I got your art right here!: The much-anticipated fighting game Street Fighter V has only been available at retailers for a few hours, but players are already noticing something very peculiar about veteran series character Chun-Li. Namely, that under certain circumstances, the character's ample bosoms can end up briefly flopping around all over the place as though they've been possessed. http://tinyurl.com/hexl6k7 Posted by: Laurie David's Cervix at February 17, 2016 10:59 AM (kdS6q) 17

For, in the conflict of armies, amidst the shouts and shocks of battle, and especially in the hour of victory, justice and mercy, and moderation, which are essential to the integrity of popular institutions, are, necessarily, more or less, trampled on and disregarded. The phrenzy of retaliation is deaf to the appeals of honor and equity. That sacred regard for law which, as we have seen, is essential to the existence of civil liberty, yields to the demands of temporary expediency, and the pressure of sudden emergencies. Habits of lawlessness are thus created and cherished. The law begins to lose its sacred character in the eyes of the citizen. The vindictive passions of the popular heart, begin to break through all restraints, and to riot in disorder and licentiousness; prudence yields to passion; reason, to revenge; and all, to the sword. Thus the progress of the national demoralization goes on; till the public mind, diverted or driven from the ordinary pursuits of life, becomes absorbed and transported by the wild enthusiasm of victory and conquest; or, it sinks into despondency and despair, when disaster and defeat befall the national arms. We have a Great Swamp" in NJ. one of things good things wealthy liberals did was to band together so the land wasn't made into an airport.
Posted by: FenelonSpoke --------------- Was always amused by the name "Great Dismal Swamp." I assume early settlers named it, because the local Indians were smart enough to walk a few miles away from it. The Great part is probably because of it's huge expanse. The Dismal part because of the prolific population of mosquitos, feral pigs, and black bears. Still, people chose to live right beside the thing. Now, there are ginormous overpriced plastic neighborhoods surrounding a swamp, and the buyers complain about the stink, bugs and bears. Longtime locals usually just say "Here's your sign." Trust and Safety Council
When it comes to safety, everyone plays a role Twitter empowers every voice to shape the world. But you can't do that unless you feel safe and confident enough to express yourself freely and connect with the world around you. To help give your voice more power, Twitter does not tolerate behavior intended to harass, intimidate, or use fear to silence another user's voice. Working together, we will ensure Twitter is a platform where anyone, anywhere can express themselves safely and confidently. ----- This will end well. It's been a long time since I read the Pilgrim books, but the way I remember it is that, as you say, the pilgrim had a hard life, and his faith was pounded into the ground. He was told to just say the prayer, forget about believing anything, just say it and it would work it's magic. And it does, and he goes around telling other people about it. Maybe I'm just remembering what I want, so I need to re-read it...
It works the same way visualization works for whatever you want to do, not just sport. If you want something in your life, act like you have it, visualize having it, with every breath you take, and God provides. It's where that phrase, "Be careful what you wish for..." comes from. Hmmm. When I was in ICU once, I had a catheter. It was kind of cool not having to get up to piss.
When I was in the recovery room after my CABG-2, I axed the nice nurse if I was catheterized, just to be on the safe side. She answered in the affirmative, after which I made the Ruprecht Relief Face. Posted by: BackwardsBoy at February 17, 2016 12:15 PM (LUgeY) 301

I don't know if anything said on the Stern show should be taken
seriously, but there are vast piles of awful things Trump did and said in the 90s that'll be hauled out by the MSM for the general election. Posted by: stace at February 17, 2016 10:52 AM (ozZau) I'm sure that they are sitting on a TON of his quotes to pummel him with if he wins the nomination. That is why the MFM wants him to win... ========= Which is . . . conventional wisdom. Which has failed to predict, something like a dozen times, Trump's downfall. So, I wouldn't put too much stock in "they're gonna smear him with his own words." Trump has, so far, each and every time, turned each of those attacks to his benefit. Maybe November is when it finally wears thin. IDK. Posted by: RoyalOil at February 17, 2016 12:18 PM (fQ/0p) 309

Running around the web today-
I noticed a lot of people expecting Kasich, Carson, and low-energy Jeb! to drop out after SC. Not gonna happen people: 1) Those 3 to various degrees are the self-assigned "truth-tellers" in this election. Esp. Kasich and Jeb! - they're going to "teach" us slope-headed, sister-banging, gun-slinging yahoos the proper way to be. Carson...eh, I used to like him as a possibility but he makes low-energy jeb! look like crystal meth Jeb! He's just in to hear his gums flap. 2) Jeb! has snuff money to stay in to the end...so he will. #) GOPe plan is to go to the convention without a clear victor. Surprise! Jeb or Rubio emerge as the consensus candidate. Use your vote wisely. Posted by: naturalfake at February 17, 2016 12:21 PM (0cMkb) 325

The DOJ under Loretta Lynch's direction has been used to harass innocent people falsely accused of committing crimes against blacks. Even when blatantly innocent, they will launch an investigation that will bankrupt and terrorize the target. It's unconscionable and it goes on for years before they are forced to dismiss. Look at the Brian Bell case. Kendick Johnson died due to a tragic accident. Bell and Johnson had a minor scuffle months earlier. Because of that, the Bells were terrorized by the DOJ. There was never ever any evidence of a crime. Bell had his college scholarship yanked because of it.

60 I wish that stalkerish advertising was smart enough to know when you bought the product so they'd leave you the hell alone. Posted by: Lauren at February 17, 2016 11:12 AM (LJEFX) No, you do not want them to know you bought their product -- or at least, I don't want them to know. They know too much already. Have you noticed how big box stores like Lowe's, Home Depot and the like are now pushing for you to get your receipt emailed to you rather than printed out at the register? Great, just what I need: more junk email. Have you noticed how the Rite Aid drug store chain now rounds your purchases up to the nearest whole dollar and donates the difference to a charity of their choosing? Creeping nannyism -- it is real and it is here. Posted by: Krebs v Carnot, 'Who Decides?' at February 17, 2016 12:47 PM (BK3ZS) 341
