Need to delete blog entry FAST!

This guy keeps e-mailing me about a picture I put of him on my blog. He is really pissed and wants the offending entry removed. I tried to delete it, but it keeps showing up. Please help me cleane it entirely.

1 Looks like it's taken care of? Don't forget to delete the image file itself as well, or the person with the link may still think its available.
