Let's Say
Let's say I have two web pages and I only want to
load the one that is the newer of the two.
How can I determine which is newer without loading them both first?
Sort of a load a page and it forwards you to the newer(of the two) page.
I know how to do the forward. Just not the choosing which to forward to.

If I understand your question... You would have to use Javascript or PHP or some other scripting language and set up a conditional statement... if [condition true], then [operation A], else [operation B]... that type of thing

Exactly , but I am having no luck finding a utility/command to tell me when a file was updated(no luck finding one that works as advertised anyway .
The decision part I've got figured out, now.
