YES: Trump's DHS Is Preparing a Case for Deporting the Foreign Agent of Influence Ilhan "Omar"

The Trump administration is building a case that could lead to the deportation of Rep. Ilhan Omar, with federal agents seizing the Minnesota Democrat's cellphone, notebooks, personal computers and her passport on Monday, according to a new report and people familiar with the investigation.
Omar has long maintained that she became a US citizen at the age of 17 when her father was naturalized in 2000, but sources with direct knowledge of the federal raid on her DC bungalow said the Department of Justice is looking for evidence that claim is a lie.
If the Somali-born Omar's citizenship was procured by the concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation -- either by herself or by her father, Nur Omar Mohamed -- on immigration paperwork, then the feds will seek to denaturalize and deport her, one of the sources confirmed.

Is that even her "father"? There is evidence that her real father is a Somali war criminal who genocided enemy tribes and who was trained as a revolutionary by the communist party. She has called this man -- Nur Omar Said -- "father." When asked why she refers to him as "father," she claimed that Somalis routinely call men who are not their fathers "father" to show respect.

That's a lot of bullshit.

The 44-year-old congresswoman was at home with her husband Tim Mynett when agents executed a search warrant and removed the items, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Criminal charges could only be brought if the alleged immigration fraud occurred within the past 10 years, while if it concerned false statements there would be a five-year statute of limitations, according to federal defense attorney Todd Spodek.
Securing a criminal conviction for "knowingly procuring naturalization unlawfully requires revocation of citizenship," Spodek said, though a member of US Congress has never been denaturalized before.
There's no similar statute of limitations if civil denaturalization is pursued....
The Post confirmed Wednesday that prosecutors in Minnesota are leading the immigration fraud probe into the "Squad" member, while the office of DC US Attorney Jeanine Pirro is pursuing an inquiry into Omar and Mynett's finances.

The Post reported Tuesday that in the spring of 2019, following Omar's initial election to the House of Representatives, her staff pressed the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library, the Biographical Directory of the United States Congress, and Wikipedia to record her birth as happening in 1982 rather than 1981.
Months earlier, in the fall of 2018, Omar's campaign had told the Associated Press that she didn't have a birth certificate due to her family's displacement by the long-running Somalia civil war.

More than a dozen grand jury subpoenas have also been issued to family members of the Minnesota congresswoman, including her sister, Sahra Noor.

That sister just so happens to have run a "charity" with the same address as the address as three of the keu "Feeding Our Future" Somali fraudsters.

The far-left congresswoman's sister used the address of a woman who was business partners with several major convicts in the "Feeding Our Future" scandal, a Daily Wire investigation found.
The federal meals scandal is described as the largest public theft in Minnesota history. The statehouse's House Fraud Prevention and State Agency Oversight Committee is probing the Somali-born congresswoman's involvement in the scandal, but Democrats in May blocked a subpoena that would require Omar to produce records.
Public records in the state, however, may tie Omar's sister, Sahra Noor, to the operation. Noor has run several businesses in the region, including the People's Center Clinics & Services in the Somali neighborhood of Minneapolis, which controversially received a $2 million earmark while her sister was a state representative.
Noor went on to found a group called Grit Partners Consulting, and publicly says her company "has secured more than $20 million in funding for health initiatives" and has "consulted on projects backed by" federal health agencies such as USAID and the Center for Disease Control.
Grit Partners was incorporated at a home on Hyacinth Ave. in Lakeville, Minnesota. That address, and the woman who lives there, are lynchpins tying together at least three Feeding Our Future convicts, The Daily Wire found.

Here's a question nobody is asking about the Ilhan Omar investigation. If authorities succeed in stripping her citizenship, could a Democratic president in 2028 reverse everything and put her back into Congress?
The WSJ and other outlets report authorities are building a case to strip her citizenship over her 2000 naturalization. The Constitution requires House members to be citizens. No citizenship, no seat.
But the criminal route (18 U.S.C. sec. 1425) has a 10-year statute of limitations and that ran long ago. The viable path is almost certainly civil denaturalization under 8 U.S.C. sec. 1451(a). That is a civil court judgment, not a criminal conviction, so even if the Democrats win the White House in 2028, the pardon power would not reach it.
If there was a criminal conviction on different matter and a future president pardoned it, no one knows whether that would restore citizenship. It has never been tested. Naturalization is Congress's power, not the president's. And a pardon would not automatically hand back her seat. She would have to win it again.
Granted, this is all years away. My legal DNA just likes to game out the possible endgame on high profile probes like this.

This woman says that there's no record than the man Ilhan "Omar" claims was her father, and through whom she obtained a fraudulent "derivative" citizenship, actually ever was a naturalized citizen at all.

If he never actually became a naturalized citizen, he would have no citizenship through which Ilhan "Omar" could "derive" her own.

AJ Kern has done extensive research on Ilhan Omar’s citizenship verification. When an adult parent gains citizenship through the naturalization process, their minor children ‘derive’ citizenship through that parent. Since minors cannot naturalize independently and adults cannot derive citizenship from their parents, Ilhan Omar has repeatedly claimed that she ‘derived’ citizenship through her father as a minor at the age of 17.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) does not allow records requests to be processed for a living foreign-born person without their permission. However, the USCIS will process a record request for a deceased foreign-born person.
Since Ilhan Omar’s father passed away in 2020, AJ Kerm submitted the request to the USCIS in June 2022, for her father’s records and she received a response on June 20, 2023. It turns out that the USCIS has no record of her father being a naturalized US citizen.
Therefore, this is probably why the Biden Administration’s Justice Department launched an investigation into Ilhan Omar in June 2024, and why a Democrat judge signed off on a search for Ilhan Omar’s home. Of course, CNN, MSNBC, and Democratic politicians will never mention any of this because it does not fit their narrative.
