Another case not moving in the court due to the loss of Scalia. The court is tied up 4-4 over the Little Sisters of the Poor's case against the government mandate in Obamacare to provide contraceptive coverage in the health insurance packages. The court had previously issued a temporary stay but that was while Scalia was there, now they are deadlocked. An Obama ideological commie would have made this 5-4 in favor of the fascist government.
