If she is going to federal court she will have to sign a statement that she will rule in accordance with the written law and will not do "nullification". Then if they don't like her ruling they can go for false swearing. Some States also do this.

You have 3 settings - large, medium and small. More water to less water.
There is absolutely no correlation (that I could find) between coffee pod and setting.
Is the idea that if you use one pod on the small setting that the coffee is stronger?
Do you get more coffee out of the pod if you run more water through it?
I have taken to using one pod (because they are so stupid expensive) and run it through on the 'large' setting then re-run it on the 'small' setting. I get a larger cup of coffee and imagine that I am getting over on the Scandi-Coffee-Industrial Complex.

It makes "carafe" size loads, in addition to the pods. Carafe allows me to fill up my go mug (20 ounces), and have one good size cup in the morn.
Single serving pods work fine enough, but the largest setting is 8 ounces. If I use stronger coffee, it makes a decent cup, but it fills only half a mug. So... multiple runs.
How is the coffee?
Depends on the pod used. I would suggest NOT buying anything with a name like Starbucks or Folgers on it. Different brands, different outcomes.
Biggest problem for the carafe settings is the lack of variety. Right now there are few of the carafe pods that are good enough to buy regularly, especially the ones that are branded by Keurig (Green Mountain, Tulley's).
All in all, much better than drip brewers.

Germany can use the Titanic Rule i.e. Women and Children First, to salve their feelings and then admit any military age men who will join the German Foreign Legion where they will serve for five years in a military unit with German officers and NCOs that will fight in places where Germany does not feel it is worth the lives of German soldiers, fighting ISIS in Syria for example. After an honorable discharge, they can be admitted. Any men who do not wish to enlist are given a quick bus ride to the border.

But it doesn't matter. When you brew anything larger than the small cup size, you will notice the brew coming out will be almost clear near the end. You have used up all the coffee can give after the small cup size.. it's simply a limitation of the pod size.
If you like a bold cup of coffee, you gotta brew 2 small pods for a mug. And, for me, that is simply too expensive if buying pods and kinda defeats the purpose of "simplicity".

It will get very dirty and needs regular cleaning. I will not use the one at my workplace because you can set it just to do hot water and you can see chunks of stuff floating in the water.
Also I'm a tea drinker and though there are Keurig tea pods, the coffee taste overpowers the tea.
My wife does a cleaning of our home Keurig about once month.

If you want the best coffee maker on the market, try the Jura Impressa C-60. I have the older (now unavailable) model and I've been impressed on how the service is.
In 8 years, we have sent the machine back twice for minor items, and each time they totally rebuild it like new. First time was about $80 charge, second time for free.
Best coffee, no hassle.

I've been using a French Press since Christmas. It's big so I can brew 2 mugs at one go.
I am not picky about grinding fresh - I just grind a few days worth at a time and store it in a glass jar.
I like that it saves me money too - I can buy coffee beans when they go on sale. As long as it's dark roast its ok. But not Starbucks coz that's burnt. 8 O'clock Italian is my standby.
At first washing the press was a chore but I'm used to it now.

Trump shot to the lead by taking immigration on and saying he'll build a wall.
All the others need to do is pick a topic and take a bold stance that will change everyone's life for the better.
If someone would grab hold of the Fair Tax Plan, they could ride it into the lead. Free electricity using the 500 nuke plant idea would do it.
One way or another, if someone wants to get elected as president they have to capture the imagination of the public. Giving stock answers and playing defense trying not to make a mistake during the debates will keep the weak at 1 or 2 percent.

There is no conflict between the Christian desire to see good done by the refugees and the American desire not to get all blowed up by terrorists. None.
When a famine struck Jerusalem and environs in the 1st C, Christians elsewhere didn't say "Oh, Christians in Jerusalem, migrate en masse into our cities!" They took up donations and sent them to the church in Jerusalem so that people could be fed.
Similarly, there is no reason to take in refugees on some mass scale; rather things should be done in their region to make their lives more liveable and secure.
If you want to help the refugees in Syria, the best thing to do put pressure on surrounding governments to take them in (yes, temporarily), and for charitable-minded folks in the US to send donations to help those refugee camps.
If you don't trust those governments, then, instead, international charitable organizations (Red Cross/Star/Crescent, Healing Hands International, etc.) can open their own refugee camps and charitable-minded folks in the US can fund *them.*
