Spam Attack
I have been getting slaughtered with spam attacks lately.
Today I have 55 spam comments to delete. Is there a way to delete all 55 at once using the MY Blacklist, or do I have to keep doing them one by one????? Yes you can.
Go into the De-Spam function in MT-Blacklist, and ask it to display the last (say) 5000 comments and tick the All/No filter option.
You have to say 5000 because that's right across munu, not just your blog.
Tick the ones you want to get rid of, and tell it to zap the little buggers!

I don't know what it is, but something has broken lately and is letting significantly more spam through.
If people are getting email notification, though, it has to be Movable Type, because Minx doesn't do that yet. Why MT or Blacklist would suddenly stop working in this respect I don't know.

I've been running sweeps through the recent comments to bulk-erase spam, but I've been having some trouble with MT Blacklist. After a while, it just decides it doesn't want to work any more.
Sigh.
Have to get a few things out of the way this week, then I'm back to Minx 24/7.
