The "death track" in the Thagas Valley, Pakistan. This isn't the mountains of Afghanistan but it's adjacent to it. I say that because when you see the sheerness of these mountains, you'll have a greater appreciation for the special operators who fought the Taliban there.

Pittie siblings were adopted by neighbors but still go crazy when they see each other.

A dog raised by cats.

Old-time cartoons were super-creepy. "Skeleton Dance" still triggers me.

When I was young, I had to get an operation (I think a hernia removal) and when they gassed me out I had a dream/nightmare about being stuck on a conveyor belt where at each station someone performed a surgery on me. Just like the old Looney Tunes cartoons, of course set to Powerhouse.

There were a bunch of cartoons featuring the conveyor belt. And even more featuring "Powerhouse."

I thought "Duck Tracy" had a Powerhouse scene, but it doesn't. It's just scary and weird for other reasons.

Concur. I like the milky white streams and rivers you see in alpine regions like Iceland and...the Alps. It's apparently due to suspended mineral particles in the water. The bluer tint of the famous Blue Lagoon is due to suspended silica particles.

You could make the argument that the ships both have the gotic feel of Warhammer 40k and the warp is obvious in event horizon and is the black hole in Black Hole. Tone is different for Black Hole until the end when it gets weird.

It almost felt like that! Except for the body aches, congestion, cough and testing positive for the flu. But yeah, ice chips weren’t staying down for awhile. My doctor was threatening me with admitting me because of dehydration fears, but finally got ice chips down. The food I ate tonight is staying down, I really have no desire to eat at the moment, though.
