2 - A bank can always repo your car or house if you default. But all you get from college is a diploma that ain't worth sh*t.
The next Dem candidiate is going to have to make campaign promises to 'reform' student loans to get all those millennials to the voting booth. and the taxpayer will end up getting screwed again.

Because I'm an evil rich white man, the interest isn't tax deductible since the IRS thinks we're too rich to get that deduction. But for the mortals out there, that 2.5% would really be under 2% when taking into account the deduction.

Since Snowden arrived on the scene, handling classified electronic media has only become more difficult, and my govt contacts would complain about this inconveniences it caused even on their secure networks.
Before Snowden, my understanding (some from direct experience) is that there is no way in hell that a computer used to anything from Secret on up can directly deliver content to an unsecured network.
You cannot just add HDR22@clintonemail.com to an email on a computer handling classified material and expect it to be delivered.
The point is, someone has to violate all sorts or rules to physically transfer that from one network to another.
Am I wrong?

Classified material/emails MUST be stored and classified emails sent ONLY on a classified network. And, as the classification goes up the greater the restrictions. For example a document or email classified as top secret SCI has to be handled in a SKIF which has it's own restrictions for access. ANY classified network that I'm aware of is what is called "airgaped" having no access to the internet.

Nope, classified information (emails/docs) can not be sent in the clear. Even on a classified internal network the links are encrypted point to point. If the link is somehow tapped the whole link goes down. For her to get SCI and higher data someone went into a SKIP with a thumb drive copied data and the sent the data to her from an unclassified network. About half a dozen felonies in that process.

I agree, this would be the process if people were following the law, but we are talking about a government were breaking the law and using private emails is routine. Wasn't there an EPA administrator before the current Fred Flinstone look alike who was caught using multiple private accounts for government business?
Huma had both a private and .gov account. According to recent filings, Cheryl Mills only had a .gov.
It is also being reported that someone might have actually removed the security markings.
It sounds to me as if someone sent her the information via email and given the mingling of private and .gov accounts it seems that is the likely route.

Correct, the classified server (if configured correctly as part of a secure network) cannot see the unclassified HRC server, hence there is no pure electronic path between the two. Jumping the airgap via human intervention is required, unless one of the political operative IT guys, directed by SecState to be vetted and approved by security, does some completely illegal tinkering!

Liza Jackson was caught using a "Richard Windor" email that has likely been around since Clinton's presidency.
Kathleen Sebelius was caught using 4 different emails to skirt FOIA requests.
The IRS was/has been using an in-house text-messaging system that does not archive communications per their union contract. In addition, IRS employees were caught using email to send confidential docs to themselves to work from home on something.
I suspect all of the Obama WH have off-the-record email accounts so that this will all disappear when he leaves office. He is a man with no paper trail up to being elected president (no records even from his time in IL State Senate). His presidential library will be celebrity paraphernalia, like speech texts and video, pens use to sign legislation, photos from social events, etc.

In the world where it is done legally, you cannot accidentally forward classified ".gov" email to a unsecure ".com" email. I can't remember if the classified email even used ".gov" addresses, but address books obscure that anyway.
To move from a classified email to an unsecure email, you cannot just forward the email to a secure email address. They are on completely different networks and you have to physically move it across the "air gap".

Well, I'm thinking that it would have to been a gov't issue thumb drive since the USB ports are blocked unless it's an encrypted thumb drive ( at least at may location) and that would trigger a log record of who's thumb drive it was along with activity on that account. So there is records some where of who/what/when and where the data was downloaded.

He tried and tried to get her to revise. Extended the deadline. Offered help. Even rewrote some of it to help. Changed the rules, and said it would only count for half her grade, if she'd be willing to sit for an interview/exam.
No dice.
Was told by the admin to please pass her, as they wanted to use her for advertising.
He quit.

It's a big deal because Cosby pissed off a lot of black leaders by criticizing the dress, demeanor and attitude toward education characteristic of many inner city denizens. He dared say that they were responsible for many of their own problems.
So the libs are happy to hang Cosby. That does not mean Cosby is a good man, or undeserving of punishment.

It's a consulate. Any official State Department building that is located in a city other than the capital is a consulate, and is "supposed" to be staffed by a consul general, admin type, consular officer, etc. It may or may not be guarded by Marine Security Guards, depending on (frankly) the whim of the SecState at the time. Consulates located in "officially" dangerous cities don't always have MSG's. The fact that Ambassador Stevens begged for more security for both Tripoli and Benghazi is the tell for this. Ambo's typically don't ask for more security, because it may reflect "badly" on their handling of the security situation. They also typically want to cut costs and thus earn awards by not having a post designated hardship/danger pay. For Stevens to beg for security meant it was damn dangerous. For State to ignore him, well, we saw what happened there. God bless him, Sean and Tyrone and Glen.

You never hear much about Michael Kenedy, younger brother of former congressman Joe Kennedy who dies playing ski-football in the late 90's.
He has alcohol addition issues ('natch) and started sleeping w/the babysitter when she was 14. This gall was also the daughter of his close friend and neighbor - the families did all sorts of things together socially. It finally ended when she was 19 and went off to college and he started stalking her. It was then her parents found out, attempted to get him to stop through an intermediary, and then went to the press when it didn't. Seems like a lot of them are just a mess and not good human beings.
*I know someone who worked for this Kennedy and he came to work drunk all the time.

I read the creepiest thing about old Joe Kennedy once - he was as big a horn dog as his sons and when his young daughters had girlfriends staying over, old Joe would pay a visit to their rooms. How he got away with it, I don't know. These were the daughters of other rich and powerful men.
