I just noticed this little gem on my sidebar -- that I don't recall seeing there before. Is this a Gremlin in my archives? Something I need to fix?

No idea what might have caused it, but have you tried rebuilding specifically your monthly archives? (Using the MT interface)

It's definitley orphaned, as I think your page is set to only show 6 months of archives? It's not even contiguous, so a tag is being misinterpreted somewhere. (There is actually an archive page generated for that nonexistent month)

2 Ms Emma: Since I still have access to your site [please go ahead and delete me as an author - my screen is getting filled up - thanks] I went ahead and checked your template... nothing wrong in there... then I checked your entries... your very first entry, titled 'Words Fail Me...', is dated 0000.00.00... your could either change the date or delete it to make your Monthly Archives display the list correctly.
