Why English Officers Wore Red Coats

A long time ago, Britain and France were at war.

During one battle, the French captured an English
colonel. They took him to their headquarters,
and the French general began to question him.

Finally, as an afterthought, the French general
asked,
"Why do you English officers all wear red coats?

Don't you know the red material makes you easier
targets for us to shoot at?"

In his bland English way, the officer informed the
general that the reason English officers wear red
coats is so that if they are shot, the blood won't
show, and the men they are leading won't panic.

And that is why, from that day to this, all French
Army officers wear brown pants.

You see, for each and every ounce of muscle a person build, your body will accelerate its own internal fat burning process. The more muscle Ab Machines you build, the more fat you were burn. Now, muscle DOES weigh more than fat, but don't allow that scare you. I mean, what do you really worry about, how much you bodyweight, or what you look like with your shirt away? That is the real test if improving your physique is high on your priority list. The majority of us just want to watch the scales and see the pounds come flowing off, but when you are regularly training with weights, this oftentimes does certainly not happen. As you are burning fat, you are building muscle, so your weight may stay exactly the same, but your body might look drastically different. Your clothes will fit much better, the people at the office will start to look at your differently and when beach time comes, you may be the first to rip off your shirt!

Therefore, how do you start a good weight training course? The last thing you want to do is hit the gym and begin blasting out arm curls with absolutely no idea of what you are doing. Weight training is serious business and can be quite dangerous. One wrong move and you also could wind up lying during sex for 6 months watching the body slip into worse shape than before you decide to started.
