A Cure For Hamsteritis

I took a closer look at MT Blacklist's blacklist, and lo and behold, the word "none" was indeed blacklisted.

Added by our very own Simon on the 26th of January.

Yay Simon!

Now none returns to your comments, good as new.

3 Ummm...did I manage to blacklist oops too?

I've no idea how I managed to do that, unless it was in the process of trying to despam and there was no URL to block.

None is such a negative word, anyway.

4 Or they might have just had "none" in the url. That would do it.

5 I have seen none@none.com as an email addy--perhaps that was it....

6 Or maybe Simon is our Blogger Celebrity Mole. Mmmmm, conspiracy theories...

7 I received a comment from someone who gave their address as none@yourbiz.com. I liked it so much I use when I have to register at sites like the NYT

8 Hey Simon,
When MT asks you if you have any URLs to ban -- and you have none -- do not answer "none"!!!
I learned that the hard way when I accidentally banned "what's it to ya".

(Jus' kidding.)

9 I couldn't see the answer - there's correction fluid on my screen.

10 Simon, eh? Betcha he was trying to blacklist "nun" and got confused.

Bad Simon! No fried rice in a pineapple for you!
