Sefton: sefton at cutjibnewsletter.com | Feds Raid "Adult Day Care" Centers In New York That Are Almost Entirely Fraudulent and Used to Steal Money from the American Taxpayer and Send It Back to... the Chinese Communist PartyNYC's biggest fraud scheme? Feds RAID adult day cares across the cityOh sure I'm certain she's right on top of widespread immigrant looting of the American taxpayer. Video report here. Audit: New York State is permitting B I L L I O N S in Democrat constituency groups' theft of taxpayer funds. Oh, you mean exactly the credit card zip code checker that could immediately block foreigners from donating to Democrats which ActBlue specifically disabled so that all the illegal money would flow in? Isn't that odd that the same things keep happening, and it's all part of what prosecutors will one cay call "a common scheme or plan." Let foreigners loot the taxpayers, then take kickbacks from those same foreigners illegally donating to the very politicians who enabled their plunder. ... Auditors separately flagged $21.3 million in potentially improper Medicaid payments, including visits billed while patients were hospitalized or lasting too briefly to qualify for reimbursement. "This audit found a disturbing lack of oversight and failure to comply with the required service verifications," New York State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli said in the 2024 audit. "The state Department of Health needs to do a better job of protecting the integrity of these services and safeguard Medicaid funds."Meanwhile, Democrat judges are absolutely insistent that illegal aliens' illegal votes for Democrats be counted. Jennifer Van Laar: Judge David Carter of the Central District of California ruled against the Department of Justice's emergency motion to require California and Los Angeles County election officials to sequester ballots returned by those on a list of 20,000 people the federal government had determined to be "likely noncitizens." In a scathing 26-page order, Carter likened the federal government's effort to prevent illegal aliens from voting to efforts to keep black Americans or women from voting, and to Jim Crow-era laws like "poll taxes, literary tests, and other obstacles to prevent people from casting their vote." In the introduction, he wrote:Now the woke judges are all about States' Rights. Sure.

It's all redundant and obvious and yet somehow needs to be noted. Behold the arrogance and illiteracy of yet another idiotic federal judge. The federal government going through an open, painstaking, completely documented process of identifying a small number of the almost certainly yuuuuge number of *ineligible voters voting* in CA this cretin likens to racial bars to voting.
Again, as is my annoying habit only because it is obviously the larger key point - imagine the degradation of the electorate, civic culture, judiciary etc that would treat this judge's absurd statement as anything other than the spittle-flecked rantings of a homeless addict on the street corner. Oh yeah yeah process will give another bite at the apple. We're far past where that is any solace. The judge said the federal government’s request risked disrupting California’s election and undermining public confidence in the democratic process.
Does California have a fine for false accusations of this nature? Non-citizens can't vote. This is just more of him setting the stage to claim "election fraud" and usher in J6 around the country. When you have zero shame, you keep going with this nonsense in the hopes of eventually getting a favorable/incompetent judge to side with you. All it takes is one to open the floodgates. Who could have imagined the party of pedophiles and rapists, would not understand the word no. Its a republican practice to cheat elections. Never forget Jeb Bush disenfranchised black voters in Florida for his brother George against Al Gore. Despite that, Al Gore still won and the election was stolen. And trump and Republicans set up a fake elector scheme in 2020 to rig the elections. They also allow musk to make up fake lotterys to buy votes for trump. I went to the polling place at 10:30. No line. I've been early-voting around 10:30 am Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday for several cycles now. Always no line or a short line. My reasoning: The people who vote after dropping kids off at school along with people getting there early hoping to beat the lines are done and gone. People sneaking away from work to vote then go to lunch haven't started arriving yet. A commenter said yesterday early voting in my county, Harris (Houston) is down compared to 2022. ======= Seth Keshel @RealSKeshel Red counties in Texas are slowly and steadily on track to almost unanimously clear their 2022 midterm turnout, some by 30% or more or up to presidential. None of the big four blue counties appear to be on track to hit their presidential counts, which is where I factored them during my worst case analysis. Travis needs to hang 200k votes in the last two days of EV + ED to get there. And they had 103% of previous presidential turnout in 2018.
