25 Just a a little prayer request before the prayer lists comes out. Our son has his first day at community college today. Yes, he's using his dad's car-the same car that he had an accident in about a month or so ago, but it's now fixed. He can't have his own car until we can find one which we can afford. Anyway, if you could pray that all things go smoothly for he and all kids starting school it would be much appreciated . He got an A in his summer intensive Pre Calculus class up at the College so he made a good start, but he stands in need of prayer. Thanks so much.

47 Martha McSally won the Republican primary in AZ. She was Trump's and the RNCe pick. She will face the communist pick for DIABLO flake's seat in Nov. The MFM thinks the Dems have a chance to pick up AZ. I think they are stretching it a bit. But other than raw numbers in the Senate even if the Democrat wins it won't make much difference since Flake was more Democrat than Republican.

111 Hey Fen not sure what your budget is for a car for your son, but I have a recommendation - a 2004-2007 Saturn Vue with a V6.

Saturn as a brand is dead so the resale is low. But it is GM and any GM dealer can service it. There were tons of them made so there are plenty of parts available. And the V6 is made by Honda - same engine and transmission that is in the Pilot and Odyssey, so lasts forever. Good prices in good condition $2k-2500.

Take it for whatever random internet advice from THIS place is worth.

The plans have been downloaded over 2,500 times, and the "untraceable guns" ignore the millions of legal 80% lower receivers that individuals can finish, assemble with the rest of the off the shelf or mail-order parts, and legally possess without a serial number, as long as they don't sell it.

Now you see how bad the anti-2A trash is in the central Puget Sound among the Lefties. So sad. There really are proud, responsible Americans that live here. I blame the corrupted voter rolls that 23 years of Motor Voter laws have created.

Can you get a Washington state drivers license? Your New York or Texas or Mexican or El Salvadoran license is fine. Fill out a 5 x 7 card, check a box, and you are a voter! Don't worry, nobody has ever checked if you actually were a citizen. Something like a birth certificate or a voter card from another state - crazy I know. In 23 years, nobody checked if you were a citizen. How dare I think anyone cheated? Maybe because I have seen it many times with my own lying eyes.

Welcome to Washington state. Ok, yes I'm bitter. I-1639 is the next gun-theft initiative paid for by the Billionaires, and sold by the lying, pathetic local press on this fall's ballot. Did I say fuck them? Fuck them.

Good advice. I turned in my Lexus last week at the end of the lease and looked at replacing it with the current model. They wanted $10K down and $1300/month.

Instead, I bought two beaters that I'm currently fixing up. For me, a '04 Land Rover Discovery and for the wife (who is piling on the miles of her leased Acadia) a '06 Navigator. I'll have less than $5K in each one when they are fully fixed and like new.

When using this strategy, instead of buying the best cheap car I can find, I would rather buy something less and fix it so that I know the condition when it hits the road. Trouble is, you need a great mechanic that works on the side to avoid the big fees.

The biggest change in the last few years that makes fixing an older car possible is YouTube videos. Even if you can't or don't want to do the repairs yourself, you can see the procedures, research the part costs and accurately diagnose problems so that you're informed going in.

I just think that particular model is a good car for teens (and for parents to buy for teens) because the drivetrain is bulletproof, they have the plastic body panels so are durable against the minor bumps and bruises, and are cheap.

Maybe Obama was really part of the Clinton machine?

193 "I read in the Wall Street Journal 'A wave of resignations would happen if Sessions were to be fired.'"

I'd be shocked if a single agent resigned. OK, maybe Rosenstein quits because he'd be on the chopping block next for being so corrupt and pathetic, but that's about it. They are not quitting their historically prestigious jobs (though that's no longer an operational descriptor) to try out the public sector.

Nevertheless, I encourage wholesale resignations and hope I am wrong. The very people who would quit over Sessions' dereliction and over-recusal are exactly the sorts I'd prefer to be away from the reigns of justice seeing as they have no comprehension of it.

Of course, this is the WSJ reporting, so they may well be lying about mass resignations in order to pressure Trump into keeping NeverTrumpers in the IC loop.

I have a scanner, and yes, it is worth it, especially now with the internet. The code itself isn't much use if you don't know a lot about cars, but hop on the web, search the code with your make, model, and year, and you'll find tons of info about the likely problem.

And if you're not inclined to fix the car yourself, you can research costs online as well, so you'll be well informed when you take it to the mechanic.

This Russian collusion BS is quite literally a massive case of projection for Democrat/Chinese collusion.

Jeebus, what would have happened to the country had we elected a president that was so thoroughly corrupt and compromised by a rival like China.
Here are big questions that will never be asked of The Bollard Queen. 1. When did you find out that your toilet server had a real time hack that BCC'd all your wedding photos to Chairman Mao? 2.What was your response to the situation once you found out? 3. What steps did you take to close down the exploit?

Favorite talker starts talking about how he should be jailed, kicked off the team expelled, and never see his gun again. Rant continued with least favorite talker complaining about concealed carry on Kansas campus. Orientation told the incoming class the school hated it, but the government passed the law and only the students efforts to turn out the dangerous republicans in November can make them safe.

276 >>I'm beginning to think the Clinton Machine is more powerful than the Obama machine.

Think it has to do with the Clintons paying people handsomely for decades. A lot of people in the DC swamp (all parts - government, media, activist orgs) owe them for a critical donation when they needed it, a career opportunity extended (while in office or via their foundation), etc. The Clintons don't just know how to monetize the sh#t out of public service, but also how to them use that money to buy loyalty and favors.

In addition, a lot of their inner circle have almost only worked for them - people like Huma and Mills, what jobs have they had that weren't part of Clinton, Inc.? Maybe something here or there, but their future career prospects are dependent on the Clintons succeeding.

I think Obama people are more invested in, and loyal to, an ideology, not necessarily Barack (Val Jarrett excepted). These are the various Soros-funded people and organizations.

That's my guess, anyway...

279 On Gunbroker you can find a number of 80% lowers with the jig and drill bits you would need for ~$100 (I think at that price point they are all polymer lowers. A few dollars more if if you want aluminum instead.) With a $60 drill press from Harbor Freight, you can make your own, and get a complete AR15 kit (minus lower) for $3-400.

For a one off there are AR15s available at a lower pricepoint than that that you don't have to put together. But that won't be a ghost gun.

Which they did. The problem that they faced was Hillary. She was the weak link in the plan. She sucked twice as a presidential candidate despite having all the rigged support.

As the Globalists sensed victory, they hid and buried the evidence showing he was a Muslum and born outside of America. Meanwhile, the Globalist leader designate, Valarie Jarret, ransacked the US of secrets and money to the Globalist supporters and American enemies, while the faker played a lot of golf.

355 I've seen a fair number of very funny female comics over the years (mostly in small clubs) and, to a woman, they were almost always understated, low-key, somewhat dry, and relate-able. Think of it - Rosanne's "domestic goddess" bit was funny because people could relate to it, even if her "white trash" style was a put-off to some.

When women try to do the vulgar, edgy stuff they just come-off as looking like desperate, cheap, untalented imitations of the men who perfected that style decades ago.

I mean, Mueller can claim "oh gee, I missed that little bit of info" much easier than "yeah, he told me they baked up the stink bomb, but I still wanted to get Trump"

But the coup continues, and we still hope enough rolls out before November to win bigly. Trump backed candidates did well ... this quarter's GDP may be over 4 and report should be out right before the election ... might even add seats in the house and senate ...

House stays in GOP hands but Hillary wins. Everything we're seeing and reading now with FIB/CIA/Dossier still occurred. However, the Rs chasing it - Ds would say it was sour grapes by GOP and Trump said he would accept results. 417 93 Looks like Soros IS behind all this hard left movement of the social media sites.

I can think of a quick remedy to the Soros problem, but mentioning it would get me banned. It's sorely needed, though.

418 Looks like that Obama black robe squash of NC's
redistricting plan is going to go to SCOTUS, hopefully we will get a
good ruling before the Nov electoions but that is not likely. Which is
why those crooks on the appeals court ruled the way they did.

Vic... chances are good they overturn the lower court ruling. If I am remembering correctly, they already ruled that the districts were not unconstitutional and remanded to the lower court for further consideration. The lower court apparently ignored both their ruling and their instructions (Virginia is also waiting on SCOTUS accepting their appeal on the very same issue).

I am fine with enforcing food labeling, such as not calling almond milk
"milk" and not calling tofurkey "meat." Vegan food manufacturers are not
exempt.

As Sam Elliott said on The Ranch, "SHOW me the tits on an almond!"

There's a hilarious episode of "The Carbonaro Effect", a hidden-camera magic show where he milks almonds. The ignorance of the folks there is amazing. You can look it up on youtube.

I'm a little befuddled why we don't have country of origin labeling on
Beef and beef products. Who wants to eat foreign beef? There is also a
loophole that allows meat packers to label beef produced in USA if it
were s packaged here. So raise, slaughter and ship beef from out of the
country, just package it here and- voila Made in USA.

How about Congress and the FDA get their shine box?

Same with "Made in America". The parts and raw materials can come from anywhere in the world (except where importation is banned), and as long as the final product is assembled here, it's "Made in America". That's the CEO of Joann's tact in her argument that the tariffs hurt "Made in America".

Hey, the Left is supposedly all about truth in labeling. It's about time the suppliers they love are held to the same standards. Although, if meat were ever produced in the lab, it's still meat (animal cells), so on that count I think the MO law is incorrect. And certainly, the substitutes should be able to say they're meat substitutes, as long as the the word "Substitute" or whatever word is used to indicate it's not meat, is the SAME SIZE, FONT, and STYLE as that used for the word "Meat" (and not hidden by using a picture with a color close to that of the word "Substitute").

423 I still chuckle at the demand that Trump accept the results of the election 'if he lost' and yet-yet none of them did!

Posted by: female at August 29, 2018 07:38 AM (dPd5y) '

They wanted to pin him down on "accepting the results" because they were in the process of rigging the election. Why else would it have annoyed them so much that wouldn't just say, "yes?"
