Trump is going to lose this one when it eventually goes to SCOTUS. They have already ruled that states are in control of the voting process in their state per the constitution. All we can hope for is that these prosecutions and others will shut down the illegals voting pipeline and I suspect that is the entire point of these prosecutions. Don't think so. Not only did the DOJ send out the list of 20,000 names they suspected were not eligible to vote, the DOJ told them that election officials could be charged with a felony for every illegal vote they allowed to be counted after they were made aware the voter was not eligible. One of the requirements is that states are required to clean their voter rolls to insure only eligible voters are voting. It's not a request, it's the law. But it has been ignored by many states for years because nobody did anything about it. Harmeet Dhillon got many state voter rolls over the last year and a half but not all states complied and they are being sued. That's why the DOJ warned CA about the 20,000 illegals they knew of. There is a built-in recourse for this - States can sue other States that facilitate vote fraud, and then go to the SC - it's called the " go fuck yourselves bitches, you lack standing, so take a knee and smile like a donut for Joe Biden" precedent.

Those who illegally voted may be telling the truth about not having voted themselves. I've long suspected that the Donks have been using addresses to register voters without the individuals knowledge. A mail-in ballot is then filled out and inserted into the system for counting. It isn't the voting machines that are the problem. Its the Democrat machine where the fraud occurs.

Last night I had a brief interlude of watching illegals being rounded up. *Rawhide!* song theme in my head.
There was a fender bender on the interstate in FL. The driver of the car who hit was Hispanic and released. The van that was hit held a womman and man of same origin. Sweating profusely (well, FL humidity) and shifty eyes. Deputy asked for ID and she refused, wanted lawyuh, porque. Man gave ID. Both detained as they were being processed. She would not give country of origin, yet had been in the USA 26yrs and no habla English (right). A daughter arrives to help (cop had translater cop on phone). He explains he's been very patient with this BS (he didn't say BS) and that the two of them were going to be processed somewhere by ICE. More sweating and shifty eyes. Daughter says Madre is here legally as, "she has work papers." Right!!! Deputy tells her she's being processed (while thinking, "Tough sheet, womman, GET OUT!"). Then I went on to other things. These youtubes are abundant. Then we have the entertaining, "soverign citizens," of all colors and races youtubes for my entertainment. DHS has alleged that there could be as many as 250,000 citizens illegally registered to vote, although election experts have disputed the accuracy of this figure.

How this is supposed to work ---
Voting roles are legal documents and should be controlled and public and fixed weeks before an election (no late or same day registration.) This is necessary to allow the public (mostly through the parties) to canvass and make sure the names on the list are real, the people exist, and the addresses are valid. This is all part of the necessary process and how it used to be done. The dems have attacked this at every step. This is the magic of the "dominion system," not the voting, but the registration process. Verification of the rolls should be done by the parties, with local input from local candidates who have a stake in the election. If errors, fraud, etc. are found they go to judge and judge forces state (or usually county or city) to fix it. That has to happen weeks before election. Dems have made it all impossible. Whenever I vote here in California, if I try to present and show my ID, the poll workers literally slap my hand away, and angrily say, "No ID!" This has been true for decades. I have even a few times noted to the poll workers that without any verification, anybody could walk up to any polling station and claim to be me, or anyone else. Silent glare. Then, "Do you want to vote or not?" handing me the ballot. I just have always assumed that fraud was universal, blatant, out in the open, and completely encouraged by the authorities. I'm confused. The "No Kings" rally in my town in Seacoast NH was actually well attended, sadly. Posted by: Our Country is Screwed at October 21, 2026 03:09 PM (N39Ws) That just means that they were able to contract for some charter busses. I'm increasingly convinced that the charter busses are a major weak point in the paid rioter/protest system. Because, unlike the pallets of bricks dumped on sidewalks, they're TRACEABLE. I'd love to see some billionaire troll master with a sense of humor buy out the charters' time slots, or pay them to have big Trump MAGA wraps put onto the charter busses rented by the commie cocksuckers. "The Registrar is not equipped or authorized to verify voter citizenship because it does not independently house citizenship-related information beyond the voter attestation as identified in federal and state law, and is certainly not equipped to do so within the election period."
OK, this has 2 possible meanings. Either that they don't have a flag in the database that says "Citizen, yes or no", or that they don't have their own copy of all of the data the feds are using to check on the names. The first has two answers: "Why not?" or "So, how do you certify that you have validated the registration in all fashions?" (It should involve things like, "Do they actually live at the address provided?" and "Are they really who they claim to be?") Is there ANY auditing that goes con of voter registration? (Or ANY registration with the CA government, anywhere?) The second is answered with "Ummm, that's why the feds have all of these databases, and even asked you to use them." and tell us what's up? Posted by: Braenyard - some Absent Friends are more equal than others _ at October 21, 2026 03:23 PM (hPgrk) PHP is a web development scripting language. It is what replaced HTML on much of the internet. Brave AI: PHP currently stands for PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, a recursive acronym where the first "PHP" refers to the language itself. Originally, the acronym stood for Personal Home Page (specifically Personal Home Page Tools), as the language was created by Rasmus Lerdorf in 1993 to maintain his personal homepage. The name was changed to the current recursive form with the release of PHP 3 in 1998. Without illegals voting...
Posted by: Elric The Blade at October 21, 2026 02:25 PM (iFTx/) Well, not necessarily the illegals themselves. I doubt very many (though more now than used to be, given the boldness the Biden admin gave them) actually fill out ballots in their own name or go to the polls. But the names on the rolls give other people the ability to generate bogus votes in those names. So, the illegals are necessary on the rolls, so that the "regular" vote fraud can take place with "real" ballots. Posted by: GWB at October 21, 2026 03:50 PM (kU0PQ) 301
