DOJ "Aggressively Investigating" Democrat Plot to Defraud the Voters of Alaska as Mary Peltolta Continues Lying About Her Role in the Election Interference

Yesterday I mentioned a NYT report that establishes that, despite a year of lying about it, Democrat Congresswoman Mary Petolta, now running for Senate (and endorsed by "Republican" swamphag Lisa Murkowski), is behind running a man called "Dan Sullivan" to siphon votes away from the real Dan Sullivan, the incumbent Republican.

The New York Times: Yes, the shifty Democrat socialist whore Mary Petola is behind the recruitment of a nobody loser named "Dan Sullivan" to run against the incumbent Republican Senator Dan Sullivan.

Operatives aligned with Democratic Senate nominee Mary Peltola spent months recruiting candidates in an effort to dilute support for Republican Sen. Dan Sullivan on Alaska's crowded ballot, according to The New York Times.

The effort, internally dubbed the "ballot composition project," included an early directive to a Peltola staffer in the summer of 2025: find as many people named Dan Sullivan as possible in the state.

The goal, the report says, was to land another Dan Sullivan on the ballot to create confusion and siphon votes from the incumbent.

...

The staffer complied, combing through voter records to produce a list of Dan Sullivans from across the state.

This was no random request. Dan S. Sullivan is the name of the state's Republican senator. And if the Peltola campaign or its allies could track down and persuade another Dan Sullivan to run for Senate, the confusion could cost the senator crucial votes on the state's unusual, four-person ballot.

The plan worked. This spring, a retired teacher from a tiny fishing village along the Alaska Panhandle, reachable only by air and sea, announced his candidacy for Senate. His name was Dan J. Sullivan.

The Peltola campaign has repeatedly denied any involvement in his candidacy. But The Times has found, based on interviews and text messages, along with documents prepared for a potential lawsuit against the campaign, that not only did Ms. Peltola's team work with people trying to recruit Mr. Sullivan to run for Senate, but the effort was much broader. The group worked to coax other would-be spoilers into the race, to dilute the incumbent's support and help catapult the Democrat to victory.

Despite being busted by the leftwing New York Times, whose report is based on inter-campaign emails and other documentary evidence, Mary Peltola continues to insist that she didn't Knowingly Know what her entire campaign Doingly Did.

Boy Democrats sure get a lot of mileage out of that "defense," huh?

Her campaign put out this lie:

"The Alaskans for Mary campaign has no involvement with either Sullivan campaign. Like Mary, our campaign is focused on lowering costs and fixing the rigged system in D.C. and did not recruit any candidates into the race," the Peltola campaign said in a statement to NewsNation affiliate The Hill.

The DSCC also told The Hill in a statement it had "no involvement" in recruiting the other Sullivan. Peltola's campaign did not immediately respond to The Hill's request for comment.

She's also getting mileage out of the Democrats' other "defense" -- we shouldn't be talking about my election interference. conspiracies to defraud the government, or family stocked foundation to roof with Muslim Brotherhood terrorists, we should just focus on affordability (for which I have no plan except claiming Trump Did It.

Now comes word that the DOJ has in fact launched a criminal investigation, and that the subpoenas are flying like crows towards peanuts:

Bill Melugin
@BillMelugin_

BREAKING: Colleague @davidspunt reports via two sources familiar that there is an ongoing DOJ "aggressive criminal investigation" into Daniel J. Sullivan appearing on the ballot for US Senate in Alaska, and the investigation has intensified in the wake of the bombshell NYT report today.

DOJ sources tell David that multiple grand jury subpoenas will be issued in the coming hours and days, and there are preservation orders to cell phone companies that are being prepared regarding text messages and emails that may build a timeline for how Daniel J. Sullivan was placed on the ballot.

The investigation is being handled by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Alaska and federal prosecutors are interested in potential charges relating to the depravation of rights of Alaska voters. The investigation is expected to go beyond Election Day and has been underway for several months.

Reportedly -- according to Mark Halperin -- the Democrat lawyer/fixer who quaterbacked this criminal conspiracy to defraud the voters of Alaska is...

the guy who attempted to defraud the voters of all America by quaterbacking Hillary Clinton's RUSSIAN DISINFORMATION hoax:

John Reese - Person of Interest

Just In: Per Mark Halperin on Megyn Kelly, the Marc Elias law firm was involved in the fake Dan Sullivan Candidate search in the Alaska Senate race.

Trying to figure out how this would work.

So... if it's federal student aid, it has to be disbursed through a university. The university gets its cut (tuition, fees) before the remainder is ever given to the student, after classes start.

If the student withdraws from the university before the drop deadlines... I don't know if that money is refunded to the student or handed back to the Feds. Probably refunded to the student.

So I guess they wouldn't need the willing cooperation of a university, or they could have made up their own school.

Speculation on X is that the scheme originated at the DSCC which means Democrat sitting senators are possibly at risk from an investigation. With Elias involved, that makes it a national scheme, not just a local story.

So they detonated the landmine to blow up Peltola to save the rest of it. Possibly Dems have already given up on that race anyway from stats. Peltola is supposedly running well behind what is necessary for Dems on Rez voters.

Blowback may also sink the Democrat candidate for AK Governor and right now all the pols in AK are running away from this stinkbomb.

Polling in AK is worthless more or less due to RCV voting and how it works. Plus you can refuse to put any other votes in your ranking which makes the second and third rounds where you add in second and third ranked choices difficult to predict. That is why RCV is junk as a voting standard.

The result is the DSA doing a hostile takeover of the Democrat party, something they tried and failed to do in the 1960s - 1970s because only the most radical people in the most radical cities would vote for a socialist in a primary.

I don't think any entity in history has had a civil war much like what we would be entering. Most civil wars are peasant vs peasant. We happened to have one that was American vs American, but it was still a damned nightmare.

This mess shaping up now though is basically Cowboys and Terrorists. And terrorists can't win a war, they can only fuck up someone else's Peace. Once the limiting agent is gone to keep the Cowboys from killing the Terrorists outright, no "rules of engagement" or "Fwendsh acwosh the aisle", then they'll flee into the woodwork and let America breath free for a couple generations until they're inevitably back once again. Maybe as commies. Maybe as rugfuckers. Maybe as something not yet invented. Who knows.

Becerra's flacid imitation of Joe Biden is hurting turnout in CA versus Hilton. Kliley who went technically independent but caucuses with the GOP is in a close race and might win. Daladao is also in a close race. Dunno about the Issa seat. That were several flips the Dems counted on in CA.

CA also has the gerrymander problem of when you maximize seats, you spread your voters too thin making a turnout more important in a marginal race.

Blake's stronger run in NY is shoring up Lawler and the candidate (Constantino I think) running for Stefanik's seat there in particular.

The importance of good GOP candidates for top line races like governor in blue states like NY and CA have downballot turnout effects for GOP in those states win or lose.

Long story short:

Probably not enough.

All estimates of the House assume CA maxes out for Dems. GOP could have gotten 5 or so more seats from redistricting in certain places that would have probably gotten them right to a fairly certain, and very bare, majority.

So, it'll be down to like a dozen coinflips to see who manages a caucus with a majority of about 5 or so.

Rambling, killing time, getting ready to tackle the mess of my "sewing room." Which is currently a warehouse of Christmas gifts for our grands. And piles of clothes from cleaning closets.

A lot of sewing does not get done in there.

I am going to sort and get this done! Then do some other stuff and wrap like a lunatic in a week or so and be done. I have roses to prune and I want this all done as well.

Note: I rarely wrap Christmas gifts til a week prior to Christmas after they've lurked in a room (for months) we have to lock if they visit.

This year I will be Martha Stewart on acid.

Yesterday, I had a colleague develop an entire eCommerce website, from nothing other than a bunch of scanned PDFs of parts catalogs from the 90's and early 2000's ... in an hour. It's fully functional, graphically sharp and modern, and capable of accepting live orders right now.

He used a network of AI agents. He owns his own software company - except he has no employees. He has an org chart made up of solely AI agents - at the top is an AI Agent called "Chief of Staff" which coordinates all of the subordinate AI Agents. All of them. Claude, Grok, OpenAI... multiple accounts on each platform. Each working independently but coordinated by a literally agent org-chart.

Imagine someone using a system like that to compromise systems. Nothing is safe anymore. I'm actually contemplating taking all of my money out of the bank and burying it under a rock in the back yard.

199 Long story short:

Probably not enough.

All estimates of the House assume CA maxes out for Dems. GOP could have gotten 5 or so more seats from redistricting in certain places that would have probably gotten them right to a fairly certain, and very bare, majority.

So, it'll be down to like a dozen coinflips to see who manages a caucus with a majority of about 5 or so.
Posted by: TheJamesMadison

I don't see a contradiction. GOP has to hold as many of these seats they already have to versus the ones they lost. Bad candidates for governor in CA and NY make it harder to hold seats like Stefanik's in NY or Issa's in CA.

It is a turnout game now as polling and prediction markets are going to give way to facts on the ground as to votes outstanding, votes remaining, holding serve on ticketsplitting, etc.

Watching blue tsunami dreams die bit by bit with each new voter drop and the Dems version of Steiner will come is that yutes under 40 will storm the polls in the last of EV or Election Day. Which contradicts all past history of their voting behavior.

Ohio has voters under 40 at about 12 percent of votes so far. Overwhelmingly Gen X and Boomers voting.

227 > 120 So the woman making you decide between Dan Sullivan and Dan Sullivan is a bona fide member of the Yupik tribe?

They're a type of Eskimo (not, repeat NOT "Inuit"), and don't usually use the word "tribe", so as to avoid being confused with Indians/"Native Americans". I think the feds may use "tribe".

Alaska has two major types of Eskimo, Yupik and Iñupiat.

The Iñupiat are fairly close to the Canadian Inuit, but don't usually call themselves that.

The Yupik do NOT like being called "Inuit".

The languages are in the same family, but quite distinct.

Historically the two groups did not get along.

At all.

Calling a Yupik "Inuit" is sort of like insisting that a Spaniard is "French" just because they both speak a Romance language... in other words, it's the kind of thing that might get your ass kicked.

Stupid white Canadians have spread the idiocy that all Eskimos are "Inuit". Wrong, wrong, wrong.

Both groups also hate being called "Indians" and the Alaska Indian tribes (there are a bunch of them) detest being called "Eskimos" with the burning fury of a thousand suns.

Unless you're SURE what an Alaska Native is, it's safest to just use the word "Native".

257 At this point, I'm most concerned with keeping the Senate.

I feel pretty certain the house is gone, but it will be worth nothing with a slight dem majority if we can keep the Senate.

I've never felt worse about a midterm election than this one, genuinely have no idea whats going to happen.
Posted by: Sharpie

Senate is probably GOP 52-54 seats. House is about a dozen or so. Seth Keshel has it at about GOP at about 212-213, Dems at 210-2011, tossups at 11-13. As TJM said, flip a coin but no sign of massive Dems gains in votes cast so far. Election will be older and whiter electorate as young people are just not showing up and have at best 2-3 days of EV left and Election Day which is always predominately GOP as much as 60-40 in places like Ohio.

Contest becomes a math race to chase votes--Dems voted early as they tend to do via mail or first EV days, then GOP catches up with later days of EV and Election Day being dominated by GOP votes. So you get into the weeds of low propensity, primary voting or not, past presidential voting or not, past midterm voting or not, etc.

GOP is running a much better turnout model this year than previous and focusing on rural voter turnout

And BTW, there are Yupik and Cupik. They are not the same. The Athabaskans chased the Yupiks out of the area that is now Eklutna a few hundred years ago, so they went into Cupik land farther west. Yupiks and Cupiks know the difference, but nobody else can keep them straight.

Meanwhile JKT and Murkowski dress up like Natives to pander. I can't figure out why that is any different than wearing blackface, honestly. Both are whiter than a halibut belly.

You can see the sight of his kids in his eyes when he says he’s supposed to be home with them. You can see the math he’s doing in his head as he calculates how much money he has left, and how much he needs for his mortgage, and when it’s due.

What the hell is the American dream anymore? Is this what it’s about? Is there anyone who would say this guy isn’t working his ass off? For what? So that 25% of his income can go to a government that wastes it on a bunch of shit he didn’t vote for? Subsidizing the food he stocks grocery stores with for people who don’t work a 1,000th of how hard he works to buy groceries with EBT cards that he pays for, which then drives up the cost of groceries for him and his family that he pays for out of his paycheck because he’s doing it the right way.

Actually, for Senate races, it takes a whole lot more of a shift for that to happen.

Senate races drive up turnout to reflect overall PVI of the state.

Which is why no state has gone 10+ one party in the presidential to the other party winning the senate race in the next midterm since 2006 (2006 was a VERY bad GOP year, and Tester got in in Montana).

Didn't happen in 2010, 2014, or 2018, all wave years.

And that's what needs to happen to get KS, IA, OH, TX, and AK to flip.

Closer to a genocide than a chase, as I've heard it, and it happened long before Whitey came on the scene.

Then there was the charming habit the Tlingit had of enslaving other tribes. They used to run slave raids as far south as California. They even enslaved a few white sailors as I recall.

The last slaves freed in what is now the United States were the ones held by the Tlingit, who became free when the Alaska purchase from Russia became finalized on October 18, 1867, more than two years after the U.S. Civil War ended.

318 > More importantly, there's a whole genre of these little shits who torment service workers for $$$. It's disgusting. I encountered it first about 7 years ago. Some fuckstick called Jack Doherty.

A crypto casino signed a sponsorship deal with Doherty. Doherty didn't read the contract carefully. The contract bars Doherty from posting online for six months. The leadership of Shuffle.com (the casino) confirmed they did it on purpose to block him from posting.

It's hilarious.

I'm no expert but doing a Netflix documentary about your gangbang would only enhance the reputation of a pornstar, and not by much.

Is she going to be on OnlyFans next after just saying "Screw it" and becoming her reputation?

Posted by: whig at October 29, 2026 03:42 PM (E4rtv)

Worse than junk - violates one man one vote as a flake voting on a minor party can vote over and over trying to push someone over the top.

Also massively susceptible to fraud, and encourages minor parties bundling their adherents for sale to other parties for power later. All electoral evils.

333 I watched the entire series of ST: NG when it was still on Netflix about 10 or 15 years ago, along with every other ST series except TOS, because I ran out of time and patience, but I'd already seen a lot of TOS before then.

The episodes were much better without commercials.

I enjoyed Picard most of the time, and TNG.
DS9 is still a pretty good ST show and probably the best for me.

Yeah but in their RCV primary, you have to get at least in the top four of vote getters to proceed to the general election. Last time I checked, TN was the easiest to get on the general presidential ballot required a small number of petition signers and very lenient standards. One election, I think they had over thirty or so candidates for President.

And remember, if you do this, you can have a great line on your resume--presidential candidate in 20xx.

Posted by: Bosk at October 29, 2026 03:22 PM (VMFAF)

Well, two things mess it up:

1) Sarah Pallin. Every two-bit huckster now thinks they can launch a national campaign from Alaska.

2) Lots of money sloshing around a small population - oil money, green money. Environmentalists use Alaska to bulk up their coffers by opposing stuff. We are also a "cheap date", only one large metro area with half the population, meaning you can get a lot of eyeballs to see your ads for very little money. We also have a initiative process, whereby the constitution can be changed via vote of the people. Spend a few bucks, and change it.

341 For anyone using Proton, this story might interest you.

In internal communication, an employee noted they weren't doing penetration testing (checking to see how easily it can be hacked) and pleaded for time to do it before release. The CEO said that's bullshit and loser thinking.

Proton bills itself as a service for those who are interested in security and anonymity. Apparently the CEO doesn't have the mindset to maintain that illusion.

AN orgy of people turns into an orgy of lawyers suing everyone. Kind of like the Spiderman meme where everyone is point fingers at everyone else in the circle. Fitting end to a sad sex farce.

Moliere would have literally written a classic comedic farce with this storyline. So would several of the Romans like Juvenal.

YEP. And, OPEN PRIMARY, so independents get to vote for the R and Ds nominees. Rs are stupid, so they just let anyone run. Ds push anyone out of the race but their preferred candidates. Oh and 60% of the state is registered independent. Then they added ranked choice voting - so you have four Rs on the ballot, and one D. D gets 100% of the D vote (maybe 20%), then the ranked choice bullshit covers the rest. Rs all split the vote. It's never just a two-way contest.
