"And I don’t just mean countermeasures,” Mitchell said, "but I mean just any sort of tips, or anything like that." "No," Ford said. More: Grassley re-demands Blasey's therapist's notes and information about her polygraph -- including the videotape of it that she was cagey about pretending she didn't know existed -- noting that he has already demanded this before and her lawyers have baselessly refused. Then, on page 2, he says the polygraph information is especially urgent given the statement made by her boyfriend that she's coached at least one person in taking a polygraph.

Ford claimed it was a Safeway built years after the fantasy attack due to that detail in Judge's book. The drinking was pulled out of the book along with the parties. And so on.
Every GOP senator knee what Mitchell was doing. It was poor optics but effective lawyering. Yes, I think Mitchell knew about the polygraph and the rest before the hearing. A lot of the genuine hatred towards Feinstein is because of the documented lying being known beforehand.

I *know* that there was a store there in 1981. So, I'm not sure what the 1986 date is.

On Friday, the US District Court in NJ upheld the large magazine ban. The case is currently headed to the Third Circuit and most likely SCOTUS.
I think it's critically important to have Justice Kavanaugh on the bench when/if this case reaches SCOTUS.

That said, I have to say that fear of flying is not rational in some ways.
I for one will never fly in a jet. I did twice in the mid '60's when I was in the service but never again since.
That said, I will travel in helicopters and small planes. For some reason they don't pluck my string and I'm quite willing to fly in them altho they have a much worse record for deadly crashes.

I've been wondering whether Grassley planned a report on the majority's findings with Ford and all the other fake bimbo eruptions this week, prior to the vote, to clear the air, begin Kav's vindication, and make the Dems look even worse than they already do (not easy).

Yes, that would be a serious jurisdictional problem. Rather than reporting a criminal event to the local authorities and swearing out a complaint under the penalty of perjury - she took it to a Star Chamber where she knew that vicious blood libel has no penalty.
