on ink. The half life of carbon 14 is 5700 years, so it can't date things that are days or werks old. Also, chemicals such as found in ink are thpically made from petroleum that is so ancient, the carbon 14 is all gone.

There are other, spectroscopic methods of determining whether ink is from a particular batch of pen, and how long it's been on the paper. It's been done.

That is actually a great idea. These election officials need to be held accountable by someone, and if a whole district is made null and void, then the people of that district have motivation to fix the problem.

I would have written in the law, waving of any penalties of overenthusiastic behavior in expressing one's displeasure in the actions of said election officials that caused the disqualification.

How is the current forensic science of lifting prints or genetic material off of paper (ballots)?

Can FBI grab a few sample lots of ballots from Broward and determine how many people handles them or identify who handled them (even if Person #1, Person #2, etc)?

They should find a few people handled most of them (the ladies who hands you the actual ballot) and a unique person handled each ballot (the actual voter). If you find a bunch of ballots handled by a few people but no uniques - BAMN!

Blatant dishonesty must be a purely Leftist thing. The criminals ruling in Austin did the same sort of thing when putting Uber/Lyft on the ballet. The mental retards in this university city thought they were voting for Uber/Lyft when in fact it was in fact a vote, not only banning Uber/Lyft, but also implementing all kinds of Draconian regulations and new taxes.

"Do you not fail to disagree that no X should not be banned from not voting?" That sort of thing.

The vote turned out to be exactly 50-50. Yay California!

I remember that one too. I think it had something to do with taxation. The question was like, "Do you agree, or not agree, that should a majority of voters fail to approve the delay in the appropriations committee re-evaluating the temporary hold on the Assessment District's rule to not raise taxes beyond 3% per annum, that the rule shall not be restrained by the 3% limit until the committee votes to re-adjust the limit upward or downward, or until the restraining order expires?"

Can FBI grab a few sample lots of ballots from Broward and determine how many people handles them or identify who handled them (even if Person #1, Person #2, etc)?

Um, the FBI crime lab has not exactly covered itself with glory in recent decades.

I doubt Mueller has much care what McCarthy says about it.

POS McCarthy, has some money behind him.
They are playing commercials to support some bill he wrote. I've never heard such a thing.

It's a name recognition campaign designed to shoe him into minority speaker's job.

616 Houston pulled the same shit with an anti-discrimination initiative back around 2000. The local business leaders wanted to keep affirmative action (I didn't know why, at the time; I do now*). So they mutated the language of the ballot so that, however people voted, they were going to get Diversity.

*Because of the tactics MLK, the saint, Who Was A Republican You Know, used to employ in Baltimore and other cities. If your business wasn't Down With The Struggle, MLK was going to send goons to protest about how racist you were in the daytime, and windows would be smashed at night. It's all in MLK's writings as collected and edited by his true followers, like Cornel West.

618 Once again, braindead liberals/evil statists claim Trump is "delegitimizing" the elections. Once again, they don't realize Trump is merely speaking what his base has said for YEARS. Just like the commenter earlier who pointed out that TRUMP merely echoed what his base has said about the media for years. We are not following him; he is following us on this.

631 There needs to be a plan to start charging these folks with a crime for this and holding them accountable then if found guilty bar them from further voting procedures. If this goes nation wide the results will be voter loss of confidence and a complete road block to every election results until government at City, County and state levels stops dead.It is obviously a design to impede honest voters of their votes.

632 The Abrams Georgia election has already accused with reason, Abram's of spending $250,000.00 attempting to buy Ad time for the campaign in a run off which has never been determined to need as the votes are still being counted. She went right into a run off as if that was already happening.
WSBTV are the ones who turned her in since this was actually a very serious crime and they were to Media that was slated to sell that Ad time. These people mean to win, by what ever means necessary.
