Trump's DHS is Knocking on Doors to Ask People About Their Immigration Status and Voter Status as the Left Continues Lying About Its Legions of Illegal Voters
Update: Big Win in Court for Border Enforcement

Tuq'r Qarlson will continue lying about "Trump not doing anything" because, of course, he's a Democrat/Qatari operative.

Federal agents with the Department of Homeland Security have been knocking on doors in several states to ask residents about their immigration status and if they've registered to vote or voted in past elections.

The operation is part of a broader election-integrity effort to prevent noncitizens from voting ahead of the midterms, CBS News reported.

The Northern California office of Homeland Security Investigations posted photos on X in September showing agents knocking on doors with the comment that "HSI in Northern California will investigate any allegations of noncitizen voting and is committed to ensuring the enforcement of federal election law."

The Kansas City office of HSI also posted photos of its agents knocking on doors with the comment, "AMERICAN ELECTIONS ARE FOR AMERICANS."

The number of home visits increased in September and continued over the past weekend, according to CBS.

The Department of Justice on Monday announced a string of arrests related to alleged voter fraud in California.

...

"These are not isolated instances," another official said, before confirming that the DOJ was reviewing thousands of alleged illegal voting cases across the country.

Charles Schumer and Democrats are suing to keep illegal aliens on the voter rolls.

The Democrats are fighting for the their lives when it comes to battling election integrity efforts. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries announced a federal lawsuit challenging the Trump administration's efforts to identify and remove suspected noncitizens from state voter-registration lists. The 44-page complaint, filed in federal court in Washington, D.C., alleges that the Department of Homeland Security has supplied states with unreliable lists of supposedly ineligible voters and pressured election officials to act on them. The plaintiffs offer Nevada as an example, claiming that federal investigators initially identified approximately 16,000 suspected noncitizen registrants before narrowing the figure to 185, whom Nevada officials subsequently identified as apparent citizens. Democrats claim that the administration's actions threaten eligible voters' rights and interfere with state election administration. Of course.

"None of this is lawful," the complaint reads.

Does it sound bad that the feds claimed 16,000 illegal voters but then reduced that to 185?

It does sound bad. Because it's another lie.

David J. Bier
@David_J_Bier

Only 28% of a sample of DHS's bogus list of 20,000 voters that it claimed were "verified" noncitizen voters actually voted. So that's 5,600 out of 5 million California noncitizens. That'd be 0.1% (if they are noncitizens, which they probably aren't based on DHS's record).

The DHS isn't claiming these are all illegal aliens voting illegally. It's notifying the states that these are noncitizens who may or may not be voting. They are asking states to verify if these noncitizens, including legal residents and illegal aliens, are registered to vote or not.

And the blue states are of course refusing to undertake this simple clerical step, because they want the illegal hordes voting for Democrats.

Shipwreckedcrew
@shipwreckedcrew

You've got the numbers wrong. I'm not saying Lee is right -- he's not.

The 20,000 names are ACTUAL Green Card holders with California addresses with USCIS who match names and addresses with registered voters in California's publicly available voter registration list.

DOJ never said they all voted in the past. It only asked California to independently verify their eligibility to register because if they were Green Card holders they are ineligible.

It is not exculpatry to say, as LA County has said, "Only 28% have vote." That's actually a confession.

0000.00% should have voted if they are Green Card holders.

LA County conceded that 60 out of 200 have a voting history.

DOJ/DHS says those 60 are ineligible because they are not citizens.

If a check of 200 noncitizens find that 60 of them illegally voted, that is bad. That tells you the level of illegal voting going on, if blue states bothered enforcing the law.

Which they refuse to do.

Calif was ASKED to confirm, and if they can't confirm to set their ballots aside until confirmation of eligibility to vote is determined.

I go back and forth between whether your are a liar or just stupid.

The 20,000 are "High Confidence" determinations by DHS that they are not citizens.

There are tens of thousands more that are "Medium" or "Low" confidence that DOJ did not send.

And no one has even broached the subject of illegal aliens who registered when they obtained Driver's Licenses.

Speaking of elections:

The leftwing NGOs and foreign billionaires have a new caravan of illegals coming just in time for the midterms.

A new migrant caravan consisting of hundreds of Central American migrants departed southern Mexico on Tuesday, with some hoping Democratic victories in November's midterm elections could lead to changes in President Donald Trump's immigration enforcement policies.

The group, calling itself "Caravan Without Borders," departed Tapachula, near Mexico's border with Guatemala, with migrants seeking legal status in Mexico or opportunities to continue north toward the United States.

Mexican newspaper Milenio initially estimated the caravan at more than 400 people, while Diario del Sur reported that its numbers had grown to approximately 700 after departing Tapachula.

Participants reportedly include migrants from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Haiti, Venezuela and Cuba.

Independent journalist Julio Rosas interviewed caravan members who expressed hope that Democrats would win the upcoming midterm elections, potentially signaling a shift in U.S. border enforcement.

...

Participants cited economic hardship, limited employment opportunities and lengthy immigration processing delays as reasons for joining the caravan.

Weird-- none of those are claims entitling them to asylum. Don't worry, though, once the NGOs' corrupt fraud-on-the-court lawyers tell them the lies they need to tell to make an asylum claim, they'll all claim they're being oppressed by local governments or street gangs.

Some reportedly had previously been deported from the United States and were attempting to return to reunite with family members.

...

A separate caravan attempted a similar journey in April but dispersed after Mexican authorities intervened and returned numerous migrants to southern Mexico.

Someone's trying to change the corrupt and absurdly destructive visa lottery, but of course Democrats will filibuster and block it.

Texas GOP Rep. Keith Self introduced a bill Thursday to repeal the State Department's Diversity Immigrant Visa lottery, which offers permanent residency to up to 55,000 applicants annually from countries with lower levels of immigration to the United States.

The Trump administration attempted to end the program last year after the alleged perpetrator behind shootings at Brown University and MIT used it to enter the country. The alleged shooter was a Portuguese national.

A California judge ruled last week that the administration must reinstate the program, which was created by Congress.

Update: The Fifth Circuit has ruled that illegal aliens being removed from the interiror of the country (that is, deported, not turned away at the border) can be detained without bond for the duration of the deportation proceedings.

He also blasts the communist dissenters for claiming that illegal aliens have an unalienable right to "locomotion" -- moving freely as they wish -- post-arrest, while previously voting in favor of no-bond detention of conservatives for speech the communist establishment didn't like.

Obviously Democrats desperately want illegal aliens set free after they're caught so they can just run and hide out at a new address.

Just some perspective, as I think the Left is sharing strategies around the world.

In UK, one of their biggest hurdles is that the courts ruled that they can not detain someone unless there is reasonable expectation that they will be removed quickly. So the Left created processes that take forever to get through, and then said that no one can be detained because it might take months.

Detainment was a disincentive to illegal entry, as if you got in, got caught, you would just be held. Now, you get in and are set free while the paperwork is dealt with and so more and more try because at worst they get a year in UK before a free trip home. They overwhelmed the system.

They tried that in USA too, and that is why the Left is intent on making detention so hard. Why they fought alligator alcrataz, family separation, etc....

From 2017 to 2018, she served as the managing attorney at the Immigrants' Rights Project at Community Legal Services in East Palo Alto, California. From 2018 to 2023, she was the supervising attorney at the National Immigration Law Center.

Before Biden appointed her to the bench in 2022.

She should have been recused as a judge on this case.
No excuse, other than corruption, as to why she was allowed to.

70 But one of the other things is WHY does anyone voting in America need a translator??? What are we even doing in this country

There are also documented videos of NGOs bringing groups of Somali voters to Lewiston City Hall for early voting

It’s going to be rigged

Posted by: beckster at October 23, 2026 03:27 PM

Well you have to have a basic understanding of english to become a citizen in the US so if someone who is voting needs a translator ipso facto that marks them as a non citizen who is not eligible to vote.

81 In UK, one of their biggest hurdles is that the courts ruled that they can not detain someone unless there is reasonable expectation that they will be removed quickly.

I've read several articles where judges up there have shortened sentences so the convicted criminals won't trigger the length of sentence which automatically means deportation.

- They can not detain people because it takes too long to remove them. So they put them in housing. They also have to pay them to live. They now put them in old (soon to be needed) military bases around the country. They get paid, and food, and perks....

- They can not refuse asylum claims because they signed the human rights treaty.

On and on. They are like the bitch at DMV complaining that your SS card is bent so you have go stand in line 3 even though line 3 just told you to stand in her line and it is almost lunch and how does it take 30 people to do this job and why are none of them even moving

147 32 Yeah I tend to believe the only reason places like California and New York elect Democrats is due to illegal alien voting. Every time we turn around the numbers get bigger. It’s also why they don’t want to release their voter roles.

---

In Oregon, we have 800,000 inactive voter registrations. They print ballots for these imaginary people and send them to ballot filling centers to be filled out for democrats. They are impossible to check because we have vote by mail. It would be difficult to go wait in line, vote and then go back in line and vote 5 or six times because it would be exhausting and there are witnesses; but if a box of 1000 ballots were dropped off at your house, you could easily fill them out and drop them in the mail.

Oregon was the first state to have vote by mail starting back in the 1987. Oregon's last republican governor left office in 1987. Before mail in voting, there were 20 Republican governors to 16 democrats. After vote by mail, it swung 100% democrat.
We don't actually have voting in Oregon. The citizens are given a placebo to give the illusion of voting when in reality, the democrat has already been anointed.

Posted by: Lemmiwinks at October 23, 2026 03:48 PM (mTzaS)

148 And the Dems are real, real quiet about all the states that removed ineligible voters from their rolls.

It's several hundred thousand each in a whole bunch of states.
IIRC, 750k in NC, 600k in TX, etc.

And if CA is admitting that at least 30% of ineligible--but legal--residents were registered and are voting?

We're talking 20k minimum ineligible votes were being cast in even red states.

Just how many elections across the country were being swung by ineligible but registered voters?
And remember:
The left has gone to herculean lengths to make it impossible to tell if an ineligible voter had their vote counted.

Posted by: Comrade Flounder, Disinformation Demon at October 23, 2026 03:35 PM

You are correct. I hate it when people tell me they don't vote because one or two votes never make a difference, every single vote counts both for or against.

We had a school bond issue on the ballot here in NE Texas some years back. It was a huge bond amount $53 million for stuff we did not think the schools needed, the wife and I both voted against it. They tried to claim it would not increase our property taxes because the money we were already paying on an older bond being paid off would go towards paying the newer bond.

It failed by one vote which is unheard of in modern voting. We had people come from all over the state to supervise the recounts, but the results stood.

Now, there is a 5 day clock (with some technical exceptions that didn't apply here) that starts running from the date of death. If a valid death certificate isn't validated by DHEC in 5 days, then fines start accruing to the funeral director/mortician. It starts at $250 and will accrue with every additional day in some increasing scale up to something ridiculous maximum.

What if a person had no middle name, you might ask. That must be explicitly entered. To do so falsely would be a felony. Now, what if the information just can't be found, it's lost to history, you might wonder. Well, an exception request under some Section so-and-so, subparagraph A, clause J must be filed in a timely manner.....

A good faith effort must be made to find the information, which would delay everything for some extended period, etc, etc. And after all that, if DHEC still didn't like it, the big fine would be imposed.

Add this to Ilhan Omar’s growing list of document problems. A photo taken during the October 12 raid on her D.C. home shows a black Camry with Minnesota plates and a Burnsville frame parked in the driveway. The registration tabs on that car expired in 2023.

Omar said in her interview this week that she drives a 2016 Toyota Camry. There’s no public confirmation the car in the photo is registered to her, but the details line up with what she claimed. Given the questions already surrounding her financial disclosures, the winery, and other records, it wouldn’t be surprising if this failure was hers too.

Expired plates on a car sitting at a congresswoman’s home during a federal search isn’t a major crime on its own. It’s just another example of basic paperwork Omar doesn’t seem to keep straight.

Did they ever consider coming to the US legally, through the front door? If you stop giving them welfare and healthcare they will stop coming.

217 I like Aubrey because she’s always good with the dry, gallows humor and off color remarks. That’s right up my alley. She’s just believable and somewhat unstained by all the baggage most of these actresses have.
