Are you sure you're living the Moron Lifestyle?

Hang in there. And, crazy as it sounds, enjoy it if you can... looking back, all of the memories are good ones.

Except blow-outs. And colic. OK, so maybe there were some bad memories...

If Yeb! was leading in the polls by some 20 percentage points as Trump is (and has been since almost the beginning), our propaganda media would declare the race over right now and wonder why all the other candidates haven't quit yet. But because it's Trump in the lead, Yeb! still looks good to them (as an election patsy/sacrificial victim for their gal, Hillarity!).

Most normal people would applaud the police apprehending and removing a drug dealer from their community. Not Baltimore. They all reached for their cell phones to record police brutality in order to win the addict and dealer a huge settlement. I guess attorneys pay good money for cell phone footage. So it becomes an opportunity to make some cash.

Sad commentary on contemporary society.

30 Good Morning Morons. Today is Saturday, December 12, 2015. On this day in 2000 the US dodged a bullet when the Supreme court dodged a bullet when Al Bore tried to steal the election by fraud in FL. The fact that it was that close says a lot about the stupidity of the average voter. The fact that the Republicans actually fought this is another miracle.

The drug they use to induce is very natural and safe. Nothing to be afraid of. You can wiki 'oxytocin' to read up on it. Both of my children were induced because they were really big and my wife really small. Even at that, forceps were required.

I was watching a blib on the tube recently about Frank Sinatra. So large at birth they used forceps and had to hack his ear up to gain passage. He was always vain above being photographed from his 'good' side because of the scar on his ear.

Russian is a very difficult language at least from a English base to work to, but it would be very handy for the things I like to read and study.

Turned out in this case to be useful. The neck injury that Gray suffered in the van was catastrophic; no way he could move or speak after it happened. The bystander videos all show Gray speaking and resisting and moving his arms and legs as he's being put in the van, so the state couldn't credibly claim the cops caused the injury with their handling of him. It's just too bad there were no cameras in the back of the van; then we could have seen Gray attempting to stand (from where he'd been placed on the floor by the cops), and being flung into the side when the van turned or accelerated while moving through traffic.

It'll be interesting to see what this mixed-race jury does with the case. The evidence for the defense was pretty overwhelming. Plus, the state's own medical expert conceded that the neck injury could have been the result of an accident. There was no evidence at all that the cop deliberately tried to harm Gray, or even that he was negligent. The cop followed procedures, did what he'd been trained to do, and for this he is on trial for homicide. And all because Marilyn Mosby is a pandering, racist, dumbass with political ambitions.

When people say "Let it Burn", this is what that begins to look like. I don't know how we walk it back from here, and bring back civilization to our own cities.
Almost every city bigger than 100K is filled with idiot losers, people on some kind of relief or subsidy, drug dealers and users, poorly educated drop-outs.

frj,

It's not that.

The never-wases never was real candidates.

The sole purpose of "candidates" like Graham, Kasich, etc-

is to gobble up 1-3% outside their state and to win their state or put in a big showing if their states award delegates by percentage.

Then they can get behind Jeb! as the unity candidate.

Originally, this was done to prevent another Reagan-type conservative from seizing the moment and disrupting all of that sweet sweet graft and trough-gorging that a Jeb! or Christie or Rubio or Katich presidency would provide.

Trump blew all of that up.

That's why all of the never-wases and used-ta-bes, and midgets and pinky-raisers are still in the race.

The new strategy is to have a "conflicted convention' with no clear winner on the first ballot.

Then ***surprise*** Jeb! will emerge, even if he is at .00001% of the vote as the 'consensus candidate"-

and all of the squirmy little weasels still in the race will throw their delegates to him.

And it's "Candidate Jeb!".

Individually, the SLWs are nothing. Collectively, at 20% of the vote, they are a force and can command some some sweet graft or a do-nothing job from the GOPe and RNC.

The trick at this point is to drive both Jeb! and Rubio's numbers so low that this scenario will fail as well.

My state comes late win the primary season so by that point, my choices breakdown pretty easily-

Vote for Cruz (my #1)

or

if he's not catching fire-

Vote for Trump and hope I can frustrate the GOPe's "convention plan" to steal the election.

To this end I wish Carson would drop out (he's a spent force),

and some of the midgets would as well and throw their votes to Cruz.

We'll see, we conservatives need to be smart this cycle.

A "victory" may be Trump as Prez with Cruz as Veep.

Surprisingly, the dinner crowd says they have all followed the GOP debates closely (break now for fifteen minutes of shock and horror at Donald Trump) and there is general approval of the pablum GOPe's, Kasich, Christie etc. Some people even like those Republicans more than Hillary (break for general hubbub over that news!).

Surprise of the night: Cruz attracts some Democrats. Mildly, and not sure if they could ever vote for him, but he's not completely an alien life form. His patient style of campaigning, especially in contrast to the Trump Show, is reassuring.

154 I think that temp limit was 1.5 C, for the century, not per year. India states a fair and strong case for not playing -- for as fas as they say they have to go, modern-culture-wise, they need every conceivable power source (know you're thinking suttee here), and cannot rule out, say, coal for instance. OK, I'll buy that. Just don't join the gang demanding that the US throw away its most abundant resource, too.

And that part ain't happenin. The whole sham is based on Blame America First.

The Florida Department of Management Services yesterday approved a campaign to erect a gay pride Festivus pole in the state capital. Festivus is a parody holiday made famous by an episode of Seinfeld.

Humanity Fund director and political blogger Chaz Stevens application for a Rainbow gay edition display allows him to put up a pole made of empty beer cans topped with a disco ball on December 21. The pole will remain in the Capitols first-floor rotunda through December 28.

165 Went out hunting whitetail once, opening day in NW PA, 1967, two months before the Tet Offensive, was up somewhere in the Allegheny forest near Tidioute, fresh snow.

Going thru Oil City on the way up, stopped for coffee and cigs, way pre-dawn, total dark, it looked like D-day with all the vintage jeeps.

Crawled up some snowy game trail through the rhododendron and scrub, deer moving all around at the limit of vision. Had dad's old Winchester 94, he'd hacksawed the saddle ring off when he was 20 cause it clinked.

Almost dawn, too early to shoot legal, everywhere I look there are small columns of pipsqueak does moving by, no bucks. I say pipsqueak cause all my earlier deer hunts had been up in the northern Adirondacks.

7:00 am sharp and I hear the first shot, over a hill from where I am, big boom like a 30-06. Then all hell breaks loose. 360 degrees, shots all round, some guys working their bolts and levers quick. It's the Tet Offensive being performed by the bitter clingers of western Pennsylvania.

On a trail below me, 50 yards out, another doe parade is quickly stepping over a brook. They all go over, the last one looks back.

Boyfriend is behind, warily stepping into view. He stops. It's a downhill shot. He's not very big, but the spikes are clearly in view. I've shot at deer, but never killed one before. Pull on the trigger on the 94 when you thumb the hammer so there's no click.

Gun up. Breathe out slowly. Aim. He's looking right at me.

Woke up today and started to make coffee, but then thought: does this caffeinated beverage help ISIL? Not sure, needed a second cup to ponder this.

Went to the grocery store, was checking out bacon and realized Muslims don't eat this: does it help ISIL divide us to consume such a polarizing meat?

Had to fill the gas tank, and as I did so I thought: does it help ISIL to use fossil fuels potentially from the ME?

When I paid for the gas I noticed the man at the counter was likely an immigrant from the ME, I had to sop and consider whether smiling and telling him "thanks" and "You, too" when he wished me a nice day: does this help or hurt ISIL?

And then it hit me: I don't give a cr@p whether my actions help or hurt ISIL, because I'm a free American. I'm going to live my life as I please, and think whatever I want to think. STFU, Barack!!

She just wont demand that gov agencies serve special meals to you at taxpayer expense. What they dont tell you is not that they demand only no pork but dont want it served at all and expect agencies to remove it from the menus. This ignores the fact that pork is a staple in French cuisine.

Some poor kid stupidly gets offed by a metal lawn dart, therefore an entire generation of children have to be deprived of the valuable skills of situational awareness and avoiding incoming metal....

We should fight back like that though. Personalize every person who suffered because of liberal policies...fight emotion with emotion...

As a Canadian who owns some property in the USA, that means I do have skin in the game, vis-a-vis Kelo, but I cannot vote, anyway. (nor should I) But, from where I sit, Kelo represents a vanishingly small risk of harming my wellbeing. But, left unchecked, illegal immigration could destroy the quality of life in the country, and do more to destroy the value of my property there than any number of bad eminent-domain cases ever could.

And as President, there is little that Trump could do to change the eminent-domain laws. That's in the hands of the courts and Congress. To me, it's a non-issue.

347 I know the last two elections were disappointing, in that we thought we got more tea-party types in, took over Congress, and took over more governorships and state legislatures, only to get betrayed by so many fake conservatives and sell-outs. In our own Senate primary, the true tea-party guy got beat by the more establishment type, sadly. And this in a true-blue (by which I mean pretty conservative) state.

But, while electing Republicans is certainly not enough, it's just the first step in a two-stage effort. We have to push out the Democrats. Then we have to push out the RINOs and DIABLOs. The latter stage is the harder one, so a lot of weak sisters wilt during this part.

I just don't see a third party being viable at this time, not ruling it out, but nothing's on the horizon - and if we start splitting the party, we just hand it back to the Dems.

This isn't the whole answer, of course. Sour judgeships, entrenched bureaucracies, massive regulatory agencies all have to be rewritten. Only moving the window to the Constitutional conservative side will actually achieve any of this. And with the advanced battle line the commies have reached, it's going to be a powerful battle. But worth it. Lives, fortunes, and sacred honor, and all that.

Just armchair noodling. I'll simply leave it at that, and let the contrarian voices dissect me now. Bon appetit.

Apple
Puffed Pancake

Source: The Junior League
Centennial Cookbook

6 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

3 Tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

8 Tablespoons butter

2 apples, peeled and sliced thin

2 Tablespoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400 F. Combine eggs, milk,
flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl or
blender. Blend and set aside. Melt the butter in a 9x13" glass baking dish.
Layer the apples in the melted butter and return to the oven until the butter
sizzles (do not let it brown). Remove the pan from the oven and immediately
pour the batter over the apples, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 20
minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve immediately with syrup.

(optional)Syrup:

Combine 1 cup firmly packed
brown sugar, ½ cup orange juice and 2 tablespoons grated orange peel in a small
saucepan while the pancake is cooking. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.

376 Yikes! Canada has lost it's mind. Kids sing song sang to Mo when he sought refuge in Medina to syrian refugees. Problem is that Mo went on to murder all the Jews in Medina. smh

379 Jesse Jackson's in Chicago, of course, seeking "justice," dissing white cop, ignoring fact cop's charged with murder.

Not a word about Rahm, not a word about the 14 months.

The democrat playbook. It's like Brady in the SuperBowl, the first 25 plays are memorized and scripted.

381 Awww new York times story about a brave Moslem woman... MEDIA OUTREACH DIRECTOR for a College...

Who is bravely shopping in a Discount Grocery store... when a Fate White Man, makes a she overhears about the Bible and Koran, using an expletive...

Of course, she bravely tell him she no longer feels safe.... but keeps shopping...

Because... this is America... where she IS safe to practice her religion... even a dumb one...

But of course, this now NATIONAL Story, is all about Fat White Tattoes Bigotry... and her bravery...

Which of course... there are no witnesses to... as this MEDIA OUTREACH DIRECTOR (ie CAIR anyone).... bravely tells her story...

Did I mention how brave she was?

382 Bruce Boehner: mww, what are DIABOLOs? To be honest, they all seem diabolical to me.

Nobody's perfect, but we have a fairly good congresscritter. And there's Tom Cotton over in Arkansas. And then there's... um... well... some Texas fellows... um... that skinny guy with the bad haircuts... that kind of beefy looking guy who's pretty good hard-ass on committees... um.. (siiigh)

DIABLO: Democrat In All But Label Only

Posted by: mindful webworker - and to the Republic for which it stands at December 12, 2015 11:19 AM (ATv6t)

383 But, while electing Republicans is certainly not enough, it's just the
first step in a two-stage effort. We have to push out the Democrats.
Then we have to push out the RINOs and DIABLOs. The latter stage is the
harder one, so a lot of weak sisters wilt during this part.

The problem with this plan is that the worst D's are in districts we can't touch. Most of the ones we could pick off we already have. If you're looking for best cost/benefit, it's time to clean house of the opportunists who stuck an "R" by their name just to get and keep office. If you're looking to preserve and redeem the GOP, you have to get your brand back in order and that's where to start. Then we can figure out how to get out the flamethrowers and go all Iwo Jima on the Dems.

392 Hey, what do we know about "Americans for Prosperity"? Milady just got a survey call from them.

Me, I don't even pick up when I get a call from an unknown number, but if I did take a survey I'd probably mess with them. Milady just politely refused.

393 Little Shining Man -

Tidioute...
Holy shit, there's a name you don't see in print often.

I went to a boy's camp very close by, right on the Allegheny river. Prior to my camp season, it was Joe Paterno's summer football training camp and during deer season it was a deer hunting camp.

Canoeing, horseback riding, shooting, archery - 8 weeks of FUN!

I had to have put on close to 1,000 miles on the river. Runs from Kinzua down to Tionesta. And the horseback rides up in the hills, what a gas galloping the gas pipeline.

We would go out deer spotting in the evenings. They're everywhere...
