2 Yes, I saw that. We're getting so much trackback spam that even though we have trackbacks disabled, it's still causing Apache to lock up.

I've firewalled off the worst offenders, and we're okay for now.

6 I'm getting an "Error 500. Bugger." when I try to upload a photo and make a thumbnail of it. Any ideas what that might be?

7 Yes - thumbnails are broken.

You can upload pictures just fine, but the automatic thumbnail thingy just does not want to work.
