Grand Jury: There Was No Murder In the Drowning Death of Nolan Wells

For some reason, what Black Conservative Perspective calls "The Pro Blacks" are angry that a black kid was not murdered.

The Disney Groomer Network is probably all busted up about it, too.

The grand jury reviewing the evidence in the death of Nolan Wells has found that no criminal charges are warranted at this point, according to the Jackson County Grand Jury Report released late Monday night.
The report says that the "position of, condition of, time of discovery, and location" of the 18-year-old's body off the coast of Mississippi this July is "consistent with drowning."
Wells vanished after he and friends had gone out celebrating the Fourth of July holiday on barrier islands off the Gulf Coast. His body was recovered in the waters off Horn Island two days later.
Authorities have previously said they believe the college football player drowned, but the final determination would go to a grand jury that would review all the case materials, including the state medical examiner's completed autopsy report, to decide whether Wells' death involved a crime.
The grand jury of 23 people, convened last week, found "no credible evidence to support the public allegations" that anyone riding to or from the island that day surrounding Wells "engaged in any criminal conduct related to" his death.
The panel was comprised of what the report called a "cross section of citizens" from the area: 13 men and ten women, including "12 Caucasians, five African Americans, one Asian, two Hispanics, two Native Americans, and one individual who preferred 'other.'" Their ages ranged from 27 years old to 68 years old.
The grand jury heard from 43 witnesses and reviewed materials including physical evidence collected at the scene, digital evidence, police reports and interviews, videos, images and maps collected during the investigation.
That Wells drowned is a conclusion by the process of elimination, the grand jury report said, adding that the condition of the body made it harder to figure out. The long-awaited toxicology report was "not particularly informative as decomposition fluid is an unreliable source for evaluating substance levels within a body."
The panel found, however, that Wells had no cocaine in his system and no evidence he'd ever used it. The panel did find that Wells bought alcohol with a fake ID, and no adults of alcohol-buying age provided any to him on the island that day.
There was bruising on the back of Wells' head, which was "not a fatal injury," the report said. The grand jury "found no evidence of any fatal injury or organic disease to Mr. Wells' body."

The media refuses to report on black crimes against whites -- there is still no national reporting on the white girls dragged into the bushes by their hair to be beaten on by black "youths" during a Mostly Peaceful "Teen Takeover" -- on the theory that reporting black on white crimes would incense whites who would then start attacking blacks.

On the other hand, they are determined to report fake White on Black Hate Crimes, despite there being proof that whites were not involved.

Leftist politicians like Ayanna Presley and the media keep claiming that a black student was "lynched," despite there being videotape of him walking into the woods where he was found hanged carrying a rope.

Meanwhile, the AP keeps reporting that a black woman found hanged is triggering black people, reminding them of whites lynching blacks.

That seems the more pressing concerns, as the crime statistics show that a black person is hugely more likely to violently assault a white person than the reverse.

Yet they keep doing it.

I have a scenario about that.

First of all, one of the most lucrative jobs for a psychology PhD is in marketing and advertising.

Second, few people know how much engineering goes into one photo still, staging, retouching, everything and how much money that costs. In the 80s, advertisers could spend 50K for a one page ad.

Regardless of whether or not you believe subliminal advertising works, advertisers pay psychology experts the big bucks for theories like that.

I float the idea that Converse may have stage it, with enough details that would make it doubtful.

But observing several years of watching Trump direct the media attention by outrage, I suspect that if it was deliberate, Converse probably didn't leave the discovery up to chance, and it actually paid the outrage seeders as well.

This is not something I rate as high-probability, but it's on the field for me.

Look I thought so also, but then I started looking at some of the clips/edits stills - there is nothing in a shoot like this that isn't planned. There is definitely a shot where they created a reflection of a klan hood on the skirt. In a prior shot it is a star. The arm of the star is removed and it is a profile of a hood. Not accidental. Part of the intended design. Also they darkened the image so it isn't clear that there aren't legs in the sneakers instead of the girls hand holding them and cropped the shot so it is suggestive. There is a side campaign where they have shoes hanging from a tree and guy on a ladder. It looks weird. Black and white. Its subconscious but they are doing a mind fcuk here. Its an op. None of it is accidental.

My youngest daughter is an excellent photographer and frequently shoots her friends partly in light and partly in deep shadows.

It is amazing to me, how much she can highlight, and how much she can de-emphasize, just using that technique. (Most of the shots are to make the girls look prettier - which she accomplishes.)

It is lucrative to be a psychology PhD in marketing--and that makes sense. They spend so much more money per photo than you would ever expect. They touchup the hell out of these photos--for things like making "Cooper" look more like "Cancer".

And that they believe such psychological theories are worth the try, even if you might not.

Vance Packard showed in his book that they were already employing psychology experts to find out how to want you to use soap a whole lot more and change your mind about what was a clean enough house.

Well there they changed the image from showing a complete star on her dress, to just the hood outline and had to remove one arm of the star to do it. It is a false image. The arm of the star if it was real should be seen in that as well. The photo is darkened and cropped. Not accidental a choice. Just because it was shot in Korea doesn't mean it wasn't edited in New York. Its an op. And part of the op is to get you to think it all just innocent and nothing to see, while the other side is freaking out because its there to be seen.

IANAL, but I believe it was an extraordinary measure, empaneling a grand jury to examine the evidence when they hadn't made a determination of foul play themselves. I'm pretty sure they usually just ask for a grand jury when there's a case they want to bring. (Maybe they should do this more often; I'm not saying it was wrong, just that it was unusual.) They bent over backwards to avoid even the appearance of bias or dismissiveness, and got no credit for it.

I won't presume to speculate about motives, but I think you are wrong by 180 degrees on the photo production.

I think the room was very dark, and they shot with the f-stop wide open. That makes the star crisp, and the background objects dimly visible.

Further, the projection light of the star is NOT straight over the model's head. It is forward of the model and tilted back toward the model to center her in the star projection.

One arm of the star has not been removed - it is illuminating her dress and creating the "hood image".

I can't state with certainty that is NOT a false image, but it certainly CAN be created with normal lighting and normal camera option selections.

The image is CROPPED. You don't even see that "hood" as anything other than a triangular pane of light in a shadowed room unless you're mentally ill, or...

no one seems to have said it yet, but a BOT. I'm 100% sure you could feed that whole ad to a bot, give your parameters for racism and the liberty it can take in terms of cropping/zooming etc, and tell it to find something. Bot can find it.

If you look at the image with the complete star on the dress and compare the "hood". The horizontal arm of the star should be there at least in part because so much of the top point is showing. It isnt there. It has been edited. That's trivially easy to do with computer editing. Its intentional.

I'm not exactly going out on a limb here to say that the prevalent mood of a certain percentage of black Americans is rage. Not at anything they can name, of course, just, rage.

Of course they can't articulate what it is that makes them so angry, except that they believe that they should all be millionaires and the only thing keeping them from doing so are some vague accusations of "white privilege," which appears to be the privilege of working our asses off to get ahead.

I have encountered "black rage" on more than one occasion, and I have to say, that percentage of folks go from resting bitch face to swinging fists in less than a second, over anything at all, even if they have to make something up.

It is genetic in origin, but made worse by "the black community." It is truly anti-civilization.
