Unauthorized?

I just found out that my uncle is trying to read my blog (from the States - PA) and gets a message that he's "unauthorized."

Is this something on his end?

Can you find out his IP address, and email me? He may be caught up in some spammer/hacker blacklist, though the "Unauthorized" message is a bit odd.
