Blog City Quiestionable?

Several commenters are unble to put their blog-city.com link since they get a message that it is questionable. How do I get blog-city off that list?

1 I've removed it.

It probably got blacklisted because some blogs at blog-city were spamming us. The same thing happened to blogspot, but I fixed that.
