Oh, I got willowed,
Oh yes I did.
Oh, I got willowed,
Once again.

While I was on the
Microphone,
Didn't see I
was alone.

And in my sorrow
I did wallow,
When I got
willowed.

Dear Huma,

I spoke with Barack and he assures me there will be no indictment regarding the email fiasco. We're steaming towards the finish, and I predict we will go to victory over the right wing, and I will take my place in society as the first female president. All of this because it's my turn.

Stop reading the right's handbook and pay more attention to me. I'm the most important person in your life, and never forget we're going all the way to nirvana when you can dump Anthony and join me at the White House with the first ceremony celebrating you know what.

39 My willowed comment on the Immigration Rate increase from previous thread -

The "immigrant" buzzword is bullshit also.

Stepping onto my soap box:

H
visas like the H1B ones that the tech workers get , are NON Immigrant
Visas. They have to promise in writing NOT to remain in the U.S. and to
have no intent to remain in the U.S. while on that visa.

Companies
who obtain H visas are required to show that NO AMERICANS ARE AVAILABLE
to take the jobs that are being advertised for these visas. This is to
prevent wage depression and watering down the market.

If a
company fires Americans to hire foreign visa holders and then represents
that there are NO AVAILABLE AMERICANS to do the job this constitutes
Visa Fraud 18 USC 1546.

Don't whine to me about shareholders,
profits and bottom lines. These actions by Microsoft and other tech
companies are just as criminal as any Clinton Foundation or Green Energy
Scam.

95 Sanders is nowhere in the general election. O'Malley is unknown and a bimbo. No one has heard of Jim Webb. Biden is a doddering old clown.

BUT...somewhere in the dunes outside of Narragansett, a low, rhythmic, drumming can be heard, and the insistent chant "hiya, HIyahuh, HIyahuh, HIyahuh, HIYAHUH!"

I spoke with Barack and he assures me there will be no indictment regarding the email fiasco. We're steaming towards the finish, and I predict we will go to victory over the right wing, and I will take my place in society as the first female president. All of this because it's my turn.

Huma.

If a

Because I'm an evil rich white man, the interest isn't tax deductible since the IRS thinks we're too rich to get that deduction. But for the mortals out there, that 2.5% would really be under 2% when taking into account the deduction.

So yeah I can sort of see why millennials are bitching about 7% interest rates. But then again, fuck them, they voted for Obama who nationalized the entire student loan industry.

236 I think its time we get rid of those expensive, tedious court trials and just have social media show trials like for Bill Cosby. Justice is determined by who yells loudest and is most offended.

Bill Cosby is guilty of using booze and drugs to get laid, like nearly every other guy that's lived in human history. Is he guilty of more than that?

I bet you think so. Based on what? Social media cries and outrage. Don't say "all those women" because if you can't find a few dozen women who want to sue a rich famous guy to get paid you aren't looking. Maybe he is guilty. But we'll never know now.

All I know is Cosby pissed off the left ever since he had a TV show where he was a rich, successful, average guy who happened to be black, demolishing their carefully crafted poor victim image for blacks on TV. Then, just as he was going to put out a new show, suddenly all this came up. Color me skeptical.

Lot of truth to this. MA has been union-friendly ever since unions were established. Between them and a vastly oversized state government, there are plenty of people who are, in essence, living on the dole here.

Add in trust-fund babies whose great-grandparents built up fortunes that keep them afloat today, and you have millions of entitled people.

Yes, and Kennedys. To this day, the MA media will drop any story when they can replace it with a story about the latest Joe, Caroline or the EMK museum. 261 Can someone explain to me and everyone else - How does TS/SCI/TK material move from a classified resource into the uncontrolled, unsecured internet email?

Since Snowden arrived on the scene, handling classified electronic media has only become more difficult, and my govt contacts would complain about this inconveniences it caused even on their secure networks.

Before Snowden, my understanding (some from direct experience) is that there is no way in hell that a computer used to anything from Secret on up can directly deliver content to an unsecured network.

You cannot just add HDR22@clintonemail.com to an email on a computer handling classified material and expect it to be delivered.

The point is, someone has to violate all sorts or rules to physically transfer that from one network to another.

Am I wrong?

She's also a protected identity group you cannot criticize, which means the machine in place can keep moving forward. And using external media on those machines is logged for future reference. Only specific trusted people are supposed to be allowed to do that. I suspect there are no rules or they obey no rules at the State Dept.

But the logs should be there, right next to Lois Lerner's emails. If someone scrubbed the logs from an machine operating at that classification level, that would not be a small thing.

Was this really necessary? Hillary's private email was approved and used by all kinds of people who worked with her in government. Perhaps this investigation will show that she was receiving classified information routinely at her private email because that was her official email address.

Not an excuse, it would show that Team Obama broke the law by allowing this private setup. Not that anything will happen to him because historic.

In any properly constructed secure network, you are right that
you don't (and actually can't) accidentally put the wrong email address on a classified email

I'm assuming she needed to control that type of communication, and the transfer secured documents/data, via her personal server to avoid FOIA as well as detection by others in the govt who weren't involved.

The server is definitely a crime, but it was obviously done to facilitate other criminal acts that are not yet fully known.

The point is that someone cannot just say, "hey, I thing SHE needs to see this TK imagery. I'll just send it to her."

To do that, the person would have to copy it from the classified network and hand carry it to an unclassified network where her private email is accessible.

I agree, this would be the process if people were following the law, but we are talking about a government were breaking the law and using private emails is routine. Wasn't there an EPA administrator before the current Fred Flinstone look alike who was caught using multiple private accounts for government business?

Huma had both a private and .gov account. According to recent filings, Cheryl Mills only had a .gov.

It is also being reported that someone might have actually removed the security markings.

It sounds to me as if someone sent her the information via email and given the mingling of private and .gov accounts it seems that is the likely route.

Liza Jackson was caught using a "Richard Windor" email that has likely been around since Clinton's presidency.

Kathleen Sebelius was caught using 4 different emails to skirt FOIA requests.

The IRS was/has been using an in-house text-messaging system that does not archive communications per their union contract. In addition, IRS employees were caught using email to send confidential docs to themselves to work from home on something.

I suspect all of the Obama WH have off-the-record email accounts so that this will all disappear when he leaves office. He is a man with no paper trail up to being elected president (no records even from his time in IL State Senate). His presidential library will be celebrity paraphernalia, like speech texts and video, pens use to sign legislation, photos from social events, etc.

374 I learned long ago when dealing with the Clintons, you must parse every word they say. Occam's razor. One of Hillary's aides who had security clearance received it, stripped the classification and sent it to her.

In the world where it is done legally, you cannot accidentally forward classified ".gov" email to a unsecure ".com" email. I can't remember if the classified email even used ".gov" addresses, but address books obscure that anyway.

Well, I'm thinking that it would have to been a gov't issue thumb drive since the USB ports are blocked unless it's an encrypted thumb drive ( at least at may location) and that would trigger a log record of who's thumb drive it was along with activity on that account. So there is records some where of who/what/when and where the data was downloaded.

It's a consulate. Any official State Department building that is located in a city other than the capital is a consulate, and is "supposed" to be staffed by a consul general, admin type, consular officer, etc. It may or may not be guarded by Marine Security Guards, depending on (frankly) the whim of the SecState at the time. Consulates located in "officially" dangerous cities don't always have MSG's. The fact that Ambassador Stevens begged for more security for both Tripoli and Benghazi is the tell for this. Ambo's typically don't ask for more security, because it may reflect "badly" on their handling of the security situation. They also typically want to cut costs and thus earn awards by not having a post designated hardship/danger pay. For Stevens to beg for security meant it was damn dangerous. For State to ignore him, well, we saw what happened there. God bless him, Sean and Tyrone and Glen.

How would you send any classified document to the Secretary of State on a secure network if she didn't even have an account?

Old school. The diplomatic pouch, if it's coming from overseas, or hand carry documents from State offices. It would explain the lag time for responses to events, at least.

My bet she did have a classified acct and had one of her flunkies copy and forward them on to her at her private email. She probably had a contact setup for her in the GAL.

I still would like to know more about the security clearances that Huma, Cheryl Mills, Jake Sullivan and every other Hillary loyalist had.

Again, it's important to listen to every word the Clinton's say. She claimed earlier this year that SHE never received anything specifically marked classified on her email. Yet, the material is on the server, potentially stripped of the classified classification.

My money is on Cheryl Mills but we shall see.

I read the creepiest thing about old Joe Kennedy once - he was as big a horn dog as his sons and when his young daughters had girlfriends staying over, old Joe would pay a visit to their rooms. How he got away with it, I don't know. These were the daughters of other rich and powerful men. You'd think that at least one of them would have said something to daddy and daddy would have - done something. It's one thing to bang the serfs and quite another to seduce or rape the daughters of your fellow aristocrats. Especially since it supposedly happened long before there was a Kennedy mystique.

We have 40 million immigrates in this country right now taking our jobs and destroying our nation and all you can blather about is Hillery. It's the barbarian invasion and you and ever other cuckservitive out there is aiding and abiding this invasion by distracting people from the only issue that matters.

435 Just curious: wasn't it said that she had NO government email account such that would be secure, all she had was her own server/account. So what part of her daily work would ever be conducted in email that did not have a t least the potential to be sensitive/classified and on up. So why isn't anyone stating the obvious: USING HER OWN SERVER WAS BOUND TO RESULT IN THIS. Just like using my own pants to stuff papers down them would.
