Every culture in the world has toy weapons for boys, not because there' a vast patriarchal conspiracy the brainwash boys into being violent, but because that's what little boys want." I continued my tirade by citing all sorts of examples from social experiments.
He was stunned, and a bit flabbergasted -- not because he disagreed with me, but because he had never even heard this "opposing" viewpoint. Like most liberals, he just marinated in leftist conspiracy theories 24 hour a day for his whole life, to the point he doesn't even know they're conspiracy theories - -he just thinks they're self-evidently true.

Look up the Liverpool Care Pathway policy, that encouraged doctors to kill (via palliative care instead of treatment) old people they decided were beyond help without having to consult with or inform the patient's family.
That was going on for years. Worse, hospital administrators were given LCP quotas, and if these quotas were exceeded, they were given cash bonuses. Cash bonuses for killing/not treating more people.
NHS has been sick for a while.

As of last Friday, Danica's cancer had not returned and her immune system had improved enough that she could leave the hospital and run around town with her Mom, Dad and big brother.

this?" to the reporter. If he cannot back it up, then it doesn't get to
the press. Period.
But that requires an editor who doesn't just assume all the crazy
leftist crap is 100% true, and who has enough of an education and world
experience to possess the tools for this level of discernment.
