Lindsay Clancy's Lawyer Asks Judge to Investigate the "Rogue" Juror

Boy, Gentry Leftists really don't believe any of the bullshit they say about Respeccing Black People's Lived Experience and Indigenous Ways of Knowing, do they?


Lindsay Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, is asking the court to allow for a thorough investigation of the holdout juror ... including access to his phone records and a review of his 2021 criminal charge for allegedly assaulting his wife.

The attorney filed a document in court recently asking the judge to let his team see the confidential juror questionnaire and "Juror Doe's record from the statewide domestic violence registry."

Reddington is asking for the juror's mobile phone records -- calls, texts, and data from August 27 through September 4.

The time period covers the dates the jury was deliberating over whether Lindsay should be found guilty of murdering her three kids.

The request also asks the court to preserve all the jury notes and the court's responses.

I've seen the results when a liberal responds to the NPCs with their previous programming.

They destroyed her and she groveled to simply have the cancelling stop. She obviously never regained her previous position.

Because forgiveness for thoughcrimes must never be given. Things like murder, assault, theft and the like are easily forgiven, but thoughtcrimes demand expulsion, exile, and shunning forever.

None of this matters when it comes to what happened in the courtroom. He filled out his paperwork appropriately. He did not lie on his paperwork. He was asked if he had ever been arrested, and he checked the box “yes” and afterward had to describe what happened.

He even took the stand, and the prosecutor asked him questions. He was questioned about his past arrest. He was then selected. I would like to make it very clear that this is something that happens with all of the potential jurors present. Which means that the jurors who have already been interviewed could have said this at any point, but they chose to keep that information from the public.

Michael told Fugitive TV that from day one, eight of the jurors automatically wanted to go for not guilty.

The eight jurors were “activists,” according to Michael. He said every day they voted, and the eight who were convinced that she was not guilty were doing their best to convince the other four that she was not guilty.

He was open about what he believed and what he said. He said the other jurors are telling half-truths or just outright lies.

He’s never been convicted of a crime. His past should not matter. He said that the entire time, his ex-wife was just trying to get status and citizenship to live in the U.S.

Michael said that the report on him that went viral, where they said they spoke with his family members, did not report exactly what was actually said. How do you prove that she wasn't "temporarily insane" at the time of the killings?

"Reasonable doubt" is a rough standard. It's up to the jurors to decide whether or not the prosecution proved their case within that margin.

The purpose of voir dire is to eliminate personalities that have a block to assessing what is a more or less reasonable doubt. Once they are on the jury, they have some leeway to decide whether the reasonable doubt standard was reached.

This is not perfect, but that's like a lot of the parts of our system.

Retarded people are either capable of violence or not. The vast majority of the people in that class are not. So, you're actually providing for a case that you're not likely to get. And you're missing the case of a person too impaired to be controlled, so they are a walking loaded gun.

Crazy people are dangerous according to the current state of their psychosis. If they are crazy enough to commit one act of violence, again they are not controlled.

In both cases, it is likely you're dealing with somebody who does not have the ability to enjoy their liberty, and are dangers to the public, arguably.

ANY pause in her actions during her so-called "psychotic break", ANY single rational action, ANY attempt to deceive or coverup, is to me, sufficient evidence that rationality was resumed, even if fleeting and temporary and later actions were also insanely irrational.

Just that little bit of non-insane moment is enough evidence for me to conclude she had the opportunity to stop the killing and that she chose not to.

I don't get many calls to serve on juries.

The most galling thing I heard is a story from the holdout: he was taking the exercise bands and crushing water bottles with them. Hopefully to illustrate the effort and violence.

One of the male jurors who flipped exclaimed "That's disgusting--those were used to kill children!!"

He was outraged at using murder weapons to crush water bottles, but willing to let the person who made them "disgusting" walk on murdering her children.

Before opening statements its called Voir Dire. After a verdict, in post trial motions it is called impeaching the jury's verdict and is generally frowned upon, at least in my state. There are specific rules about what can be done and not done. You can't rely on anything a juror says post verdict, unless it is supported by outside evidence besides juror statements, or some such nonsense like that. So the Karen's post trial interviews wouldn't count for shit in my state. That is probably why he is fishing for phone information. The phone is outside evidence beyond juror statements. If the juror texted somebody like: "I'm finding the bitch guilty even though she is nuts" it will definitely help the argument.

Disagreement occurs.
