Well first people are going to need to come to grips with the fact that the conventional wisdom on much of the right, that Sessions was doing nothing, was completely wrong. Like the opposite of correct.
This document is the Rosetta Stone for everything. It explains that the Carter Page FISA application was based on the phony Russian dossier, a dossier the FBI knew was fake and was created by the Clinton campaign and they committed a fraud on the FISA court.
And not just anyone can sign off on a FISA warrant. It is assistant director level and above in the DOJ and the FBI.
And it states there is a foreign agent in a foreign country involved. It is likely Alexander Downer, the Australian diplomat who is also being investigated for his ties to the Clinton Foundation but its possible it could be Steele or some other Brit.
This is the document that incriminates all of them and that is why it has been held for so long. It is the core of numerous criminal cases and they didn't want it going public before they were ready.
It's not a coincidence that Sessions hired a spook who used to work for Flynn at the NSC and is the guy who first alerted Nunes to what was going on when he called him to the Executive SCIF last spring that set this whole thing in motion.
Did you notice that Nunes had no problem with the information he saw today despite the redactions? He knows.

Mueller reportedly values his reputation and it is of value to him. Even though the SDNY oversaw the Cohen raid, it has Mueller's imprimatur and even among rabidly partisan attorneys the search and seizure at Cohen's office is distasteful, whether they admit it or not. So it seems there had to be some desperation on Mueller's part to be a part of something so unseemly.

The US attorney brought in to facilitate document production for Congress today repeated what has already been mentioned in DOJ comms with the Hill - "grand jury materials". So there is no doubt a grand jury, or multiple, exist on these matters.
Without knowing every detail, it's often difficult to see why many of these documents cannot be shared.
Once again - absent bad-faith grandstanding from Goodlatte, Nunes, Meadows, Jordan, et al - one thing that is inexplicable is the 11th hour compliance routine we saw one more time today. I assume Lausch will be talking to Hill investigators instantly whenever a request is received, to brief on any issues and possible delays.
DOJ/FBI credibility and reputation have been damaged as never before in our history. Needless drama with the Hill - in which requests are eventually honored, anyway - really needs to stop. Yesterday.

On the show today he was talking about documents he found showing the guys before and after Muller both wrote letters recommending against parole for an innocent man in jail who was framed by the FBI. Frustratingly he could not find any thing with Muller's name on it, but he is still looking. If it exists I trust Howie to find it.

Yes, tonight's show was very good, but with some qualifiers.
What Hannity has to come to realize (and I think he's beginning to) is that contrary to what he imagined before, his show is NOT primarily supposed to be about HIM. It's primarily about delivering the day's news is the most informative and effective way. And the most effective way is NOT him talking non-stop for twenty minutes to lead off the program every evening. He's doesn't have the gift to deliver compelling extended monologues. And his frequent interruptions do his guests a great disservice because it interrupts their train of thought and they sometimes have to struggle to get it back again.
But I give him props for this: he has been relentlessly fixated on this Deep State scandal from the beginning, which is more that can be said for the rest of the useless, duplicitous MSM.

Search "Tenure of Office Act"
Stated that the President could not fire certain officers without the Senate's approval.
Andrew Johnson fired Secretary of War Edwin Stanton, not only to remove a block towards stopped the Congressional Reconstruction (this was after the Civil War), but to make a case to the Supreme Court on the Act.
Johnson was impeached, but escaped removal of office by 1 vote of the Senate. By 1887, it was repealed, and in 1926, SCOTUS determined the Act and other similar laws to be unconstitutional.

Stormy leaked a pic of a DVD in the safe of Cohen intimating that it was a vid of her and trump. I.e. he did not pay her for sex but for a video which is legal not prostitution. She then says someone threatened her. Mueller has N.Y. feds raid the office. The take a bunch of stuff including DVD. So what's the op?
The DVD is a video of Hillary committing a crime or twelve. The my feds have it and can't unsee it.

Also fun story, all the Russia syria stuff is a cover for us going at Iran hard. Misdirection.all expecting a Syrian attack but we Would be on top of them before they knew it. Russia cooperating and Syrian chem attack was staged.

Yes, but constitutionality doesn't seem to be holding back the Deep State FBI Mueller-Rosenstein-Wray production so far.
Dershowitz is spot on when he asks what sacred relationship guaranteed in the Constitution is next,, after Attorney-Client. Is it Doctor-Patient, Husband-Wife, You-Your Priest or Rabbi?
Because after the Cohen-Trump raid that exposes all of his most personal dealings to his enemies who are out to take him down, none of these other relationships are safe.
Some junior level AG is given the power to unearth anything between Trump and his personal lawyer. This is a travesty. This is flat out crooked. And it is our FBI leadership.

Who was the head of the FBI during the time that the Clinton Foundation received $145 million in donations from foreign corporations with a direct link to a Russian bank, and at the same time had an undercover FBI contact in the middle of it for 6 years, with audio, video, bank records, emails, all showing the foreigners paying off the CF, and justifying their pay for influence payoffs, yet he kept it quiet while SecofState Clinton signed off selling 20% of US uranium to said foreigners and later exported it illegally? And zero was done to stop it or make the committee to export aware of these facts prior to the vote to export.
Why, yes, that WOULD be Robert Mueller!
