I forgot to add that my one time hitchhiking I was picked up by an undercover cop who yelled at me the entire ride to the hospital front door. As he had my ID I thought he was going to call my parents (this was always a fear 1000mi away) and then talk to the nursing director. He did neither. He did tell me if he saw me doing this again he'd arrest me. I have no idea if he was a real undercover cop, but at least he was not a serial killer finding student nurses in an early snowy Thanksgiving morning. There's that. You don't have to go to Africa for stories like that. In 2005, American Jewish donors bought and had running greenhouses to help residents on The West Bank when Israel turned the land over to the Arabs. All were looted and destroyed the very first day by the 70 IQ mobs.
In our own country post-Katrina, there were many stories of nice white churches sending money, volunteers, youth groups, etc. to help clean up. Locals did not pitch in, they sexually harassed the young ladies, sitting on porches throwing down beer cans and bottles, saying "Hey, pick that one up too". Some people deserve to suffer and are nothing but trouble and lifelong expense to the taxpayers. Let them starve and drink dirty water. John Nelson @WIgeopolitical · 2h 🇮🇩 Mateusz Morawiecki on tonight’s events at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal: “A judge whose oath was never accepted by President @NawrockiKn has declared herself head of the @TK_GOV_PL and suspended its leadership, while police secured the building. This is not how the rule of law is restored.” He warns that swapping one disputed set of rules for a more radical one only invites the next government to do the same, calls on Tusk to withdraw the police, and urges all sides to agree a lasting cross-party law on the Tribunal. He also notes that European institutions spent years loudly criticizing Poland’s rule of law—and asks why those same voices are silent now. “Principles that apply only to one side of the political spectrum are not principles at all.” -------- My comment added And this is the whole point of lawfare, to do unto the opposition in order to take power in a coup. So it is no wonder those Euro NGOs and their precious rule of law are silent when their coup fails live on X. Posted by: whig at October 30, 2026 10:54 PM (E4rtv) 153

Greetings fellow Hordians! Today is my wife's birthday. Also today, I received a text from a number I don't recognize, in the (437) area code, 847 prefix asking about my trip to Japan. Using goggle translate, I replied in Japanese 'I haven't been to Japan'. The following exchange then occurred, in english: 437 texted: 'Are you Amy?' Being a smart a** I replied:'Am I army? No , I've never been in the service' 437 texter: 'Are you an idiot?' Me: 'More of a Moron, actually. ' That was several hours ago. I haven't heard anything further. I believe these people pretend to be texting a wrong number, then try to establish a dialogue which will eventually result in an exchange of money, from me to them. The "one in ten will get this" meme refers to the ancient Roman practice of decimation. If a century or a legion broke and ran during a battle, the survivors were lined up and drew lots. One in ten was beaten to death. The remaining 90% were fed on barley, which was a punishment in itself.
The modern misinterpretation of "decimation" makes it sound as if only one-tenth of the original group would be left. But it was 90% survived, 10% died. Posted by: Wolfus Aurelius, Dreaming of Elsewhere at October 30, 2026 11:08 PM (wzUl9) Posted by: Fritzy at October 30, 2026 11:08 PM (2GIh1) 207

Since I won't be here for the Tech Thread: I was making sure my keyboard macros for next week were working okay. I was on my laptop, and I knew the keybinds, and so of course I opened up Notepad to check them. The first thing that popped up was a notification that Microsoft is using Notepad to train its AI. (Suspiciously, I can't find that notification back.) I tried my macros, and they would only half-work. As in, about half the time, they would only do the first of three words followed by a bunch of small o's. I have never seen anything like it. I opened a LibreOffice document, and they worked just fine.

I was at my new college for the nursing skool interview. Waited and waited for a bus (it was always the fault of the bus). A straight shoot to the other part of town and I stuck my thumb out. Picked up by a guy around my age and told him roughly where I was going (not my address). Ok. We drive about 6 blocks and he turns right. I immediately say, STOP. He does as I was possibly bigger than him. Residential neighborhood. For sure someone would have noticed me killing this guy in a car as there would be a lot of yelling (former cheerleader: I'm loud), blood and splatters flying out of that car. He would have looked similar to one of the baked pigs in a blanket above when I left. I have no doubt he would have been scarred and sorry. Fortunately he was a rookie serial killer because there was a doorknob still on the interior car door. I got out glaring at him and caught the bus. Plus there is a parallel state investigation into the lies that the Democrat operatives and the candidate told to courts, both the trial court and the Alaska Supreme Court to implement their scheme. Now the fake Daniel Sullivan has gone awol, the Democrat Senate Campaign Committee apparently had a political operative who told them his fake Sullivan scheme and sent him to Peltola. Peltola's former campaign staff members are singing like canaries, etc. Giant poo bomb all over the Democrats in Alaska that probably will cost them the Senate race, the governor's mansion, and may end their ridiculous RCV voting scheme which is why the Dems did this in the first place, trying to manipulate it. During the final advance one of the Generals decided the other column was advancing too slowly so he had his mortar unit drop a few shells in the tail of the other column. The other General, in response, started counterbattery fire. During the short artillery duel, Alfredo Stroessner, made aware of the coup in progress, escaped the palace and fled to Brazil.

227 Even living with communism for 45 years and communism is popular in Poland. Must be the younger people who weren’t alive to experience it or weren’t old enough to understand it.
Goes to show the war against this filth never ends. Posted by: Dayyyum I think the Polish youth are against the migrants (other than the AWFL women types) because they see how bad other countries are getting by travel. Older Poles, many of which lived in places like the UK have returned home with tales of Muslims. I think the Tusk types of globo homo are losing the remaining youth of Europe by killing their dreams (again, not the weirdo Die Linke type females or antifa criminal males). And they are now losing the middle as the compassion has run out for the Muslim invasion in country after country. Only the oligarchs, the WEF banksta types, and politicians still want this to happen. I hope the coming fight in Europe is peaceful but it can very easily turn into a bloodbath. The Muzzies are armed, the populace has to fight the regimes and the Muzzies right now. Posted by: whig at October 30, 2026 11:26 PM (E4rtv) 274
knout /nout/
noun A leather scourge used for flogging. A kind of whip for flogging criminals, formerly much used in Russia. The lash is a tapering bundle of leather thongs twisted with wire and hardened, so that it mangles the flesh. A leather scourge (multi-tail whip), in the severe version known as 'great knout' with metal weights on each tongue, notoriously used in imperial Russia. I've read a report that Tusk ordered the Polish military not to let President Nawrocki's plane land at a military airport outside of Warsaw.
Allegedly, the Polish military refused to obey that order. I think that Tusk did not anticipate that Nawrocki would order his plane (enroute to Senegal) turned around when he heard about the coup. Petola shill.
Posted by: Rodrigo Borgia The shill's son worked for Washington House Democrat Glueskamp (sp) and apparently he had a role too along with a named operative who has went radio silent. That operative briefed the DSCC first about the plan and then persuaded the fake Sullivan and the Peltola campaign to sign on. The DSCC ran it by their legal team as well as the specific senators that run it (which is where Elias comes in). That is why the NYT story broke blaming it on the Peltola campaign. They are setting a backfire to distract from the DSCC role. Posted by: whig at October 30, 2026 11:30 PM (E4rtv) 285

So, wrong color for the revolution?
Posted by: Romeo13 I would call it the yellow revolution because it appears that Tusk and his ministers are now pissing their pants at what comes next. Unwitting, that thick and stupid globalist has let Nawrocki become a reincarnation of Lech Walensa and instead of Gdansk ship yard, there is the Court Building surrounded by police and youthful protesters against the coup. This lets the yutes take on the role of Solidarity against Tusk who takes on the role of Jaruzelski. Elections were in 2027 anyway but Tusk pushed the coup panic button, my guess is due to pressure from the EU. Posted by: whig at October 30, 2026 11:33 PM (E4rtv) 296

TL,DR: Microsoft has managed to eff up Notepad. Posted by: pookysgirl wants the degradation to stop at October 30, 2026 11:10 PM (Wt5PA) If you need a simple Windows text editor, I'd get SciTE. (https://scintilla.org/SciTE.html). It's free, doesn't have AI, and I used it for text files for years. You might also look at Notepad++. No AI crap, and it's what I use now on Windows. It has more features for programmers (like I used to be), but it's a reliable tool. Posted by: Hour of the Wolf at October 30, 2026 11:35 PM (qx7Zg) 300

Posted by: Smell the Glove I think it is a question of the EU disintegrating financially, just a day before the Euro Central Bank head, Ms. LaGarde appeared in a strange video with bandage stripes across her face. Her resignation was like a weird hostage video take and I doubt any woman would want to appear in public like that when a simple letter of resignation would be enough. Someone wanted her humiliated. I keep coming back thinking perhaps a banking crisis leading to a sovereign debt crisis and the urgent need for the EU to steal Russia's 275 billion in frozen assets as a banking backstop. My favorite coup story
The big breakthrough in modern couping is the existence of X. Tusk posted the justification for the coup on X, Nawrocki announced that he was turning the plane around on X, the Polish and Warsaw cops defended their actions on X, two Polish ambassadors announced their resignations on X, the globalist Polish Foreign Minister denounced one of the ambassadors on X, and the video of Nawrocki breaking into the court building was posted on X. This is going to redouble governments' attempts to control on social media. Posted by: The ARC of History! at October 30, 2026 11:38 PM (aD4fx) 309

Posted by: Romeo13 at October 30, 2026 11:27 PM (mP0Kj) ******** Pure luck on my part. I worked hard, studied hard, & partied with my buddies every weekend when not skiing or hiking, or writing a paper, or having a huge exam. I knew how to balance my crazy life. Met a bunch of non nursing friends the year I moved across the city to be near the bus route to the hospital. Second university here. Man, we had fun! No regrets. They all met my bf future husband at keggers. All but one liked him. The one who didn't had a chance to date me but never mustered the nerve to ask. He HATED my bf and the feeling was mutual. Otherwise I kept them as friends all through school and beyond. Two dated classmates of mine. It was all one big osmosis of two university groups. I loved them all. In HS I was almost killed in a car crash but unscathed by a miracle. I remember thinking, as my vision blurred green (trees)/ blue (sky) in a spin, "This is it." I was calm. Nope! There was more time ahead to ski dangerously and climb dangerous slot canyons and mountains with friends. Who gave me far more credit for survival than they should have.
