White Antifa Male Who Identifies as Female Attempts to Bully Black Male Who Identifies As Male

I don't know what started the conflict between this Antifa gang and this lone black guy; I don't see the inciting incident reported anywhere yet. It could just be that they've "occupied" the sidewalk and won't permit anyone to travel freely through their "occupied" land. Update: Commenters tell me -- and now listening to the back-and-forth, they seem right -- that this guy is actually a journalist of the citizen variety. The antifas are mad that he takes video of their protests and then puts up pictures of their mug-shots after they're arrested. They call this "doxxing;" I didn't hear his reply, but I imagine it was something like "These are public protests, and mug-shots are public records." So they didn't just assault a citizen; they attacked a journalist. But don't expect to see this on Jake Tapper! ... What you do see is this Antifa transgender getting into this guy's face and telling him to "Shut the f*** up" repeatedly and telling him "we don't want you here" (or words to that effect). Xhe also demands that the person filming it turn off his phone, so that xhe can hit the black guy without it being documented for later police use. There's also another Antifa, who looks like a child or midget, who keeps waving a black and red flag in front of the camera-holder's face, to prevent him from getting a good shot. Eventually the male who identifies as female pushes the male who identifies as male, and then, what you expected would happen does happen, with the other Antifa queens shouting "Let her go!" Her. The mannish (slightly) dude who was just jutting xis jaw and chest (with some saggy pre-pubescent trannyboobies) into someone's face while attempting to bully him and threatening to kick his ass. However, upon close examination, I see that it WAS intended to show the swastika as being "crossed out" -- but in such a vague, hard-to-notice way that unless you were looking very intently at it from right in front of it, you wouldn't notice the "cross out" attempt.
I think that was subconscious -- they want the thrill and frisson of displaying the swastika as a power symbol, and little by little the "cross-out" aspect is being graphically diminuated, until soon it will disappear altogether.
This is very similar to how at anti-Israel protests, there are a lot of swastikas displayed -- and the original intent was to imply "Israelis are the new Nazis," but over time that short-hand definition faded away and the anti-Israel folks just took to waving around swastikas, with pride in what they were doing.

Societies cede a monopoly of violence to the government and the police because the alternative of roving mobs of vigilantes and raiders is a terrible, terrible thing - see Somalia or Afghanistan as examples.
But with the government giving informal allowance to the SJW types to dispense their own justice this will be the natural result - both from various SJW type factions and eventually the political right.

Yes, he may be a creep, and he may have been drugging and molesting/raping women for years, but that's not what he is on trial for in this case. This trial is about one woman, Andrea Constand, and what she says happened between them on a certain specific occasion.
There were no other witnesses to the alleged assault, so it's basically just a he-said, she-said. There was also a subsequent phone conversation with the woman's mother, and during that call Cosby admitted giving Constand what he says were Benadryl pills (that she took voluntarily), and he also admitted digitally penetrating her. That's not a crime, unless Constand didn't consent, or couldn't consent. She says she didn't, he says she did.
So as a juror I would have to believe her version, beyond a reasonable doubt, in order to convict him. But I can't, because there are too many serious discrepancies in her version. She first claimed the assault occurred in January when she went back to Cosby's home after a certain social event, then she later said no, (after confronted with conflicting phone records), that it must have happened in March. (Seems odd that she wouldn't remember when the assault happened, given how she claims it traumatized her and horribly altered her life forever after, but whatever).
More importantly (to me, in assessing her credibility), when she first gave her version of the assault to the cops, she claimed that it was the first time she had ever been alone with Cosby. That was a lie, and she knew it was a lie when she said it. She had been alone with Cosby on several prior occasions. She'd had dinner alone with him at his house, and she'd gone to his hotel room, when she knew he was there alone. So why did she lie to the cops? Cosby said they had had a quasi-romantic relationship, and they had petted on those other occasions when they had been alone. The woman says she's a lesbian, so of course she wasn't interested in Cosby sexually. So then why was she going to his house for dinner, going to his hotel room, accepting personal gifts (perfume, cashmere sweaters, an expensive hair dryer "so she could style her hair the way he liked it") from him?
The most likely explanation is that she lied to the cops about the true nature of their relationship because she knew they'd be less likely to believe her if they knew what had really been going on between her and Cosby. He was sexually interested in her, which she knew, and she'd been leading him on because she was hoping to get money, contacts, or some other benefit(s) out of Cosby by stringing him along and letting him believe she returned his interest.
So she may or may not be telling the truth about what happened the night of the alleged assault, but I can't believe her version beyond a reasonable doubt, because I know she deliberately lied about their prior relationship when she gave her first account of the alleged assault. So I would have to vote to acquit.
I know it would piss off all those other women who say Cosby drugged and molested/raped them too, but this trial isn't about them. It's only about what happened with Constand, and I just don't find her to be credible.

Only takes 10 Lbs of pressure to break that bone... its a fairly big target that most people don't know how to protect... and once broken, its both painful and that arm is useless...

I don't know that you really, really need boxing lessons to throw a punch. The 'heavy bag' is a rough approximation of another human body. You want to make that bag move. Practicing to make that move is more important than learning how to duck and weave, and dance around. Or hit that silly little red bag repeatedly. That's not anything that has any value in real life situations.
You need to know how to throw a punch that makes things happen, or stop happening.

But, I have a friend who boxed for years. Just in casual sparring one day, he put on the headgear and the mouthpiece, no gloves, and told me to go on ahead.
He merely covered up, not counterpunching, just playing pure defense, and I spent fifteen minutes trying to land a solid shot. Never did. I laid a hand on him a bunch of times, but they were always slipped or blocked.
I never delivered anything that would have been a disorienting or fight-ending blow to him. Even if he hadn't been wearing the gear.

While xhe threw the first punch legally you can only respond with enough force to make the situation end and throat punching it would likely rise to the level of deadly force, especially in today's political climate.

To respond -- A couple points:
I'm a guy who cuts down trees, splits wood, hits a heavy bag. I can't throw a punch at someones neck or nose. I have to hit them hard in the body and end it. I know the approximate psi of one of my punches.
A woman, however, doesn't have the same constraints. No jury will convict her for breaking a nose or trashing an attackers windpipe. She won't have the mass or muscle to power through a blow to the abdomen. She can go for softer targets and get away with it.

I lived in Long Beach CA during the LA riots. Burning down their own neighborhoods, looting their own stores, burning down the DMV, etc. Guess what? The only businesses left were check cashing places, liquor stores, and cheap little mini-marts. The DMV in that part of town was never rebuilt. Only roof-top Koreans kept their shit.

I have a daughter, btw, and spent some time with her on the heavy bag. She hit it once and acted like it hurt her wrist. She needed a couple of lessons on how to throw a punch that made it move and didn't hurt herself.
At a certain point she 'got it' and had enough. I was satisfied that she was not going to throw some sissy punch if the need ever arose.
I see that heavy bags start at about $50. Mine is attached to garage door supports. Outside of an actual encounter, it's the only possibility for training in what could -- but hopefully not be a be a real life encounter.
But the left is restless, my friends.

Give up any and all weapons, including the ones they're naturally born with as an apex species.
More or less give up on reproduction.
Choose the most expensive means to fit their need even when the price offers no benefit (and often harm)
consider the various qualities of masculinity that have done well enough for thousands of years to be outdated and undesirable.
Practically honor people for being fat and ugly. If it wasn't that they were somewhat young they'd pretty much loose 100% of all contests. Oh, they're usually ageist... even though they claim to be all about acceptance.
to top it all off, virtually (with hormones) or actually cutting off the balls of their members.
They do all that and then they confront their successful, armed, masculine(or actually feminine) good looking betters as though they were the dominate and all powerful force. Then they whine about it when they end up in the garbage can, just like in high school.

In the other view from the camera that is constantly being covered with the flag the instant after the fem-punch is thrown they lower the flag so the reaction can be filmed. You can see the antifa-commies are all smiling because they know what's going to happen.
It was all timed and coordinated so well you'd think they had training and lots of practice until they were caught this one time.

A slap is nearly 180 degrees of rotation of arm. At minimum 90 degrees coming toward you. Seconds of warning. A punch thrown at midsection gives microseconds of warning.

So yes, they can and do also happen in real life when something flies at your face unexpectedly....
